With the obvious dementia of Magoo, I was surprised last night on Gutfeld when Kat said that he’s never been asked to take one and immediately thought that’s bs because I can think of at least one occasion when he was asked and responded that there was no need for one and he wouldn’t take one. He said just watch me and unfortunately we have.

Now that reminded me of my mental competency test. While I was in the hospital, nurses frequently asked me what year it was and who was the president. To the later I usually responded “your guess is as good as mine” which usually got a chuckle. But there was a neurologist who apparently decided to go a little further. He asked me to spell Dennis which I did and then he asked me to spell it backwards,and I wanted to say t-i but I resisted the impulse and immediately spelled sinned and he was flabbergasted at the speed of my response. He couldn’t believe that I could do it instantaneously without any pause. He looked perplexed so I explained that it’s sinned and a little quiz I give to people as a conversation starter. I’m sure that most of you that I know read my nonsense have had me ask the question. And I enjoyed his incredulity and suffice it to say I passed with flying colors.

My next rant will be on presidential immunity.

I was going to write something earlier today about the Special Counsel’s report but most everything I would have commented on was covered and if you followed anything you would have already heard, but now that Magoo has actually spoken, it behooves me to comment.

First let me comment on the special counsel report. It was as expected a supposed exoneration of Magoo’s actions with respect to classified documents. In reality, it was proof that Magoo willfully violated the law. He had classified documents from his time in the Senate. There is no way under any law and I’m well aware of the laws that a senator can take and keep classified documents in his home.. So those documents which he willfully retained actually and knowingly kept and in some cases wrote prove he’s guilty, and the most annoying thing about the special counsel report is that while he finds Magoo willfully violated the laws pertaining to classified documents, he says that now 20 or more years later that the fact that he is non compos mentis that he didn’t commit the crimes that he did. To me, this is the equivalent of saying that if I shot and killed someone 15 years ago, and now assuming the statute of limitations is longer than that, and in many jurisdictions there is none for murder., that I would be innocent of the killing.. Total BS! It certainly might results in a guilty finding but placement in a home for the senile rather than a jail.

Magoo said in his remarks that the special counsel cleared him all guilt. As I point out above, that’s just total nonsense. The special counsel found that he willfully retained classified material and as is always the case, Magoo was a liar. The special counsel did not exonerate him at all. He just gave him a pass as you would expect given the two tiered system of justice we have.

And something that really caught my attention during Magoo speech was when on national television talking about how great his memory is he could not remember the name of the school that his son Beau went to. He said that it was our lady of and then couldn’t remember. Having gone to Catholic school I can tell you that there are a lot of schools named our lady of mercy, our lady of of the immaculate conception, just our lady anything but he couldn’t remember while telling us how good his memory was. Personally. I attended our lady of S&M under the school sisters of the Marquis’s de Sade.

He also confused the head of Mexico with the head of Egypt. Not a real indication of his memory and mental acuity.

The Dems now have a clear opportunity to get Biden off the ticket using either a resignation or the 25th amendment, but they still have the problem of Kamala. They are going to have to figure out someway to get her out to let some other unqualified idiot in. Good luck with that.

One other thing, he said, that was total bullshit is that none of his documents were highly classified because they didn’t have that red thing on. Making them really secret. I can tell you from personal experience that every classified document has a cover on it even down to the confidential material, the lowest level of classification.

Amidst all the uproar over the bogus border bill and yes it’s even worse than expected, but you don’t need my input. It’s all now out in the open.

The reason for this rant is that I saw only one place mention a section of the bill that makes the rest of the bs even more objectionable. There is a provision that places exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation concerning the bill in the US District Court for DC — that’s right probably the most left court in the country. The group that is trying their best to screw Trump and is responsible for J6 trespassers to be held in solitary without bail for a year or more before their trials.

The end result is that the Dems can interpret it in any way they want to make up and they will get a very friendly forum for the litigation.

First let me say that I probably have as many observations as ever but I’m too lazy to put them up but I’m trying to get better.

Was just watching Levin and he had a segment on Claudine Gay, the now former president of Harvard whose claim to fame was that she basically plagiarized everything and has never had an original thought. She became president of what used to be a prestigious university because she checked two boxes. She’s black and a woman, although I I don’t know if she was asked about her gender.

Now the thing that popped into my mind was has anyone checked doctor Jill’s dissertation or whatever it is called to see if she plagiarized any of it, and the thought came to mind that no one would do that given her protected status.

And then it also came to mind, and remember as I ranted about previously I read about the first third of it and it was barely literate, if she did plagiarize any of it then she’s even dumber than I thought. If you’re going to cheat then at least copy someone intelligent. Whoever wrote it was dumb.

Next, contrary to what seems to be a popular position on the left, and even some on the right, Michelle Obama is not going to run for president. Why would she? Due to her husband selling out his office, she now lives better than she would as president and doesn’t have to put up with constant questions from the press She has all the perks and none of the problems. And don’t forget that she’s not that bright. (I’ve ranted about this previously.) What’s she ever done other than ruin school lunches? Her resume is completely absent of anything relevant, except sleeping with a president and that didn’t cut it for Hillary and she had at least been a senator and Secretary of State. (It’s open to debate if she actually slept with Bill during his presidency.)

I have a couple more things to comment on tomorrow.

Was watching Jesse and he was covering the hearings today with big tech officials on Capitol Hill about algorithms designed to hook children into pornography and other things that cause them to potentially commit suicide. At one point when Cruz was questioning Zuckerberg about I believe it was instagram there was an option to either go back or continue to material that may contain child abuse or maybe child sexual abuse, I don’t recall which, and Zuckerberg was talking about how they were trying to weed out such content and if that was true why Cruz didn’t ask the obvious question that he should have. Namely if you need to develop an algorithm to root out child sexual abuse content, why does option two exist? Obviously you already have the necessary algorithms

It just annoys the hell out of me, when supposedly bright lawmakers miss the glaring, flashing in red lights, question that would have destroyed the bullshit. I can’t be the only one who sees the obvious!!

What the hell are you doing? You came in third in Iowa and second in New Hampshire and although your speech sounded like you were claiming victory, second place in New Hampshire was last place. Coming in second place in a two person race is nothing to brag about. It’s the worst you could have done!

Now you know from reading my musings that I have never been enamored of her candidacy because she is just another neocon, globalist never met a war I didn’t like throwback to the Bush Cheney McCain RINO’s. Her wing of the Republican Party is 30% at best on a good day and that’s not going to change. Trump’s MAGA movement commands the vast majority of the GOP.

She never had a path to the nomination absent something happening to Trump and I don’t know if even a conviction on the phony charges brought against him would deter his victory at this point.

It’s now painfully clear that there is no way she can win and let me say Thank God! She would be barely better than the combined O’Bama Magoo disaster. So why is she staying in and not dropping out and endorsing Trump? I can think of only three reasons. First she was always looking to be number two and pun intended I think she got there

Second, she’s praying for lawfare to succeed. Unfortunately, I think that it’s clear that the odds of any of these trials occurring before the election as 50-50 at best and I’m not sure as I said before that a conviction would hurt Trump’s chances since the political nature of these cases is known by everyone.

Third, Nikki must be getting richer from the donations. Which begs the question, why are these billionaires still contributing her campaign. They have to know they’re wasting money. So what are they expecting to get? If you know let me know.

I wasn’t going to cover this because it should be obvious and it was just covered oh the Ingraham Angle but Murdaugh got screwed today. ICYMI at a hearing today on whether or not he should get a new trial because of the actions of the clerk who was very biased and conveyed her feelings to the jurors. One juror testified that her vote was influenced by the clerk. And the judge denied him a new trial.

Now I’m not going to argue about whether or not he’s guilty or not because as I said at the time, I didn’t follow it enough to have an informed opinion. But people this is a criminal trial and requires a unanimous decision in order to convict. One no vote or one yes vote based on improper influence leads to a not guilty verdict. The judge should have required a new trial!!

Okay I’m going to be active again. This may be a little long because it’s going to cover several things that I meant to rant about over the last few weeks but never got around to and as always will be primarily stream of consciousness.

The first thing I want to mention is how Trump gave a master class in how to do a townhall. It was with Martha McCallum and Brett Baier, not Trump fans. He was low key, stuck to the issues and didn’t insult any of the people who asked questions. Everybody thought it was great and they were particularly enamored with his statement that he would be too busy putting up successes to worry about retribution. It was a great answer but not the highlight for me.

However, the highlight for me occurred earlier when Trump did something that I had never seen him do before and it was brilliant. A woman asked a question about abortion and I believe it was from the perspective of all abortion should be illegal. Trump in a very low key manner explained that because he got elected he was able to appoint 3 justices who made overturning Roe possible. And then he pointed out that several republicans running for office with the same position she had lost even though they were outstanding candidates. He made the point that you have to get elected to accomplish things and taking positions that the overwhelming majority of voters disagree with is not the way to do that. It was very low key and she appreciated his response even though if you put it in real speak he said listen idiot if I didn’t win Roe would still be the law and you couldn’t be asking this question. And winning is the most important thing if you want to make changes. I really appreciated it because much like good cross examination, the great ones are the ones where person doesn’t know what happened until it’s over.

The next thing I want to cover is that the Georgia senate is going to pass a law that removes Raffensperger from the state election board and are going to investigating him for violations of Georgia election laws. I told you he abetted cheating that cost Trump the election. Enjoy the link below.

Not really. I was going to write a separate rant, explaining my absence over the past couple months. However, I will just hit the highlights so you know why I really was not ranting. Suffice it to say I spent almost 2 months in five different hospitals. The basic problem continues to be my lower back, which at least three times completely froze where I could not move. Turns out I have a compression fracture in the lower part of my back however nobody did anything to fix my back they did however remove four gall stones give me a pacemaker and various medication‘s to help with everything except the basic problem him. And as I found out yesterday I will have my right shoulder replaced within the next couple weeks, and quite frankly, they couldn’t be done fast enough, because I can barely move my right arm anymore, which also explains why I haven’t been punching up stuff. In case this rant gets a little screwy in places it’s because I am using the voice function and not punching the keys and I’m sure you all know how sometimes that gets crazy I will at some point go back and correct whatever’s wrong with this rant.

During this period of time, I basically didn’t follow the news if anything I would catch the headlines, but did not do anything in depth and guess what I didn’t miss anything. The news now is the same news that was taking place before my hiatus there was nothing back then that was really concerning to me. There was the question of who is going to be speaker but I don’t care my only concern was that they didn’t pick somebody who wanted to partner with the Dems. And there is the ongoing question of the wars in Ukraine and Israel , which is what it is. I don’t think we should give Ukraine anymore money it’s just totally corrupt and I’m pretty sure that 90% of what we sent is gone into various corrupt politicians and businessman’s pockets and not in furtherance of winning the war.

And the war in Gaza has served two purposes. First it has totally exposed the antisemitic Dems For what they are and Second they have exposed just how bad our supposedly elite educational system is. It has now been shown that the Harvard’s of the world are just indoctrination camps. And not bastions of actual education. And they are basically Nazis, who are very antisemitic.

Sure I could have time chimed in on a lot of things but you didn’t really miss anything , but I will start being more active because I’m sure that there will be things that give me opportunity to make fun of things and point out stupidity. Anyway, to all of you who were concerned, my health is just fine.

And in closing out this rant I will comment on one thing and that is the nursing and other support staff at the five different hospitals. They were all outstanding you couldn’t ask for anything better with the exception of one lady I almost punched.I was in deep sleep I’m talking dead to the world. somewhere around four in the morning this woman Apparently called my name and I didn’t respond so she started shaking me and woke me up out of a deep sleep to ask me if I wanted to join one of their smoking cessation programs. It was all I could do not to punch in the mouth.

The doctors were a mixed bag and part of the problem. When you just go in the emergency room, everybody seems to want to get a piece Of the action. I got a fortune once in a fortune cookie, which I think is clearly applicable to the situation and its words to remember. “A man with one watch knows what time it is a man with two is never sure”. Suffice it to say That a man with four or five different doctors with different specialties is just gonna end up in a morass of nonsense. They were prescribing things that contradicted what other doctors prescribed.. It’s it’s actually a wonder that I didn’t get killed by one of their prescriptions. They all had their own little blinders on but fortunately I did survive, and I will be going to a neurosurgeon to see what they can actually do about my back so after I have a new shoulder and hopefully a functional back life should be good. I suspect most of you expected me to rant about the speaker nonsense today. That’s a disgrace that you don’t need my input.

No the one thing that really stood out to me today was Hunter’s buzz cut. I immediately thought he was trying to conceal his drug use. I don’t know why I know it but I do. Drugs last much longer in your hair than in your urine. Judge Pirro confirmed it on the Five.

Now here’s what you need to understand. While you might intuitively think the most recent hair growth would be the most useful, the opposite is true. The recent growth only shows what you did recently, the older, meaning the longer hair reflects what you have been doing for potentially as long as you have kept it. To me it’s basically an admission that Hunter has been doing drugs and that he wants to conceal it by cutting off the evidence.
