One of you wanted my comments and I don’t really have any. I haven’t followed it closely but from what I’ve seen the settlement was probably the best outcome for both sides. A Supreme Court decision would mess things up on this set of facts.

The one thing that has stood out to me is that it hasn’t been mentioned on either the Fox News app or Fox News television.
