And because I haven’t followed the case but I figure since Pirro didn’t mention it that the prosecutor hasn’t done it, I think the prosecutor should pin him down. Ask him you said you wouldn’t intentionally hurt them, did you unintentionally hurt them? Pin him into a corner. You can’t have it both ways but do it so there’s no possible way Pirro’s take that he could get a manslaughter charge to the jury and though I defer to her judgeship, I don’t believe that is a possibility.
