The Supremes issued a decision today that seriously curtails the power of district court judges to issue nationwide injunctions and essentially limits those courts to the issues and parties before them. I saw John Yoo today talking about how this decision has basically decimated the power of these leftist judges. And I thought that that was a little disingenuous because these activist judges will try to get around the decision by declaring class actions and making the class nation wide. This already happened in one case. I don’t remember which one, but he certified a class and declared a class action even before the government had a chance to reply to the complaint.

I have handled a class action and that’s not how it’s supposed to be done. So I think that we will see a spate of improper class actions. Imagine a judge certifying a class that consists of all illegal aliens. He could then impose an injunction preventing the government from taking any action against them until the class action has been litigated which would take years.

And what makes this even more scary is that Tarlov said on the Five that this is what they planned to do and have already filed several class complaints after the Supremes issued the decision.

Anthony Bernal who was Jill Biden’s workplace husband has now been subpoenaed to testify about Magoo’s mental competency and who actually approved use of the Autopen. Now this is another case of the left not looking forward to what could happen if they mess with rules.Harry Reid eliminated the need for 60 votes to confirm political officials and Circuit Court judges and below. Then Cocaine Mitch extended it to Supreme Court Justices and Trump got to put three people on the Supreme Court.

Then Magoo waved executive privilege for some of Trump’s inner circle and the result was that a couple of Trump’s people went to jail for refusing to answer questions that they thought were privileged. Now if you remember I said at the time that I didn’t understand how one president could wave executive privilege for a different president and I still stand by that, but what’s good for one president is good for the next. Bernal was set to testify until Trump revoked his executive privilege and then refused so got subpoenaed. He was apparently planning to claim everything he was asked was privileged. When that was removed, he refused to cooperate willingly. Once again the Dems never look to what the future outcome might be when they mess with precedent.

Just so you know I haven’t passed away, I’ll discuss a few things that have piqued my interest recently. First I want to discuss our bombing in Iran. As you will recall I said previously that we should adopt the Luke Skywalker approach and drop the BBBBB’s down the air shafts. And that’s exactly what they did.

And staying on the same subject, I’m so tired of TDS idiots in and out of congress suggesting that the attack wasn’t successful. In case you didn’t see Ingraham tonight, she had on Senator Bernie Moreno from Ohio, a Republican, and he was in the classified briefing in a SCIF given to some senators and congressmen about the strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities and he said that one Democrat had stated that it would go down as one of the greatest military actions in history and then walked out of the briefing and said to the microphone junkies that we don’t know if we did any major damage to the nuclear facilities. Such hypocrisy!

Next and lastly I want to comment on the NY mayoral primary. A person on the left side of the communism/socialism spectrum won the primary and I want to say that I don’t believe he will win the general election. First the mainstream democrats don’t want him to win because it would result in the destruction of the Dem party. And Eric Adams, the current mayor, is running as an independent and Cuomo who lost the primary has said that he may also run as an independent. This would certainly mess up the Dems and make it possible for my preferred candidate, Curtis Sliwa, who is the Republican candidate to potentially win. I’m a big fan of Curtis and as those of you have been following my nonsense for a while, I was lucky enough to hear him speak in person at the ARCO FORUM in the Kennedy School at Harvard. He was charismatic and in case you don’t know who he is, he is the founder of the Guardian Angels. He’s what NYC needs.

I love the idea and certainly support it. Now if they would only follow my earlier suggestion that they stock the Rio Grande with alligators, we could seriously discourage people from wanting to wade across the river to sneak in here. Just saying.

You don’t need me to talk about the destruction of Iran’s nuclear capability. It’s all been covered extensively by the media and it’s all in accordance with things I have said before.

So what’s the purpose of this rant? Well recall Crying Chuck Schumer and others talking that Trump was a TACO — Trump always chickens out. Quelle surprise, I haven’t seen a single peep out of Schumer because he has to be embarrassed by his stupid ignorance.

I just recalled something that I should have mentioned previously. And I continue to be personally amazed at just how wide my experience has been. Seriously!

I have had two interactions with Iran. The first was when I was an editor on the UF Law Review. We were supposed to edit some legal something from Iran in Iran and I was the one who was supposed to go to Iran and even got a passport but for some reason it was cancelled. I would have probably have enjoyed it because it was under the Shah.

The second interaction was in drafting a contract for a friend who was a former member of NOAA and had a company that did coastal mapping. And I have been published on the subject. Anyway, he had been selected to do coastal mapping for Iran and asked me to draft the contract. So I spent a couple days in the Library of Congress researching the law in Iran and various articles about how things were done in Iran. Now it turns out that Iran had commercial laws similar to our Uniform Commercial Code and were quite reasonable. It had nothing to do with sharia law.

But I also found that it was a very corrupt country where officials demanded a bribe to pay contracts.

So my contract required that all food and housing be supplied by Iran and that the contract be interpreted by an English translation of their commercial code.

He told me that I had saved them thousands of dollars and he also told me about how things were in Iran. The thing that I remember the most is that things were normal by western standards except that amazingly porno theaters were all the rage and husbands and wives went together. It was just a normal date.

The people like Tucker who are questioning the need to bomb Fordow nuclear facility are all basing their opinions on past US interventions seeking regime change. We were all told that Iraq had WMD’s and they didn’t. If I remember correctly, and I usually do, Colin Powell went on TV and highlighted an ice cream truck and claimed that it was a biological weapons lab. It was an ice cream truck.

That is very different from the present situation. Iran has several nuclear facilities and one in particular is the mainstay of its nuclear weapons program. It’s buried under 300 feet of solid rock. It’s not an ice cream factory!

Iran has been offered the ability to use nuclear power for electricity. They were told that they would be given the fuel rods necessary to operate nuclear power plants and they refused.

Now I don’t know how close Iran is to getting a nuclear weapon. I have to believe that they are fairly close if they are actually at 60% enrichment now as seems to be the consensus. The pacifists seem to be in favor of once again kicking the can down the road. That’s stupid.

There is absolutely no reason for Iran to do what it’s doing other than developing a nuclear weapon. NONE! We now have a window to eliminate the threat for many years because the Israelis have destroyed their air defense. So a limited strike with our BBBB’s would do the job and then we get out and let Israel and the people of Iran to figure out what happens next.

I saw today that the descendant of the Shah, and now the would be Shah said that he has been contacted and the people want him back to run the country. Maybe, who knows. My point is that I am not concerned with what happens to Iran after their nuclear aspirations are ended. Not our problem. Get in and get out and let them determine their own future.

That’s the big beautiful bunker busting bomb also known as the MOAB mother of all bombs. The question at issue is whether the US should use it to destroy the Iranian nuclear program. Now I would prefer that we sold it to Israel but even if we did they don’t have a plane capable of delivering it.

Also the most important Iranian nuclear facility is a half mile underground. (Sean Hannity said tonight that it was 3 miles underground and that is nonsense.) The BBBBB can penetrate a half mile. Israel has BBBBB’s but they can’t penetrate that far so it appears that we would need to actually fly into Iran to destroy this facility.

Now you know that I have been saying that Israel could render the facility useless by destroying it under tons of rubble and/or destroying its air supply and I still think that is viable but I heard something today that made me change my mind.

First Iran would need air, power and water for any such facility to operate. A half mile down there would be no oxygen unless it was in some cave system connected to the outside and there’s little chance of that. There is not likely any water supply unless it’s on an underground river a half mile down. Not likely and they would need a huge power supply. Solar is obviously out and so is wind and nuclear also because of the lack of cooling water and also because they can barely if at all run the one nuclear power plant that they have above ground. If they have some compact nuclear power plant a half mile underground they would already have a nuclear weapon. We don’t have that technology.

So my belief has been that Israel should find and destroy the intakes and outtakes for the power and oxygen and water needed and let the people involved die. However today from discussions I heard I have changed my mind. If Israel did what I suggested, Iran would still have a major nuclear facility left that could be resurrected in a few months. The place must be destroyed.

The only way for that to happen is for us to send our B-2’s with BBBBB’s in to destroy it. At this point in time the Iranian’s have no air defense to stop it. And while I don’t support getting involved in endless wars, I see this as a onetime action that involves no boots on the ground. Just a quick in and out while Iran is defenseless. I hope that’s what Trump decides because otherwise Iran will just continue to try to get a nuclear weapon to destroy Israel and ultimately us.

Kat Timpf returned to Gutfeld! tonight and she didn’t miss a beat and I’m sure we all missed her and her insights and humor. The one that surprised me is that when she found out she had breast cancer and she said it was no problem getting her breasts removed because who wants to die saving 32 AA breasts. The thing that surprised me is given her frequently talking about her small breasts that she didn’t show up with bodacious ta tas.

I have ranted previously about the need to continuously bomb Iranian nuclear sites to bury them under tons of rubble. But it occurred to me that if you have a facility 350 ft underground, you also need to have what I’ll call breathing methods to get above ground. There is no oxygen in a cave 350 feet underground. So the Israeli government needs to target these breathing shafts, Take them out and the people underground will die from lack of oxygen. You know that the Israeli government knows where they are located.

Or maybe in Luke Skywalker fashion drop a bomb down the shaft. Just saying.
