This partisan joke of an AG is literally drooling at the prospect of seizing Trump’s buildings. Now I think it’s Dan Rather,the proven liar, salivating at the prospect that she could seize and sell mar-a-Lago and he’s an idiot. Letitia (btw I don’t know how her first name is actually spelled. I’ve seen several so I’m going with this one) can seize and sell Trump’s properties in New York and I’m not sure how long that would take. Potentially she couldn’t accomplish that before Trump got his appeal heard and decided

And more importantly, if she did and sold it at fire sale prices, I believe that Trump could take that to court and delay the actual sale.

But here’s the real point, Trump owns property all over and she can’t just go into another state and seize anything. She doesn’t have jurisdiction and would have to get a court to honor her bogus finding. I don’t believe that there is any chance that a Florida court would honor it, or that RDS and his AG would allow that to happen.

So while she might be able to seize and sell some Trump assets in NY , it’s not clear that she could do it in time to affect his appeal and I don’t think that even the corrupt judicial system there would agree that the verdict needs to be reversed.

And I would love for Trump to have his DOJ to investigate and file charges against her for election interference. Put her fat smirky fat ass in jail and similarly Bragg and Fani. I don’t care how much the left will lose its shit. It’s time that their bullshit have consequences.

BTW it just occurred to me that Letitia may have a lot more difficulty in selling Trump’s property because you know every potential buyer would know that the purchase would be in court for a long time.
