I haven’t ranted in a while because there has been nothing worthy of a rant. Yes the supposed whu flu relief bill was nothing but the normal pork and you who read my rants know it. So why am I ranting today?
Today a story emerged about a young girl who was destroyed because when she was 15 and got her learners driving permit she tweeted out a message that included the word nigger. She was a fan of rap where every other word is nigger and was just trying to be cool. She had no racial animus. I use the actual word because I, like Louis C K, believe using n-word instead makes YOU actually say it. It is a totally false supposed safe space. Everyone knows what is being said and we have to mentally say it so they can pretend to be sanctimonious.
Here’s my question. How many people actually believe that Biden hasn’t said it many times? He’s a supporter of segregationists and the KKK. So why aren’t they delving into his past? Because he’s their cognitively diminished hero who mysteriously got millions of more votes than Obama and Hillary. They have no moral compass other than they want unlimited power over you.
I have been meaning to write this for several weeks but haven’t. First though I want to once again wonder why the small business owners are not suing for taking of their property without just compensation under the fifth amendment. As I have previously stated, whenever they do the fascist governors back down. Wake up conservative lawyers and crush this nonsense.
Now here’s my prediction. Sometime in February or March it will be proven that Trump won the election by a landslide and the left will say well the fraud worked didn’t it and now President Harris is still the president so go screw yourselves. Much like Harry Reid saying that well it worked about his lie about Romney paying no taxes.
I just saw that the Supreme Court has apparently accepted the case from Pennsylvania and set a briefing schedule and oral arguments. Unfortunately, the arguments are to take place two days after the inauguration. I don’t know what this means. Either the conservative Justices refused to reject the case again and so a compromise was reached where they will hear the case and set precedent for future elections or after Roberts was apparently found to be gutless, they decided to take it and then will drop it after the inauguration as moot. Either option is despicable.
If they do issue a decision after the inauguration, and the correct one under the constitution, they will officially label Biden as an illegitimate president. I don’t know if they have the guts to do it.
Anyway I want to wish each and everyone of you a very Merry Christmas!!
Correction: The Supreme Court set the date for Pennsylvania’s response to the Trump filing for January 22, not oral arguments which would come later if they don’t reject it as moot.
First let me say, I hope you got to see the bright star tonight. I didn’t. I have looked for a few hours and although it is clear I haven’t been able to see it. Maybe the house across the street and the tall trees behind it have prevented me from seeing it. I don’t know.
Now for the stimulus bill. It is 5600 pages long! Really! I don’t believe that any bill that long is legitimate. And in point of fact it wasn’t given to members of Congress until just a few hours before they had to vote. I don’t know about you but it would take me several days to read and dissect a piece of legislation that long. So they had to once again pass it to see what’s in it.
My view is that if you can’t write a law in under 50 pages then you can be assured that we are being screwed!
Apparently for the first time in 800 years, Jupiter and Saturn will align to create a very bright star. Many believe that this alignment was what resulted in the Star of Bethlehem. Fortunately it will be clear here so enjoy.
I imagine that many of you are aware that there is a story out today claiming that a Supreme Court clerk heard Chief Justice Roberts, in a room with only the other justices, screaming that he didn’t give a fuck about Bush v. Gore because they weren’t rioting back then and so he demanded that the Court disregard its constitutional duty to avoid civil unrest. This is potentially a bombshell and certainly fits my view of Roberts as any of you know who have read my rants.
Now as much as I want to believe this, I saw an article today that questioned this account because the justices have never met together in person since March due to the whu flu. So I’m going to withhold judgment until more information comes out.
Yes this is an issue which I am glad to see finally exposed. Education degrees are ridiculous. I have always known this but because the Department of Education at universities are supposedly the bastions of what constitutes education they continue their scam. Listen I know there are a lot of teachers out there that are dedicated but they are not educating, they are indoctrinating! And the sad part is that they don’t even know it because they have been indoctrinated themselves in socialism. The teacher’s unions put themselves first and students as an afterthought.
My pet peeve is that education degrees are generally considered the equivalent of real degrees. My first encounter with this was my senior year in engineering. I am sure that I have talked about this before, but that year I was on the Dean’s list which required a 3.5 gpa in three out of the last four quarters.
Now to set the stage you have to understand the time in which I attended college. It was in the middle of the Vietnam War and you could avoid the draft while you were in college. It was called a student deferment. In my freshman year many males started out in engineering. After they flunked the first semester they transferred to Business Administration and when they had similar poor results transferred to Education where they thrived. You connect the dots.
Now getting back to the Dean’s list, that year there were less than ten of us from engineering and there were forty or so from business, but there were literally hundreds from education. And not a one of them could have gotten a degree in engineering or business.
But the time it really drove home the nonsense of treating education degrees as the equivalent of real degrees was in law school admissions. At the time I applied, I had my BS and was almost done with my MBA and was accepted conditioned on completing my master’s degree. Now consider that I did very well in engineering and was in the national engineering honor society and was told by my counselor that I had received the highest LSAT score of anyone in my university, but my acceptance was conditioned on completing a degree I didn’t need to qualify for law school. What really pissed me off was when I found out the algorithm they used to determine admission and it counted a 3.5gpa in education as the equivalent of a 3.5 gpa in engineering.
My freshman year in law school there was a woman who had reportedly a 4.0 in education and people were in awe of her. I don’t believe she ever graduated from law school! In fact I don’t think she made it passed the first year.
Yeah so I’m glad the fraud is finally being exposed.
PS: I won the draft lottery. In 1970 everyone who was draft age was put in a lottery and then they drew birthdays randomly for all 365 days and you would get drafted in that order. Student deferments still applied but once you graduated you went into the pool and the thing was if you were eligible for any part of the year and they didn’t get to you then the next year they had to draft all the new 18 year olds and then they would go back and pick up where they left off. I drew 286! I had friends who were graduating and drew single digit numbers and they immediately signed up for the Navy or the Air Force. Anyway, I graduated in August of that year and it was clear they wouldn’t get beyond 150 and so I immediately went down to the draft board and requested that they change me from deferred to 1A and they said don’t you know you could keep your deferred status since I was going to grad school and I said yes make me 1A and thus never got drafted.
It appears that I was too lenient on this sham of an intellectual, or at least what counts as an intellectual on the left. I was going to put up an article today from Kyle Smith of the National Review from yesterday and you can look it up because it excoriates her dissertation but waited because because he was going to dissect her nonsense today and he did. The link is below. She’s barely literate at best and only slightly brighter than your average lower third high school student. Enjoy!
PS: I have had several law review articles published and not a single one would have been published without footnotes supporting every single proposition.
I know I have been hard on Jill Biden and educators in general and rightly so. They are frauds. However, I do want to praise educators in the sciences. They actually have to know something. You can’t teach algebra or geometry or calculus or biology without actually knowing something about what you are teaching. However they are also teaching global warming as a proven scientific fact which as you know is total unproven and unprovable non-scientific nonsense. So even they are frauds.
In a deviation from what I’ve been covering, I am watching Guys Grocery Games and in the final round they had to cook a five star dinner on a budget of $15. One of the chefs choose halibut and got three large fillets for $3.06. Really? If any of you have bought halibut in the last several years, it goes for up to $32 a pound. So I’m calling bullshit on this episode. There is no way you could buy three good size halibut fillets for less than $30 much less $3.
