I don’t know if Mitch McConnell did the right thing or the wrong thing. Supposedly he is the ultimate insider when it comes to using Senate rules. So maybe he has put his Dems in a an untenable box in December if he actually has the balls to make the Dems have to raise the debt ceiling on their own in December through reconciliation without a single Republican vote. I would like to believe he would do it but he’s a wuss who needs to be replaced when we take back the Senate. Hopefully in December the republicans have the stones to put it all on the Dems.
