It was always known that lockdowns would not end the virus, just postpone its spread. People were still going to get it. It wasn’t going to disappear and the lockdowns hampered getting herd immunity. More lockdowns won’t do anything except postpone when people will get infected and continue to destroy the economy. And that’s always been the Dems plan.
