As I always say, I don’t give a pass to anyone. Last evening and just now on his show he has put forth the proposition that the Supremes shouldn’t be considering things like official acts versus private acts etc because if you look at our history Trump should never have been charged with all the nonsense that he is being charged with and apparently the supremes should not be involved.

That is a very Pollyannish position. Reality is that Trump has been charged with all kind of nonsense and it’s not going away without the Supremes settling it. I have no idea what Levin thinks should happen with the case. I appreciate he thinks none of it should be going on but it is and it won’t end without a resolution by the Supremes.
