I am so happy that she and Trump are going after the leftist who have been fighting against ICE and the CBP. Homan has said it would happen and now Bondi has charged Hochul and Loopy Letitia with crimes. Hooray! It’s about time and it will send a serious message to all the other lefties that you are not going to get a pass for your virtue signaling. Actions have consequences and your ass is facing jail time. And it’s apparently working because Newsom and California are now saying that they are cooperating with ICE even though they are a sanctuary state. Indict them all.

I continually crack up at all the losers on the left who are ranting about Musk having young people in DOGE. Let’s remember that Microsoft and Facebook and many other companies were founded by people who didn’t graduate from college and were in their late teens or early twenties. AI is being developed by young wiz kids. Some people are just geniuses in computer programming and everyone else isn’t. So the left is complaining that geniuses are auditing the government instead of people who are incompetent. They are stupid and desperate.

Btw it’s the young hackers who infiltrated Hillary’s server and provided the information to our enemies.

Listen almost all computing advances come from wiz kids not the stodgy older generation.

I have talked about this before but it’s time to limit the power of US District Court judges to issue nationwide TRO’s and injunctions. In the federal legal system there are 94 districts and 12 geographic circuits plus a 13th the Federal Circuit which has nationwide jurisdiction but only over a specific set of issues.

Now I think I previously advocated for district court judges to only be able to issue injunctions that pertain only to their districts. Thinking about it today, I think they should be able to issue injunctions that pertain to their circuit. The reason I changed my mind is because when some action is clearly illegal or unconstitutional, then it would require the filing of 94 suits to stop it. I think 12 is enough. However either the Supreme Court, and Justice Thomas has suggested such before, or the Congress needs to pass a law restricting the district court judges. Under the Constitution the Congress sets the power and jurisdiction of all courts below the Supreme Court.

Look we had Loopy Letitia file a case in Manhattan to stop the confirmed Secretary of the Treasury from having access to Treasury Department documents and records. On its face that is ludicrous and yet the activist judge issued a TRO ex parte, meaning without hearing from the other side, on total unsupported claims of irreversible damage. Now consider that the Treasury Department and the Secretary are located in DC not NY. He has no jurisdiction in DC!

This has to stop.

I wish the security guard at Education had responded to Mad Maxine when she said we pay your salary with No you don’t. I pay yours. You don’t have any money to pay my salary. All you do is corruptly take money from taxpayers like me and give it to your cronies who then give it back to you.

And I truly applaud him for standing up to her.

Now I have been calling for the elimination of the Department of Education forever. Now that it is a possibility and given the faux outrage over USAID, I suspect that the real outrage by Mad Maxine and her cronies is because DOGE will discover that Education is just a place where our money goes to be redistributed to teachers unions who then donate it back to the idiots like her.

They never thought that they would be exposed because they never thought that an administration would come in and have a different type of audit or review. I heard today that the reason that Elon and his team are able to move at the speed they are moving is because they are using AI. His computer wizards are so far ahead of what the agency has and it’s scaring the crap out of them. My guess is that most IT people in the government are clueless about AI. I certainly am. Not that I was an IT person but in the course of litigating cases I had to enlighten them on how to do somethings.

I saw that today Trump revoked Magoo’s security clearances and I was shocked because as I have ranted about before, Jack Smith maintained that Trump lost his security clearances at 12:01 pm on January 20, 2017. Now I questioned the basis for his position because it now appears that Magoo and all former presidents are given daily intelligence briefings. As I recall Magoo canceled Trump’s clearance and access after the raid on M A L. So it would appear that the classified documents witch hunt was even more ridiculous than I thought. And clearly Magoo should never be given access to any classified information. He’s brain dead!

Now this administration needs to do a full on search of Magoo’s various locations where he had classified information illegally stored before and indict him and anyone else who had access to it including Hunter and Jill. And Hunter’s pardon is irrelevant because every day you possess the information illegally is a new crime.

This is another pet peeve of mine. Every time the left doesn’t get its way, they start raving about the unelected. The only branch of government that is elected is the Congress. No one on the Supreme Court is elected and in the vast reaches of the swamp, only the president and the vice president are elected. The millions of others are unelected.

It’s just a meaningless talking point that they use when they don’t have anything else to say. Have you noticed that none of these jackasses ever defends the actual individual grants that have been exposed? They can’t and don’t even try because they’d look even dumber than they already do now. They never had a problem when unelected officials and attorneys in the DOJ and FBI targeted parents and Christians. They are all grifters who don’t want their scams exposed. You can count that they are all feeding at the trough off of our tax dollars and they only get upset when someone shuts down the slop.

I am just amazed about the speed at which Trump is going forward. I was going to comment on all that’s going on over the last two days but due to a problem with my ability to recharge my laptop on the porch, I decided to do it in the morning and you know how that went.

First to follow on my follow on, I had said that I wanted Trump to fire all plum book employees and escort them out of their offices without any warning or documents and then cut off their security clearances and access to any federal computer systems. He did that in OPM and USAID and maybe with the people he fired in DOJ and FBI. However I’m not sure that DOGE has acted fast enough and it may have been an impossible task, but I’m pretty sure that employees at the Department of Education are busy shredding documents and deleting emails and wiping federal computer systems now that they know that they are next.

Just keep it up. I won’t pretend to keep up with what he’s doing and it now appears that he will get all his appointees confirmed. The Dems are apoplectic and have no response except just to just yell bullshit.

Btw I love his idea of turning Gaza into a US property and a Riviera on the Mediterranean. Listen when I first heard him say it my immediate response was that it’s just what I would expect. He’s a real estate developer and he sees an opportunity just like he did with little rocket man in his first term when he opened his meeting with him with a couple minute video showing what could be. Because I’m lazy you can believe that I got that from someone else because a couple of people have also said it. I guarantee you that that was my immediate thought.

And lastly I truly loved his executive order today on keeping men out of women’s sports and locker rooms. It was fabulous and the background of all the girls and women was spectacular.

One thing I forgot is that Trump and DOGE is doing what I said they should do. They took over the seventh floor in the Office of Personnel Management. Kicked out the swamp creatures and even moved in sofa beds to keep all of the swamp creatures out AND terminated their access to the OPM computer systems. That’s what I said I wanted to happen and it did.

I like winning and Trump is destroying the left. Buckle up because this might be long. As always I don’t know because there is no telling where my train of thought might take me.

First I think that Trump’s nominees did great this week. The Dems basically embarrassed themselves with just plain stupid questions. And the one thing that I truly loved was when Bobby went after Sanders for being a big pharma paid for shill. I had seen an article early that morning pointing just how much money he and Pocahontas had taken from them and I hoped he would throw it in their faces and he did. The one point I wished would have been covered was when Schitt was questioning Patel about his taking the fifth in front of the grand jury, I so wanted him to say — I didn’t need a pardon like you.

I don’t know if you saw but Trump not only pulled the clearances of former ‘intelligence’ officials which I have been advocating for for quite a while and even texted Vivek, but he now has withdrawn their ability to enter and walk around any secure federal facility. And based on my experience that would be almost all federal facilities. Post 9/11 I don’t know of any federal facilities that you can go into without a badge or an escort. I’m sure there are some but none they would want to cruise around. And now what I want to see is for the Trump DOJ and FBI to get search warrants on the down low and raid their homes and offices for classified information. I guarantee you that most, if not all of them, have classified information illegally.

I am also extremely happy that DOJ and FBI personnel involved in all the illegal activity under Magoo are being purged. They are threatening to sue, but let them. It will take a long time and in the interim we will have an apolitical workforce. Plus I would be happy to litigate those cases. They made up charges as even the Supremes have held.

Getting rid of all the DEI shills and removing it from federal websites is fantastic. And although I didn’t plan to comment on it because I don’t know, but DEI definitely had a part in the DC plane crash. I’m not talking necessarily about the pilots and controllers involved. I have talked to one of you who is an expert and I will wait until the facts are in. There is only one person who I know of who could have been DEI and that was the female pilot of the chopper. Everyone else was a white male as far as I know and I’m not saying she was incompetent or put in a position she shouldn’t have been because there are many women who are just as capable of flying choppers as men. What I’m saying is that the tower at DCA was understaffed because the FAA is understaffed because of DEI. There is a lawsuit pending against the FAA by 1000 people who were discriminated against because they were white. Some if not all scored perfect on the qualifying test! The staffing shortage is on the hands of the left.

And just while I’m at it let me say that if there is one place we want the best and the brightest it’s in the control tower. It’s a very stressful position and requires full concentration at all times. If you’re flying just like if you’re in surgery, you don’t care about anything other than that the person with your life potentially in their hands to be extremely competent. If I remember correctly from a long time ago, the controller position was considered so stressful that they could retire after twenty years instead of the thirty for the rest of the civil service.

And just as an aside because it’s not really part of this or maybe it is but Crying Chuck Schumer is now being investigated for his threats against Kavanaugh and Gorsuch!

Now one area I think Trump has the right mindset but maybe not the best plan of action is his buyout for federal employees who don’t want to return to the office. Now I’m not going to go through all the reasons that this might not be legal but I am going to tell you why I think it is a bad idea. I have previously said that you could eliminate a third of the federal jobs and we would not notice any difference. Actually I would go to 50% if you could let me pick out the ones to fire but that’s not how a Reduction in Force works or Trump’s EO. It’s based on seniority and not merit. (As an aside, when we first started doing legal research using computers, one of my attorneys searched reduction in force and got a couple cases dealing with the reduction in the force of your urine stream based on prostate issues.)

And here’s my real issue with this action. If you are a worthless employee who doesn’t really do anything anyway, why would you take a buyout with 8 months pay instead of coming into work and continuing to do nothing forever? That’s the people we want to eliminate not reward.
