I am sure you saw today that Magoo is considering pardoning Schitt, Cheney and Fauci. Now I’m sure Schitt and Cheney have committed crimes and should be worried. However Fauci has definitely committed crimes and has been referred to the Justice Department on two occasions for provably lying to Congress. The Magoo administration did nothing about it but the Trump administration could and should prosecute this scumbag. And he also should be prosecuted for funding gain of function against the law and then lying about it. He needs to be knocked off his sanctimonious pedestal and put in prison for all the harm he caused to the country and enriched himself doing it. That’s not retribution but law enforcement and would send a real message that nobody including Dems are above the law. Make him spend his fortune defending himself and then put him in prison and destroy him once and for all. He has used his position going back to the AIDS epidemic to enrich himself and harm the American people!

Tonight the Gators men’s basketball team won to go 9-0 for the season. The last time they started 9-0 they won the national championship. Going into tonight’s game the only two teams in the nation that were 8-0 and had won every game by at least 13 points were the Gators and Tennessee. They won by 18 tonight!

I have written about this before but it bears repeating now that the left has lost its collective mind. Under the constitution there are three branches of government — the executive, the legislative and the judicial. Under the Constitution there are only two people in the executive branch that are elected — the president and the vice president. Everyone else is subordinate to them. There is no fourth branch that is the bureaucracy. It doesn’t exist!

I bring this up again because the left is objecting to Trump’s nominees because they are committed to carrying out his agenda. THAT’S WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO! They are not free agents. They report to him and serve at his discretion. I’m sick and tired of hearing that they are supposed to somehow be independent. They are part of the executive branch period. They derive their powers directly from the president and that includes the FBI and the DOJ. I’m sick and tired of hearing that DOJ is somehow independent. It is not. It exists to carry out the president’s agenda and the laws passed by the Congress. I’ve previously pointed out many instances where the president ordered them to prosecute someone and won’t revisit them.

I had a discussion with my son today and he was upset that Trump was nominating what he considered yes men and I pointed out that that is exactly what he’s supposed to do. He was elected and they weren’t and he gets to decide what his agenda is and theirs will be. They can either follow his lead or be replaced period.

Once and forever let me say. The swamp is not in the constitution and needs to told that they are not independent and if they don’t like then resign.

I forgot one other thing. Magoo stepped on the left’s narrative again. They were planning on making the whole news cycle about Kash Patel and instead he whole day was about the pardon.

I’m sure all of you were less than surprised by Magoo pardoning Hunter. Maybe you like me were only surprised by the timing. It’s a little unusual. Usually they are issued right before the president leaves office. Now I heard Trey Gaudy say the reason for the timing was because Hunter was scheduled to be sentenced next week and that requires a very detailed pre sentencing investigation and Magoo wanted to preempt that and keep all the messy details involved in his criminal activities hidden.

I was very surprised when I heard the breadth of the pardon because when it was first reported it sounded like it applied only to the tax and gun charges that he was found guilty of, but it turned out to be a blanket pardon for any and all federal crimes he may have committed for a ten year period. It even pardoned him if he had committed a murder during the time period and no one knew about it.

Now the interesting thing about it as a couple of people have pointed out today is that it could backfire on Magoo because now congressional committees can subpoena and interrogate Hunter and he can’t take the Fifth because no matter what he says it can’t incriminate him because he’s already been pardoned, and if he refuses to answer he can be prosecuted for contempt and go to prison, and you can bet that the Trump DOJ would prosecute!

But fear not for the Biden crime family. I’m sure that in January Magoo will pardon his brother and himself and who knows who else was involved in the syndicate. He might even update Hunter’s pardon to cover every last second until his term is over. And yes to one who asked, he can pardon anyone including himself. It’s never been done because it’s never been necessary before the lawfare age.

Another one of you wondered if the pardon power could be used to reach state crimes as well as federal. The constitution only refers to federal crimes and I and most other people believe it doesn’t apply to state crimes. However I have seen Mark Levin lay out on two occasions how he believes that with respect to the president, the Supremacy Clause would also apply it to state actions. Maybe we’ll find out if Bragg and Fani don’t withdraw their nonsense.

A couple of things about Magoo’s statement. First his basic argument is that Hunter was politically targeted and prosecuted because of his last name. Come again? Your DOJ and AG were going after your son to get you out. You’re even more brain dead than I thought.

The second thing that caught my eye is the nonsense that Hunter has been sober for five and one half years. Sorry I didn’t forget the cocaine found in the residence part of the White House or the videos I posted of Hunter snorting on the White House balcony. No way this loser has been clean and sober for 5 1/2 years. Maybe Magoo only used sober thinking it only covers alcohol. And lastly the pardon means that Hunter won’t be piss tested for a long period of time.

Tomorrow I will comment on the Magoo pardon if there is something that hasn’t already been said or if I get a request from one of you for my thoughts.

I came across this today. It’s the PhD dissertation for a new doctor from Oxford. It would make SK proud. And it demonstrates the vacuousness of our upper level universities. I challenge you to read the synopsis in the middle, blow it up to make it easier, and tell me what the hell she said. Apparently if you stink it hurts your advancement opportunities or something. It appears that things are calming down in the Middle East and that’s great and I will give kudos to Magoo if he pulls it off. However let’s not forget that he had years to do it and nothing happened until Trump was re-elected. This is one more example of what Trump is accomplishing before he even takes office.
