I tried to resist but I couldn’t. Last Saturday my gators lost at Kentucky 106 – 100 and dropped from 6 to 8 in the country. Tonight they beat, now former No. 1 Tennessee, the only remaining unbeaten team in the NCAA , by 30 points in Gainesville. That’s amazing!

The thing that one of the announcers said is undoubtedly true. This year it will be harder to win the SEC championship than it will be to win the NCAA. And there will be at least ten SEC teams in the dance. It is undeniably the best basketball conference in the country.

That’s the question one of you asked about Trump on Greenland, Canada and the Panama Canal. My answer is both. Certainly with respect to Greenland, he is serious about acquiring it or at least establishing a very strong relationship to the exclusion of Russia and China. It is very important from a strategic national security perspective. It gives us effective control over the arctic and a quick strike capability against Russia and China. And it is very rich in mineral resources. And they are not happy with the way Denmark is treating them.

Don Jr. went there today and got a hero’s welcome. I think they’re actually eager to if not be acquired form a strong protective relationship.

With respect to Canada, I think it’s more posturing to get better trade and border deals. He already got Turdeau to resign and and it appears that the person who will win his place is a populist MCGA person.

The Panama issue is more complicated. When Carter gave it away, there were two treaties signed. One that gave it to Panama and a second one that gave the US the right to assure in perpetuity that the canal would remain open, secure and neutral. Right now China controls the ports at both ends of the canal and Panama signed a ‘belt and road’ agreement. So Trump is right to be concerned and I think while he is firing an opening shot over the bow, he will seriously consider military intervention if Panama takes actions detrimental to our national security interests and our economic interests.

Now on a lighter note and I may have mentioned this before but 20+ years ago Dennis Miller had a very creative idea on how to secure our southern border. We buy Mexico and then when the illegals say they want to come to the US you say you’re already here and then we continue buying up the countries all the way down to Panama and then there is only a very small border left to protect.

He is issuing all kinds of EO’s to try to hamstring Trump from carrying out his mandate and obliterating everything Magoo has done. Today he issued an order banning drilling on almost all of our offshore oil reserves. Now I have seen some people say today that Trump can’t undo this nonsense on day one with his own order. I don’t believe that is true. I don’t understand why Trump can’t issue an order canceling Magoo’s order immediately.

Magoo is claiming that he is doing all this crap because it’s necessary to save the world from climate change, but ask yourself why he didn’t do this earlier in his administration if it was so important. Because he knows that his present actions are total bs designed to hamper Trump and he knows if had done them sooner, it would have further doomed any chance for reelection. We don’t want them now and we didn’t want them then.

The one thing that this makes clear to me is that you better hold on because he will do more and more moronic things as his departure comes closer and I guarantee that he will issue a bunch of preemptive pardons a day or so before he’s gone.

I think most of you have seen video of pencil neck saying that the attack in New Orleans proves that Kash Patel cannot be confirmed for FBI DIRECTOR because we need the professional FBI folks. Now I’ve seen people comment on this but no one has pointed out the obvious that struck me as soon as I heard it.

The inbred midwit DEI morons in the FBI are there now and this happened under their watch. More of these uniparty morons is not what we need. It’s someone outside the swamp that’s willing to help drain it is what’s needed. Not more of the same and Kash is just the one to do it.

I’m watching some of the Golden Globes because I like Nikki Glaser and she is hosting tonight and her opening monologue was almost as good as a Ricky Gervais monologue and she only had one brief obtuse political comment. ( Don’t worry I always watch and record Levin which was excellent.)

The thing that struck me the most is that almost all the awards for TV shows are for things not on regular TV. Most of which I’ve never heard of. They are either on streaming services or at least one is on HBO which I could watch because I get HBO, but I haven’t. I don’t really understand where these people get the time to watch all this stuff and maintain a social media presence. Really ?

I don’t stream anything except recently due to a complete accident I have watched a couple of series. As I have previously mentioned I think, generally from 11 pm to 1 am or later, I watched music videos on YouTube covering a broad range of interests. However one night recently I clicked on the wrong link and was getting only kids stuff and that had happened previously and the only way to correct it would require me to get up and basically unplug the tv and then restart it.

But being lazy I noticed I could drop down and there were a plethora of options including free channels and one had Reacher. Now I have read every Lee Child’s Reacher book from the beginning until probably a year or so ago because I didn’t get my vacation last year because of medical issues and this year because of a hurricane. But I love the series and especially because he is the opposite of most of the main characters in the authors I follow. He is not rich! He hitchhikes or takes the bus. However, as opposed to Tom Cruise who played the character in two movies, he’s 6.5 feet tall and 250 pounds of sculpted muscles. Think Dolphin Lundgren. And I heard a couple years ago that they were starting a series based on the books with a person who actually represents the character. And so I watched it and it was very good and closely followed the first book. And I was able to watch the second season on Prime because they gave me a 30 free trial and then I noticed when I couldn’t get the third season that I could get Jack Ryan, the Tom Clancy main character and so I’m watching that series which I also enjoy. At some point I may have to purchase Amazon Prime, but I may already have it because they treat me as a prime member whenever I order something.

Anyway, the point of my ramblings is that regular TV is pretty much out of the picture now days. Although I still have several series I follow.

It’s sort of like when they have Disney night on Idol and I don’t recognize any of the songs.

There were several things that happened over the past few days that may have caused you concern. First Johnson got elected Speaker. I know that I was against him because of his disastrous performance with the continuing resolution. However I think he got spanked by Elon and Vivek and Trump and now understands who’s calling the shots and he only got re-elected because of Trump exerting power on the holdouts. Btw nobody else could have won the Speakership. I don’t know of anyone else who was even interested! Now he and the Republicans need to do what Trump has promised and quit putting their egos above the good of the country.Pass the Trump agenda and confirm his nominees post haste. The swamp needs to be drained.

Now Magoo, not really because he is totally brain dead, issued a couple of orders. One he banned most natural gas hot water heaters in five years I think and then today he banned all offshore drilling forever. Rest assured that anything he does by order can be undone on day one by Trump.

And did you actually see him today. It is apparent that during his multiple day and place vacations which is the norm for his presidency he fell on his face or Jill punched him. He had a cut on his lower lip. His jawline was off and he slurred everything.

January 20th can’t come soon enough!

She was given the second highest award in the country today by Magoo. Hopefully this was in place of a pardon. She must be prosecuted and put in jail. FULL STOP!!

With the attack in New Orleans and Las Vegas today, it is apparent that between now and January 20th there will be several more terrorist attacks on our citizens. I expect something big on January 6th to try to disrupt the certification of the electoral vote and the one place I wouldn’t want to be is at the Trump speech on the Mall on January 20. Magoo et al intentionally let in thousands of terroists that will try to come to fruition before Trump becomes president.

I believe there will be at least one more attempted assassination on Trump before the inauguration.

Magoo and his coherts have undermined the safety of this nation and need to be brought to justice for their crimes.

As I’m sure you know he died today. Interestingly a few days ago I actually searched to see if he was still alive because I couldn’t remember and I don’t remember why I thought about it.

I once worked on a Habitat for Humanity house when I was at an ABA convention in New Orleans. And I can guarantee you that that house was the strongest house ever built. There were many more of us than were needed and so maybe three times as many nails were pounded in than necessary. I have worked construction before and even built a lean-to on our trailer home in Anchorage so I know what’s needed.

Anyway the point of this rant is to tell you that in spite of what you will undoubtedly hear in the aftermath of his death, he was clueless as president. I was part of the swamp back then and he was the epitome of someone who was way out of his competence as president. He proved that someone completely outside the swamp can’t successfully run the government. I know you will say that I believed that Trump did just that but there was a major difference.

Trump made many personnel mistakes in his first term but corrected them AND he had an agenda that he stuck to and it was the correct agenda. Plus he had worldwide experience in accomplishing successful endeavors. Carter had no such experience and his agenda was global warming nonsense that resulted in the gas crisis and pandering to everyone that led to the Iran debacle.

I was there and his administration was staffed with incompetent people. I interacted with them on several occasions and in each event I had to explain to them not only what the issue was but also what the EO’s or other pertinent regulations were but what they needed to do. They were just totally in over their heads. Being a submarine commander is not prerequisite for being president and he proved it. Sorry he was one of the worst presidents in history. But he was a good man..
