Have you noticed that crying chuck Schumer never speaks without reading from a prepared statement. He may be just a little behind Biden and Pelosi in his dementia. If you can’t speak off the cuff for two minutes then you shouldn’t be senate majority leader.

Hell I could speak off the cuff for half an hour or more and at least one of you have seen it. And I could still do it. It’s one of Trump’s great strengths.

If you’re going to read a prepared statement, then just issue it and spare us having to hear you try to get through it
