Jerome Powell needs to be fired. He is the only thing holding back massive economic growth and basically only in the real estate sector. He refuses to reduce interest rates basically because he has TDS. It is ridiculous and he needs to be fired.

There is a question about whether Trump has the authority to do it, but I would take that chance if I were Trump. But not until after the Big Beautiful Bill is passed. No need to complicate things before that. At this point, contrary to some of you who thought I was crazy, ( You know who you are.)inflation is at all time lows and the market is at all time highs in spite of the tariffs.

Powell has stated that he doesn’t want to lower interest rates because he is afraid of inflation, which as I just said is at all time lows. He is just trying to hurt Trump because Trump has exposed his in competence.

The reality is that the only sector of the economy that is not booming is real estate, and that’s because of high interest rates. Many people like you and me are sitting on significant amounts of equity and are not using it because of interest rates. Get rid of Powell and release the entire economy.

Maybe we should abolish the Fed all together but given my previous rant about not looking to the future on changes to the status quo, I would not do it because I can’t imagine the damage that another Magoo could do in control of interest rates.
