I decided to put this up because I talked about it to a few people recently. First when I was in Florida a few weeks ago, I was at a restaurant that had a man playing the guitar and singing at brunch on Sunday, mostly James Taylor and Jimmy Buffet kinds of songs and I don’t remember how it came up but a woman a few seats down, who was either the owner or the manager of the restaurant, made some comment that made me respond with the old postcard line, “ the weather is here, wish you were beautiful”, and she thought that was a Buffet thing and I assured her it predates him and then I told her the funniest greeting card I ever saw had the church lady from SNL on the front saying “Jesus loves you “ and when you open it up it said “everyone else thinks you’re a fucking asshole “. I sent that to several people.

First I hope you have seen the videos of Joe Rogan eviscerating CNN’s supposed expert on both Covid mandates and on the false narrative that ivermectin is a horse dewormer, Sanjay Gupta. Watch it if you haven’t seen it. Gupta like Fauci is just a media whore and he couldn’t count on some Dems in a congressional hearing from protecting him and was destroyed. I’m totally surprised he was crazy enough to sit down with Rogan. Rogan has the top podcast in the country and he has fuck you money and is smart and just tells it like it is, the left and right be damned. Now I’d love to see Fauci have the balls to go on Rogan but he never had any!

The second point tonight is something I should have done earlier but didn’t. I’m sure that you all saw or heard about Commie-la Harris wailing on between outtakes of fake NASA videos about Columbus and how white racism is the basis for our country. Now what she left out or is actually too stupid to know, even though her family owned slaves which should disqualified her, is that although Columbus was Italian, which btw is Southern European and just as much people of color as the Spanish and Portuguese, he was sponsored by Spain. And in reality most of the colonization of the Americas was done by AOC’s ‘colored’ ancestors from Spain and Portugal. So really it was colored supremacy that colonized America and apparently destroyed the noble indigenous savages who were here murdering and enslaving one another in blissful paradise.

I don’t know if you saw this but a few election employees were arrested and charged with destroying voter registration documents in Fulton County Georgia, Atlanta essentially. We have got to clean up elections if we ever hope to have our voices heard and represented!

Watching Tucker and he is continuing the lie about vaccine mandates. While it’s true that Biden said he was going to impose his mandate through OSHA, it hasn’t been done and probably won’t be. There is no unconstitutional vaccine mandate at this time. So whatever Southwest is doing they are doing on their own. They are under no requirement for what they are doing except stupidity and bravo for the employees of southwest for taking a stand!!

What occurred to me today was that the proposed change, eliminating signature matching has no nexus to Covid. I don’t even think that Fauci has claimed that Covid changes your handwriting, although I wouldn’t put it past him if he thought it would help the Dems. People it’s important not to let the Dems further corrupt our voting systems using Covid as the excuse when there is absolutely no nexus between the virus and their proposal!

Virginia Dems are trying to change the election laws after voting has already started. That should be a nonstarter. You can’t change the law in the middle of an election but the Dems know McAulllife is in trouble because of his nonsense that parents have no right to determine what their children are taught. So what do they want to do. They want in the middle of an election to eliminate the signature matching requirements for absentee and mail in ballots that are the law in Virginia supposedly because of the health consequences of Covid even though the numbers are going down. This fraud has to stop and we have to demand that elections be fair and voters need to prove who they say they are.

Just to be fair with regards to my securities professor, and by the way, I preferenced my remarks by “obviously “ my continuously obnoxious mindset, I have a way more devious mind than he did. He couldn’t conceive of the scenario that I considered obvious. I have a very devious mind.

Have you ever wondered how members of Congress and their staffs become rich. Pelosi and Harry Reid are just two examples. Well under the Security Exchange Act of 1934 and subsequent rule 10 b-5 in the rules of the SEC anyone possessing information not known to the public is prohibited from trading, buying or selling stock based on that information unless they disclose that information publicly. Probably the seminal case is SEC v Texas Gulf Sulfur. Look it up if you want more details. However, like most things the Congress have considered themselves not covered until, because of public outrage, the STOCK Act was passed in 2012 to make it clear that they were covered by the insider trading restrictions.

Why am I bringing this up? Because last night Jesse Watters exposed how Pelosi and her spouse have done just what was prohibited. And of course, they will never be prosecuted because their Dems. They are all crooks on both sides of the aisle and use the inside information they acquire by the nature of their positions to enrich themselves, including using the knowledge of what legislation they are going to introduce and enact.

Now in my usual lack of modesty, when I took Securities in law school my professor was considered a leading light on the subject and was one of the youngest partners in a prestigious Philadelphia law firm because of that knowledge. We became friends and played golf several times. At one point in his class he asked why one insider trading rule was in the regulations and I explained it to him and he said damn I never thought of that. Just so you know I’m not your average moron.

BTW Congress needs to pass a law making them equally subject to any law we are subject to.

I don’t know if Mitch McConnell did the right thing or the wrong thing. Supposedly he is the ultimate insider when it comes to using Senate rules. So maybe he has put his Dems in a an untenable box in December if he actually has the balls to make the Dems have to raise the debt ceiling on their own in December through reconciliation without a single Republican vote. I would like to believe he would do it but he’s a wuss who needs to be replaced when we take back the Senate. Hopefully in December the republicans have the stones to put it all on the Dems.

I am watching Tucker and he is saying total bullshit. Yes Fox News was groundbreaking but it is not what it was. It has become a msm outlet with the exception of its nighttime lineup and they can’t cancel Tucker and Hannity and Ingraham and Gutfeld because they fund your channel. Back in the Roger Ailes day, the channel as a whole had integrity. Now the younger generation has taken over and deciidedly lean left. However they are at least smart enough not to kill the cash cow.
