These two losers should never be in positions of power when we take back the house and the senate. They are both RINO’s. Cocaine Mitch should never be majority leader again. He’s a blatant anti-Trumper which is amazing since without Trump’s support he would have lost his last election, but he is a total swamp rant protecting the Washington swamp. McCarthy is Paul Ryan light and another Rino swamp rat. He’s DC establishment first and screw everyone else. Remember that Cocaine Mitch and Ryan stymied Trump for the first two years of his presidency. Ok I’m switching between Tucker commercials and Maher on HBO. and I had to stop because he is a complete idiot. He’s not intelligent and he’s not prescient. Just in case you missed it, as I have been saying that there will be shareholder lawsuits because the board has breeched it fiduciary obligations and guess what, De Santis announced today that he is exploring a lawsuit because Florida pensions are invested in Twitter and if they don’t take Musk best offer they will sue. Got to love him.

I previously pointed out that without a stay there is no way Biden or the CDC can appeal the mask decision before it becomes moot. First as I said before, it takes a long time to get to the end of an appeal absent some grant of an expedited appeal and DOJ has not filed for such.

Let me briefly explain the process. First you have to file a notice of appeal and then you have to get together a certified record of everything from the district court proceedings and file it with the appellate court. Then the court has to set a briefing schedule which usually is at least thirty days or more and then there are reply briefs and then oral arguments are scheduled. This is not a quick process and I was watching Pirro tonight subbing for Jesse and almost canceled because she had Jonathan Turley on and they skirted around the main point of this rant.

Now before I go on, I looked it up today, and things have changed since I argued two Us Circuit Courts of Appeal cases. Back then you had to have your brief printed in an actual print shop bound with covers. You still have to have it covered and bound but it is acceptable if it’s printed on anything that is the equivalent of a laser printer.

Ok so here’s the point of this rant. The Magoo/CDC mask mandates would have expired on May 23rd. Unless they pretend to extend it indefinitely, the case is moot and I would expect the appellate court to throw it out as such. Remember the Supremes have set that precedent when they refused to consider cases with clear evidence of election fraud and unconstitutional actions because the election was over and so the questions were moot.

That’s my prediction. This faux appeal is just hypocritical appeasement of the socialists.

I’m sure you all know that a judge yesterday declared that Magoo and his CDC didn’t have the authority to impose their ridiculous mask mandates on airplanes. Initially Magoo et al didn’t challenge it because they knew they had know basis to do so. But now they are apparently challenging the decision, but most importantly they are not seeking a stay. This is the height of hypocrisy. They know they didn’t have the authority for what they did but to placate their fascist followers they decided to file an appeal Their mask mandates would expire in mid May way before they will ever be heard on an appeal. This is just empty grandstanding.

Ok I’ve seen a lot about this Twitter feud and don’t really give a damn. Apparently some WAPO media whore who makes her career out of doxing people on the right and then crying on key about how unfairly she thinks she’s being treated and then she doxed the woman behind the libs account. I’m not going to use any names here because I really don’t care.

Libs for TikTok is an account that just posts TikTok videos of libs saying and doing stupid shit on their own accounts. Nothing is changed! She just puts up what they did and it’s driving them crazy by having their own posts put up for conservatives to see.

I don’t really care but because it sounded potentially interesting, I followed libs for TikTok today on TruthSocial. I don’t know if I mentioned that I joined Trump’s social media site not long after it debuted. It’s the only social media site I’m on and I did it to be able to follow Trump’s posts. I am terribly disappointed that as far as I can tell his only post is a welcome and nothing else. But I also follow Bongino and Fauci Sucks and both have their benefits and so today I followed libs for TikTok and it’s a hoot. These idiots put up bat shit crazy stuff that they think make them cool. Now they’re concerned that their bs is being shared with the unwoke, meaning normal people.

Ok I was just watching him on the Five and I didn’t see all of it but what caught my eye was Geraldo claiming that black on black crime is the biggest civil rights issue of our time and I thought how does this make any sense at all. White on black or black on white or the ever popular black on Asian ladies crime I could see as a civil rights issue, so if any of you saw how he came up with that premise please let me know.

I ranted previously about the Twitter board owing a fiduciary obligation to the shareholders to maximize the value of their stock and not to protect their cushy Hunter like jobs. Well guess what. Two things came out over the weekend that demonstrated that they like the teacher’s unions are only interested in protecting their positions and nothing else. First, Musk said he would eliminate them when he took it private and that would eliminate their part time jobs that pay about $300k/year. And the other thing I learned is that combined they own a minuscule portion of the stock, maybe one tenth of one percent or less of what Musk owns and so their interest is not in maximizing stock prices for stock they don’t own but in protecting their salaries. A total repudiation of their fiduciary obligations. Bring on the shareholders lawsuits!

Ok I know all of you have seen Magoo shaking hands with thin air. And like most I thought it was funny and the left trying to fact check it to claim that he was really asking where he was supposed to go was bs. But today on Bolling I swear it either sounded like or maybe his lips were mouthing “where do I exit?” Is it stage right or stage left to remember Snaggle Puss from back in the Yogi Bear days. Alright I’m am assuming that republicans will take control of both chambers in 2022. I’m not complacent and will vote every chance I have to make that happen. But the purpose of this rant is to discuss the 2024 presidential election. First let’s look at the Dems. Conventional thinking today is that their nominee will be Crooked Hillary. I don’t think so. Why? First there is no way Magoo runs again but there is also no way Kamala gets it. He is brain dead and she’s brain never was. Mayor Pete is not only a never was and stupid but as many people have pointed out, his gayness makes him a no for black male voters without whom they can’t win. So who does that leave and many think it’s Hillary. But I don’t think that’s a viable alternative. Why because everyday Durham reveals more of the corruption in her last campaign and the RNC has withdrawn from the seriously biased presidential debate nonsense and so leftists won’t be able to cover her fat ass. Can you imagine a debate with two moderators,Mark Levin and pick one Russia Rachel, Hillary would be destroyed. I don’t think that if Durham continues on course which could lead directly to her that she would be dumb enough to poke the bear. So who does that leave them? Your guess is as good as mine because their entire bench is geriatrics or little known and unqualified youngsters.

Ok now let’s look at the republicans. There are only two viable candidates. Trump and De Santis. Everyone else like Pence is smoking something if they think they have a shot. If Trump remains healthy and runs, it’s a done deal. No one can beat him. De Santis polls 20 points behind him in every poll. If Trump doesn’t run De Santis wins hands down. The dream ticket is the two of them and it would be a landslide and would guarantee twelve years of a Republican in the White House. The only possible problem is that De Santis may not want to leave his present position and run as vp because if I remember correctly he would have to resign as governor because in Florida if you run for a different office you have to resign your present office to do it. Assuming that his lieutenant governor is a strong conservative, he might do it.
