I am sick and tired of Hollywood morons ranting nonsense with no evidence to support their nonsense and de Niro is the retarded mental midget leader of the pack. Now in case you don’t know, he didn’t even graduate from high school making him one of the people who Ricky Gervais referred to in his rant at the Golden Globes (I think) as having spent less time in school than Greta Thunberg. His whole life has been reading what other people wrote. Even in his nonsense today, he was reading a script and not very well.

And if to prove he’s a total retard, and yes I said it and it’s a good word and I refuse to abandon it for woke bullshit, I noticed when he got out of his car today that he was wearing a mask! None of his 8 or so bodyguards were. I noticed it immediately but it was mentioned by one person on the Five and since then no one else. He took it off before he got to the podium but it still demonstrates that he’s a retarded moron. No one who has a brain believes, after all the scientific studies to the contrary, that masks are effective against Covid. He’s the definition of a tin foil hat idiot and should go quietly into the dark.

Just heard from Dershowitz that in New York in closing arguments the defense goes first. That’s absurd. As I have said previously the normal way is that the prosecution goes first followed by the defense and then the prosecution gets a rebuttal. Requiring the defense to go first means they have to respond to what they haven’t heard. Total nonsense but at least it’s not unique to this case. However given that the prosecution hadn’t ever specified the crime that Trump was suspected to have committed, it makes it very difficult to deliver an effective defense.

Why do I say this? Because of their actions not their words. They keep insisting that the polls are wrong and complain that we just don’t understand how much Magoo has done for us. But their actions tell a different story. They are trying to rush through many regulations that no one wants mostly under the guise of climate change. They are putting in regulations to make it harder to fire political rats they are burrowing into the swamp. And in the biggest tell of all, Magoo is planning to sign an agreement that would turn over our sovereignty to the will of the WHO — a Chinese controlled entity. The good news is that it won’t be a treaty because it would never be ratified by the senate. So just like the Paris climate nonsense, Trump could withdraw on day one.

But there is no reason that they would be trying to rush things through, in many instances contrary to required procedures and laws unless they were really concerned that they only have a few months left.

I haven’t mentioned this before and it has rarely been mentioned in the media but Judge Merchan was handpicked for this case. The normal process for assigning a judge to a case is from drawing a name out of a hat or something equivalent but in this case, contrary to standard practice, the chief judge specifically assigned Merchan to the case in spite of his obvious conflicts. The fix has been in from the beginning.

Yesterday I heard Hannity on his radio program and he said two things that were contradictory in a very short period of time. First he said in response to a caller that he didn’t want to see our judicial system turn into a tit for tat with a Trump DOJ going after Magoo et al like they went after him. He believes that this would turn us into a banana republic. Apparently he believes that DOJ is some independent arbiter of justice removed from the executive branch. Total nonsense as I have said many times they are an executive department under the president — not independent!

Hannity’s position is one I have ranted against repeatedly. The republicans need to grow a pair and quit pretending they are above politics. All that does is give the Dems carte blanche to run over them without fear of retribution. The only way to level the playing field is to put some of their biggest members in jail and don’t worry about the faux outrage from the left. Do you want to continue to be graceful losers or start winning? Trump should have locked up Hillary and Comey and company and I’m tired of the bogus nonsense that you can’t convict them in DC. In most cases they committed some of their crimes outside of DC and could be tried there. Hillary’s bathtub server was located in Chappaquiddick, New York and the case could have been brought there and even if other venues are not available indict them anyway and bleed them financially dry like they have done to republicans.

Now part two of this rant is that five or ten minutes later in response to another caller he said he would like to see Magoo and Garland and Bragg and Smith and Fani sitting on the side of the table that Trump now occupies. For that to happen, what he just said he didn’t want to see would have to happen. So which is it? Make up your mind. You can’t have it both ways Pollyanna!

Cohen’s former attorney is back in the news because he has the goods to prove that Cohen is lying about Trump. Everyone reporting acts like it’s something new. It’s not. It’s been known for about three years and all came out back in the grand jury days. I’m sure I commented on it at the time and now Levin and others are calling on Bragg to be indicted for suborning perjury and violating the Brady rule requiring exculpatory evidence be given to the defendant and the grand jury. They specifically hid a great deal of evidence from the grand jury which would likely have resulted in no indictments but also let Cohen testify to things they know were false. Don’t expect anything to happen in New York but if Trump wins, I would love his DOJ to investigate Bragg et al for election interference.

In case you don’t know who this idiot is, and I’m pretty sure I’ve commented before, he’s either a freshman or sophomore congressman from New York who will say anything to support Magoo’s incompetence and agenda. The most recent was on Friday and still being lazy I didn’t get around to it until today. He said that the fact that Trump had been under investigation for a long time proves that there is no two tiered system of justice or election interring lawfare. While many commented on his stupidity, I haven’t seen anyone comment on the thing that struck me immediately. Namely that his very statement proves election interring lawfare is happening. You don’t wait to get indictments and try matters that have been known for a long time in the middle of an election unless you’re trying to interfere in that election. You could have brought the cases many years ago but didn’t. Hell the Stormy Daniels stuff was known before the 2016 election and I’m sure I commented on it back then. So why wait till now? To interfere in the upcoming election!
