As I’m sure you know, Young said he would pull his playlist off of Spotify if they didn’t remove Joe Rogan. This is the definition of you believing you are much more important than you are. And guess what? The guy Spotify paid $100 million for his podcast sided and Young is gone.

As I’m sure you are aware, Supreme Court nominees are usually grilled about their previous judicial opinions or law review articles. Kamala has neither because she’s never been bright enough to have any. I guess for the first time we’d have a nominee be questioned on her social media posts but even that wouldn’t be possible because I’m guessing that she doesn’t even have any that articulate real legal theory.

Can you imagine Ted Cruz or Rand Paul questioning her. I can only dream!

Thinking about it, I can’t think of anything more politically fun than watching deer in the headlights Kamala in a confirmation hearing on the nominee side not the bullying idiot side.

Ok you all know that Breyer is going to retire and I’m going to explain why that should give you hope. Clearly Biden will nominate someone at least as far left as Breyer. Biden said on the campaign trial that he would nominate a black woman. He has some options but I don’t think Kamala is one. And my reason is that I don’t think she could get confirmed in a 50/50 senate. She doesn’t have anywhere near the pedigree that is expected of a Supreme Court justice. She is just not smart and she has continuously demonstrated that in her present job. Moreover, I don’t know how she could break a tie vote in her confirmation. She would be required to recuse herself and if she didn’t would prove her ineligibility for the position.

Now I believe that Joe and Jill would like to get her out of the White House but it would be a dumb move because it could lead to a long and contentious and ultimately unsuccessful confirmation and lead to what this rant is really about. Breyer’s retirement is really an indication that the republicans will control the senate next year. If he thought the Dems would continue to hold the senate for the last two years of the Biden administration, he would stay for a couple more years and then let Biden appoint his replacement. He knows like we know that if he’s stays on through the year, the republicans will control the confirmation of his successor and having watched cocaine Mitch deal with Garland, he doesn’t want that to be a potential problem. And that’s again why I don’t think Kamala will be the nominee. It could drag out the confirmation process unsuccessfully and potentially let the republicans to make sure that any nominee isn’t a radical leftist addicted to the bullshit concept of a living constitution. The Constitution is what it is. It’s not a meaningless piece of parchment that can be ignored because it doesn’t allow the bs you want. Amend if you can but you can’t because the vast majority of the country is against your agenda.

I texted Jesse last night about the thing I posted in my rant. He didn’t respond but guess what? He is sitting behind his desk so we can’t see if he is still failing in his wardrobe. But he is still wearing Dress for Success clothing. A solid color suit and a regimental rep tie. Classic!

I wasn’t going to rant about the FDA going after De Santis because I assume you all know it. But I decided that there is a much more serious issue here.

As much as the left stream media wanted to claim Trump turned the federal bureaucracy into a nazi facist state. Totally false. However even Obama, although he may actually be the one doing it, has to take his hat off to Biden for totally politicizing every federal agency. He has made DOJ and the FBI his Gestapo, although given Joe’s past the KKK would be a more accurate analogy.

And now he is using the FDA to punish his political opponents. Today or maybe yesterday the FDA basically outlawed the use of monoclonal antibodies in Florida. Not because they had any evidence to support their mandate but basically because De Santis was using them and they were successful and Biden’s bullshit was failing. So we have to stop what’s successful because it proves that they are wrong.

According to the FDA their nonexistent studies indicate that these treatments are ineffective. Their supposed reason is that people shouldn’t be given things that work because we have vaccines that don’t. The ultimate comeback from the governor’s office is that most Floridians are vaccinated and most of the people in the hospitals from Covid are vaccinated.

I just don’t understand how Biden et al continue to want to force vaccines when all the evidence says they not only don’t work but actually increase your likelihood of getting omicron. This is insanity.

His new show is on tonight and is excellent and he is wearing appropriate dressed for success clothing. But his tie is sneaking out of the bottom of his suit jacket. That’s a big no no. It’s like having your dick sticking out of the bottom of your zipper.

As I’m sure you know today Senator Ron Johnson held an event at the Capitol where doctors got to actually get out information on Covid. Now the reason for this rant is that Bolling had one of these physicians on, actually more than one, but for purposes of this rant, and unfortunately I don’t recall his name, but he said what I have been saying that not only do the vaccines not protect you from omicron but they make you more susceptible to it and that you will get worse symptoms than the unvaccinated. So much for it makes sure that you will get less severe omicron. As I have said repeatedly that canard is unprovable and now it’s a lie.
