I was driving to the grocery store today and listening to Bongino when he said the jury had reached a verdict and so when I pulled into the parking lot I turned off the motor and listened on my phone. As soon as the first count was not guilty, I knew that Kyle would be acquitted on all counts because the first count was the only one you could conceivably twist into guilty.

Now when I got out of the store, Bongino was talking about all the leftist pundits losing their minds so when I got home I put on Fox News and it was what I expected and then I switched to CNN Alisyn Camerota and it not what I expected because the experts she had were explaining all the evidence and facts that came out at trial that were contrary to the media narrative and resulted in the not guilty verdict. What was priceless was to see Camerota sit there sort of stone faced but you could tell she was pissed and it was eating her up.

What I learned today, because as I’ve said I didn’t watch the testimony much in the Rittenhouse case because I found it mostly boring and tedious, is that the jurors don’t know the rap sheets of dirtbag one two or three. Now I should have realized this because you can’t try the victim in a case, although there is a serious question about who the victim is. Remember for example in a rape case you can no longer bring out that the victim was a prostitute or sexually promiscuous. I say no longer because for years that was a staple of defense attorneys representing rapists. She was asking for it. Fortunately the law now prevents it as it should. We want to make sure that cases are decided on the facts and not past actions.

Now I should have realized this but I didn’t because when I watched wrap ups at night, they always talked about the despicable pasts of the supposed victims. Dirtbag one Rosenbaum was a convicted child racist who sodomized several boys between the ages of 9 and 11 both anally and orally.

He had just gotten out of a mental institution on the day in question but the jurors don’t know.

And the ultimate scumbag Binger was careful not to discuss piety et cetera during the testimony because that would have allowed the defense to put in evidence all the bad shit they had done. No he waited to call them heroes until closing arguments when the evidence was closed and the defense couldn’t put it in. This guy needs to be disbarred and sued. I saw an article that compared him to the Duke lacrosse prosecutor who eventually ended up bankrupt and in jail. Let’s hope.

Finally I believe the verdict will come down tomorrow because the jury is not going to want to have this continue over the weekend.

What needs to happen is that the National Guard needs to march down streets and destroy the BLM Antifa idiots and not allow any rioting. If Kyle is found innocent then they must protect Kenosha and stop any riots unlike they did in the beginning.

No judge wants to be overturned on appeal and this judge knows he would be. The prosecution should be disbarred and I learned today that both Binger and Humpty Dumpty are running for office. I truly feel sorry for the people of Wisconsin if they let these two idiots any where near political office.

Alright unsurprisingly one of you have asked me for my view on whether or not the jury being out for this period of time is bad for Rittenhouse? My view is that it’s not and I’ll tell you why. First off this was a ten day trial and that’s pretty long as things go and there are 5 charges to consider and the last thing they want to do is to appear not to have thoroughly considered all the evidence.

Now the judge should have sequestered the jury because there is no way that they will not know what’s going on in Kenosha. It is all that is being talked about and they know about the protests outside, which apparently could be heard inside the courthouse, and so they have to take into account what will happen to them and Kenosha based on their verdict.

Think “A Time To Kill” a great movie and an even greater book. As an aside it was John Grisham’s first novel but was not hyped until after “The Firm” because apparently it wasn’t considered as exciting. Really, it opens up with a 13 year old black girl being tied spread eagled naked and continuously raped by two white redneck KKK members. Yeah that’s boring compared to graduating from Harvard law.

Anyway, the jury is making sure that they look at everything and they are also concerned with their own safety because they weren’t sequestered. There is one black man on the jury and he may be really scared that he will face physical danger if he doesn’t give BLM the verdict they want.

So why do I think you don’t need to be worried is because the judge has in front of him a new motion for a mistrial with prejudice and there was already a similar motion earlier based on prosecutorial misconduct and the amount is overwhelming. I have mentioned previously that the prosecution withheld exculpatory evidence which they are required to turn over to the defense as established by Brady v. Maryland more than 50 years ago. They didn’t do it and now after the testimony ended over the weekend they gave the defense a video taken apparently by an FBI drone in HD. They had previously given them a fuzzy blurry copy. Think the difference between watching old tv and watching present day tv except that it wasn’t even as good as old time tv. I saw it on Eric Bolling today and he showed what the defense was given above the longer hd version had and it was truly night and day.

I think that the judge has not ruled because he hopes the jury will do the right thing, but if they don’t he will. He’s clearly pissed off about the prosecutorial misconduct and the media fake news.

The rotund one just got so desperate that he said a skateboard swung at your head is not a deadly weapon. Really! Please have this idiot voluntarily bashed in the head with a skateboard and then let’s hear his position.

I have said it before and will say it again because apparently it is a point that the prosecution is hammering today. Namely how many shots were fired by Rittenhouse. Listen if you ever put me in a life threatening situation and I have my gun I will empty the magazine. I am not interested in which shot killed or disabled you. I don’t care! I just want you out of my life.

First off the coverage on Fox News was shitty. For the first hour and a half of the defense closing argument they showed the defense attorney and Kyle Rittenhouse and not the exhibits that were being put up, and I switched to CNN and and they were showing only the defense attorney but not the exhibits which was really annoying. Apparently someone gave Fox News a heads up and they finally showed the exhibits being put up which was great because the end part of the defense closing laid out what happened slowly and clearly by video.

Now I must say that the prosecution closing was cringeworthy. It was pure fabrication and lies trying to save a case that should never have been brought.

Now I want to point out one thing I learned today that I didn’t know before and that’s not a difficult standard to meet because I didn’t watch much of the testimony because I rarely watch trials because generally I cringe at what the attorneys are trying to do. Most of it is stupid and irrelevant. So I was surprised to see that apparently somehow FBI 302’s were allowed in this case. Now you know that I have ranted about this bs before, and if you don’t recall just put it in the search option to refresh your recollection, I love throwing around legal jargon, but FBI 302’s are pure hearsay and I don’t know how it got let in. Again I didn’t watch day to day but apparently these 302’s got in somehow through an exception to the hearsay rule that I am unaware of but there are many and maybe some new ones I am not aware of.

What am I talking about ? Apparently the prosecution confused Kyle who said he was running towards the police saying I shot someone and then the prosecution showed him the 302 that said he said I didn’t shoot anyone. Obviously the defense screwed up.

Now my take is that the prosecution knows it lost and were ineffective in closing and the defense was on its game in closing. And now the prosecution has chosen to put humpy dumpty up to try on rebuttal to pretend that reality isn’t reality. Binger didn’t even have the balls to go down with the ship.

Hannity is on with Judge Jeanine and from my perspective it looks like he’s a little on the pudgy side. I was astonished because he constantly talks about how many hours a day he works out including mixed martial arts. I can guarantee you that if you engage in sparring in any of the martial arts on a daily basis you would have to eat like a pig to gain weight.
