I apologize for missing this because it’s not the sort of thing that I would usually miss. However today I heard someone and I don’t recall who, sorry, but the issue raised was that Garcia was mistakenly sent to El Salvador because after being found guilty twice by a immigration court judge and an appellate immigration court judge of being a member of MS-13 he was given an order keeping him from being deporting back to El Salvador . He could be deported anywhere else and due to an administrative error he was deported back to El Salvador.

Now the thing that I missed and was brought out today is that the reason he was not supposed to be deported back to El Salvador was because he would be in danger from a ‘rival gang’. If you’re not a member of a gang, how can you be in danger from a rival gang? Btw the rival gang no longer exists.

Someone needs to ask all these idiots why they are supporting a self admitted gang banger.
