I saw today that Judge Merchan has pushed back sentencing in the hush money case until November 26 th after the election. More importantly, he pushed back his decision on whether to throw out the case because of the Supremes decision on presidential immunity until November 12th. As I have said continuously the more important Supreme Court case is the one where the Supremes said all required elements must be unanimously decided and in this case they clearly were not.

At any rate I believe that this is a clear indication that he will throw the case out. If he was going to deny the motion there would be no reason to postpone that decision. But if he’s going to throw it out he wouldn’t want to do it before the election because that would be a huge victory for Trump and destroy a lot of SK’s talking points.

Magoo told another story today in Pittsburgh about his great grandfather who was supposedly a Molly McQuire. Look it up and watch it. They played it on Gutfeld and the thing that struck me was when Magoo said he remembered in 1906 what his ancestor said. Explain to me how someone born almost forty years later could remember that. He didn’t say he had heard or been told what was said but that he heard it.

I have been ranting for a few years about how SK fornicated her way into politics. Willie Brown, a married man, thirty one years her elder appointed her to two commissions she was not qualified for that paid her $400K over either two or four years and that required her attendance for a few days a year. There’s a word that is usually applied to women who trade sex for money which I’m sure you can recall. And he also bankrolled with his cronies her DA and AG elections. This was all verboten until just recently.

Then a few days ago an article appeared in the Federalist that said if the left can go after Trump for Stormy Daniels and other things then SK’s peccadillos are fair game. It was up for three days and I believe it was still up this morning but now it’s not and once again I’m too lazy to look it up. And now it appears that at least some on Fox have taken the hint. On both the Five and Gutfeld they are talking about Willie and his side piece. It’s about time!

My apologies because I usually pride myself on being able to connect the dots and I haven’t on a point I mentioned last night. I like most people have been treating SK’s prosecutorial career as separate from her national political career. They are not.

I have commented in the past on what it takes to be a good litigator and so won’t repeat it. Suffice it to say that you need to be fast on your feet and capable of processing and responding to information on the fly. If there’s anything we’ve learned about SK, it’s that she can’t do it. Leave her without a teleprompter or notes and she fails open every time.So there’s no way she could have ever been a decent trial attorney. She just doesn’t have the smarts. She was a DEI law student and a DEI vice president. She’s just plain dumb and so it’s clear why she’s hiding from anything approaching a legitimate interview or press conference. She’s doing everything she can to avoid the debate with Trump. She knows she can’t do it.

I was going to call my response to the taped and edited ‘interview’ Macbeth 2.0 but there was no sound and no fury. There were two idiots, but that wasn’t enough. I held off commenting that night because I was lazy and I’m glad I did because most everything I would have said was said by everyone else the next morning and you don’t need me to state the obvious. At least I hope that’s not what you expect to see here.

The only thing I will say about it is that when SK talked about guidelines around time, I thought she was about a nanosecond from devolving into the significance of the passage of time. She didn’t but it was already so stupid she didn’t need to. I will say that her speaking style is a cross between a kindergarten teacher explaining something she doesn’t understand herself to young children and nails on a chalkboard.

Moving on to the actual purpose of this rant, I saw where she said she didn’t ban fracking as vice president, it might have been in the interview or it might have been somewhere else, I’m not sure and am once again too lazy to look it up. People there is no such thing as a VP Executive Order! She had no authority to on her own ban fracking. No one asked her to explain how she could have done it.

Now the real reason for this rant is to question SK’s prosecutorial experience. She repeatedly said she tried hundreds of felony cases in her 13 years as a line prosecutor. However, when challenged in a debate when she ran for San Francisco DA she admitted it was more like fifty. That’s about four a year. And I’m sure none of them were OJ type cases or we would have heard of her. Most of her cases were probably two or three days against an underfunded public defender. So she was as lazy then as she is now. She spent most of her time ingratiating herself with the powers that be to climb the ladder of power. In any DA’s office in a big city there are way more cases than can be prosecuted and hence the vast majority are ended by a plea bargain. Had she wanted to actually do her job she could have tried 50 or more a year. She’s a lazy, low IQ, bum who only cares about aggrandizing herself and nothing else.

Over the course of 25 years I tried about 100 cases but that was because that was all of the cases there were. Actually there were probably another ten or fifteen cases which I assigned to other attorneys because they occurred at the same time as cases I was working on. I didn’t have an endless stream of cases to pick and choose and I still managed to be as active as she was. Also I had had responsibility for many other areas including national security as I have mentioned before. She had no other responsibilities.

Also as I mentioned above, I’m sure that few if any of her trials lasted as much as a week. Most of mine lasted at least a week and several lasted three to six weeks. I’d be willing to bet she never tried a case that lasted that long. She can’t think coherently for a 20 minute interview much less a three week trial. She’s always been a grifter!

And one last thing, she makes a big deal about protecting children from predators. Nothing could be further from the truth. When she became San Francisco DA there were 500 pending child molestation cases being investigated against priests in that diocese and ready to go before a grand jury. When she got elected, they all somehow disappeared, and the number reached 1100 when she was AG. The diocese of San Francisco is a powerful political power in San Francisco and she put their wishes over the welfare of the children. She’s a political whore.

Earlier this week I had intended to comment on something that Bill Clinton said, and was only reminded of it by something tonight when they played SK’s nieces explaining how to pronounce their aunt’s name — comma la. But guess what and you can go back and watch it because it struck me when it happened. Clinton continuously referred to her as camel la but no one called him out for it. You can only mispronounce it if you’re a Dem. And I’m pretty sure I have heard her ‘mispronounce’ it.

PS. Phonetically it’s pronounced camel la. If it was comma la it would be Komala.

Let me start off by saying I don’t know what effect that Kennedy’s endorsement will have on the election. I would like to think it would give Trump a comfortable victory. However I have seen polls that say that his withdrawal adds votes to SK. Now I don’t know how that’s possible unless all the Dems who were in his camp were anyone but Trump voters who will fall back into the D fold. I hope that Trump’s saying that he will appoint Bobby to lead a group to look into what’s being done to our food that has led to many long term medical problems will garner him some support.

Now as I’ve said repeatedly, Kennedy is a total cuckoo on global warming and Trump needs to keep him far away from anything to do with the GND.

Hopefully this alliance will be a positive for Trump.

I just unfortunately watched her speak and she said nothing except to denigrate Trump. She didn’t explain how she would do anything. She’s all talk and no substance. And has always been the point of this convention, she pretended that the mess we are in was not created by her administration. If you have all these great ideas why haven’t you done them on your watch? Total bullshit!

To quote Macbeth: “It is tale by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.” That pretty much sums up day three.

Bill Clinton demonstrated that he is about four years behind Magoo in the dementia sweepstakes. He sounded awful. Got lost several times, fumbled words and said absolutely nothing of substance. His whole speech was saying we have to elect SK to fix what SK broke? He also thought he was clever taking shots at Trump but he wasn’t clever at all and if you noticed the audience rarely got excited about his empty rhetoric. He was a shadow of his former self.

Shapiro demonstrated why SK didn’t pick him. Not only is he a Jew, but he would clearly overshadow her. He’s actually lucky she didn’t pick him because he has a future now. He has charisma and a good imitation of Obama, but as I said at the beginning, he said nothing. Just empty platitudes.

Oprah was much the same and wasted a lot of time talking about stuff from decades ago and just more empty platitudes. What amazes me is how people on the left think that abortion is the single most important issue in the country. Forget if you can afford food and shelter or if you can safely leave your house. As I’ve said before, there is no reason that any woman should become pregnant if she doesn’t want to other than rape or incest and those are exceptions in virtually every abortion statute.

Now for Tampon Tim. He was actually better than I expected because he didn’t do anything completely stupid. He glossed over his stolen valor and his lies about IVF being responsible for his family. He said nothing of substance but didn’t put his foot in his mouth. He lied about a lot things but I’m sure that the Republicans will point out. One thing he said that struck me was an implication that Trump and republicans want to be in your bedroom. That’s just total bs. Abortion has nothing to do with controlling your sex life. It’s about what to do with the results of your actions. You’re free to do whatever you want to do in the bedroom. And once again he ran against project 2025 because he can’t run against Trump’s real policies.

First now that the whole birther thing is coming up again, let me remind you that the attack was originated by Hillary. It was put out by her campaign back in 2008 when she was running against Obama. And just so you know that there is some substance to the issue, there was ( I don’t know if it’s still up. ) a video of Michelle on a trip to Kenya during Barry’s presidency opening her remarks by saying that it was good to be in the country where her husband was born. And Obama had on his CV page for his publisher that he was born in Kenya and raised in Hawaii etc. A couple of weeks before he announced he was running for president, he changed it to say that he was born in Hawaii with Kenyan parents etc. I know I put the second point up but it would have been long enough ago that it was in the first five years of this blog which are now gone. I don’t know if I put the first point up. Now at this point I don’t care because he got away with it even if he lied. There is no remedy and so let it go unless you have incontrovertible proof.

Next in a continuation of what I and everyone else has been saying that if SK has all these great solutions, why hasn’t she implemented them in the past four years? Now the Obamas and Hillary and the whole crowd are not talking policies because they lose badly on those but instead are now talking about hope and change and feelings and vibes. But when they say we need hope, they are ignoring that they have been in control for the last four years and 12 of the last 16 years. They are running against themselves. They think that you’re too stupid to notice. As someone on the Five said today, they want you to erase the Magoo years and consider Trump the incumbent responsible for the mess they made.

Lastly, although I should never say that because past history suggests there’s a 50/50 chance that by the time I finish this thought a new one will come to mind, anyway I’m sick and tired of hearing them blame all the lost jobs during Covid on Trump. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Remember that Trump only called for a I think two week pause to slow the curve. It was the governors that shut down their states. People like Tampon Tim and Newsom and Cuomo and Pritzker and Whitmer and our own worthless Cooper. They are responsible for trashing the economy and Magoo with his vaccine mandates. So start firing back at this bogus talking point.
