MUELLER SPEECH

I’m watching Hannity and the question comes up why Mueller made his semiliterate speech yesterday. Here’s the answer. I read an article today by Liz somebody, sorry I don’t remember her last name, that said Mueller made his disingenuous statement because Nadler gave him the option of either giving them something they could run with or testifying. I believe this is true. As I said yesterday, Mueller doesn’t want to have to answer questions from Republicans about his bogus report, particularly on the rambling gossipy part two, which should never have been written. I believe that as she does that Mueller tried to suggest that he didn’t find obstruction because he couldn’t under DOJ because he doesn’t want to be faced with questions that will expose him as the bloviating hypocrite he is. Lest you forget, Mueller has a history of abusing his position for what he thinks is the greater good. Look up Whitey Bulger if you doubt it.

INVESTIGATING THE INVESTIGATORS

I am sure I’ll be saying a lot more on this subject, but to start off it is hilarious to watch all the fools who thought they were above the law dissemble in the face of Barr’s investigation. I’m not going to parade out all the hypocrisy from this group saying one thing when it was Obama and now the opposite when it’s Trump.

The only thing I’m going to discuss today is one false talking point by the disgusting idiot named Comey. When Barr first said he thought spying on the Trump campaign did occur, Comey came up with his go to line that court ordered surveillance was not spying and he said it on several occasions. Incredibly no one called him on it . No court ordered him to surveill anyone. The FISA court didn’t call him up and say Jim we order you to spy on Carter Page. No the exact opposite took place. This group of partisan hacks went to the court with a pact of known lies which they swore were verified and truthful and asked the court to let them spy. Even after they fraudulently obtained the warrant they were free not to spy. The court was not going to call them up and order that they do any spying.

What Comey did was to create a unchallenged false talking point that totally misrepresented reality. It’s understandable that the Dems went along lockstep, but it’s disappointing that I didn’t hear anyone on the right point out reality.

THE MUELLER REPORT

First I want to say that almost a month ago I texted Riggo that Mueller would never testify before Congress because he didn’t want to be exposed as the political hack that he is — which he gratuitously confirmed with his ridiculous performance today. Republicans have spent considerable time exposing the multiple flaws and omissions in the report and the questions they want answers to. Mueller can’t answer those questions without looking like the political hitman that he was.

Also I think the Dems, posturing to the contrary notwithstanding, don’t want him to testify either because the Republicans would surely destroy the credibility of the obstruction nonsense in the report. Now Nadler after first saying he had to testify, changed his tune to indicate that may not be necessary because Mueller said everything is in the report.

Another thing I want to comment on is a couple of questions that have arisen recently with regard to Mueller team comments and the report. First, several months ago someone I think the NYT (correction: it was Buzzfeed) said there would be more indictments or that some sealed indictments existed (I don’t remember which) and the Mueller camp came out for the first time to say that was false and people wondered why. The answer to that question is the same as the answer to the other question I heard on Rush last week. A caller asked why didn’t Mueller just say that Trump colluded or obstructed. He would have been hailed as a hero. Rush said it was a good question and he didn’t know.

The answer to both questions was immediately apparent to me. The players had changed and we now had a real Attorney General, Bill Barr, that Meuller knew was every bit his equal and wouldn’t put up with any bs. I have no doubt that if Rosenstein was still the acting AG Mueller would have found some nonsensical obstruction count but he knew Barr wouldn’t buy it and would expose it for the fraud that it was.

The last thing I want to comment on is Mueller ridiculous speech today. It’s clear why he doesn’t speak in public often. He sucks at it. And now there’s a debate about whether or not Barr lied about Mueller saying that his decisions were not affected by the DOJ position that you can’t indict a sitting president. Mueller did not contradict that. He only said he couldn’t do it, not that he would have indicted Trump but for the rule. Barr said that he asked Mueller three times if that rule affected his prosecutorial decisions and Mueller said no and he did not contradict that today although he tried to insinuate otherwise.

The interesting thing that came out of his speech was that if he truly believed that he could not indict Trump, then why the hell did he waste two years and $35 million tilting at windmills. The answer is what many on the right have been saying for a long time. Mueller was doing opposition research and developing an impeachment portfolio. He should never have been appointed and was appointed contrary to the rules. There was no crime for which there was any reasonable evidence linked to Trump. Remember there is no law prohibiting collusion with a foreign government to obtain dirt on the other side. If there was, the DNC, Clinton and a lot of folks in our intelligence community as well as DOJ and FBI and State would be in jail.

This has to be the only country in the world where the losers of an election can force a criminal investigation of the winner without control of any branch of Congress or the White House. It’s mind boggling! Hopefully Trump wins again and the Republicans grow their Senate majority and retake the House so that this nonsense can be prevented from happening ever again.

TRUMPS TAX RETURNS AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Before I get to partisan hack Mueller, I want to suggest a way to put an end to the Dems ridiculous supeonas to conduct a criminal investigation of Trump, which the Supremes have previously said is outside their authority. Not with respect to Trump but with respect to good old Joe McCarthy.

The statute which allows certain Congressional committees to request anyone’s tax returns also provides that authority to the counterpart Senate committees — and I heard also gives the president the same authority. Now I know you think that I will suggest that Trump do it. Nope, that would be a political problem.

The chairman of the Republican controlled committees should subpoena the tax returns and financial information for Pelosi and Schumer Feinstein and Nadler and Schiff and Cummings and Joe and Hunter Biden. Believe me there are plenty of valid reasons to do so. Lest we forget Feinstein employed a Chinese spy on her staff for years. The Bidens got lots of money from the Ukraine and China and Waters is considered the most corrupt member of Congress.

I guarantee that if they did it and stuck to it; the Dems would back off immediately. They won’t because they are part of the swamp and don’t want to open Pandora’s box, but I can dream.

I’M BACK

It’s been a while, but the site is back up for at least three years. I plan to put up several posts over the next couple of days and then to put up the first three posts from the old blog — with a few additions so that new folks understand the original background. Unfortunately all the old posts were wiped out and I only have a few that I can put back. This time I will try to figure out how to back this up.

Please let anyone you think might be interested know. Also this time please feel free to comment. Since I now know that I have to approve any comment before it goes on the site, my concern that the site not become someplace where people could spew hate and vile is taken care of.
