Now Dr. Fauci I want to ask you about the science behind some of your pronouncements that resulted in the destruction of our economy and the lives and livelihoods of tens of millions of Americans. The first is your insistence on mitigation to protect Americans. And I will divide that into three things — face masks, social distancing and self quarantine.

Now I’m not going to ask you about face masks because you have flip flopped so many times that you can’t even pretend that there was hard science behind it. Science is. It doesn’t change.

So let’s talk about social distancing. What’s the hard science behind six feet? Why not five feet? And to be fair before you respond, I saw where somewhere in Europe they are using three feet and another of your expert colleagues has said it should be 28 feet. So by definition there’s no hard science because if there was then there would be one and only one answer. So like with everything else it’s SWAG, but go ahead and try to explain it if you wish.

Let me ask you Dr. Fauci, what was the wind direction and velocity that you considered when coming up with six feet? To emphasize my point, assume you were walking six feet in front of me and we were walking into a 10 mph headwind. If you coughed or sneezed, there is no way in hell that I won’t get whatever you put out. Conversely, under the same scenario but I’m only three feet behind you and there’s a 10 mph wind blowing straight behind us and again you cough or sneeze none of your explosion is going to reach me. So go ahead and explain the science that you are relying on for six foot social distancing.

Now let’s move on to self quarantine. I would love for you to explain the hard science behind your self quarantine mandate ( I would call it a recommendation, but we both know you are calling the shots. ). And remember once again before you respond that you and I are of similar ages and I have never once had the present nonsense mandated on me. Not with polio or tuberculosis or swine flu or bird flu or HIV or Ebola or SARS, and as far as I have been able to determine it has never been mandated in history. So when you mutter your SWAG, remember you have no real data. Go ahead and give it you best shot. Please give me any proven evidence that your mitigation efforts have saved a single life and there are many experts out there who think it has caused more deaths.

Now let’s talk about the way you are counting Covid-19 deaths. Dr. Birx admitted that if anyone dies and tested positive for the virus it should be counted as a Covid-19 death. Please give me the science behind this since it’s not what’s done with the common flu. Everyday we hear more and more evidence that people are being forced to report false or very tenuous deaths as Covid-19 deaths. What is the science behind that or are you just trying to inflate deaths to cover for your totally bogus models? While the deaths from the virus are approaching 100K, I suspect that if the bogus numbers were eliminated and we really counted only deaths where the virus was actually the cause of death it would be cut in half or more. Remember when Italy first reported massive numbers using the criteria you and Birx are espousing, it was later determined that only 12% of those deaths were actually the result of the virus.

Now Dr. Fauci, I’m going to ask you about the actual consequences of your actions and if you want to continue to say that you have no responsibility outside of the Wuhan flu, you need to resign and retire. I don’t believe you’re stupid enough to think that your actions don’t have consequences and I’m not going to give you a pass. It’s time someone held your pompous, media darling ass to the fire. According to the National Bureau of Economic Research and the Lancet, for every 1% increase in unemployment there is a 3.3% increase in deaths from drug overdoses and a 1% increase in deaths from suicide. Now the number of deaths from drug overdose is approximately 70,000 per year and the deaths from suicide are approximately 48,000 per year. These are real numbers based on real data unlike all your SWAG. At present the unemployment rate is about 15% but is projected to reach 25%. I’ll use 20%. At that rate deaths from drug overdose would increase by 50% or 35,000 deaths. Deaths from suicide would increase by 16% or 8,000 deaths. Thus your policies will result in 43,000 deaths that are totally on you and they will happen. Yet you can’t prove that your SWAG saved a single life. I think you need to apologize to all the people whose lives and livelihoods you have destroyed to keep your face on tv.

One last thing Dr. Fauci, never forget that just because you are a leading expert that doesn’t mean that whatever ever unproven SWAG you mouth is science. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

There are no provable equations. Everything is best guess. So it’s possible he thinks his best guess is science.}
