First I heard that when Obama was supposedly the deporter in chief, they counted people turned away at the border as deportees. Using that metric, Trump has deported millions.

Next I heard Clay Travis say that Trump has destroyed the msm ability to control the narrative.. Every day he either goes on Truth Social or holds an relatively early press conference and he sets the narrative for the day..The left is used to sending out their bat signals to gIve the talking points for the day, but because of Trump’s early narratives, they can’t do it.

And the last thing I saw is that the attacks on Tesla are actually being funded by people who did it to short sell Tesla and make a huge profit. Remember if you sold Tesla at the price before the nonsense and then bought it back at half the price you made a huge profit.

Last night I got my isotopes backwards. U-238 is the predominant isotope and U-235 is the one that determines the reactivity. I should never have done that but maybe I had one too many cocktails. Sorry, but it doesn’t change my point.

Let me say that I am hopeful that I’m going to educate you about Iran’s bullshit about its nuclear power program. First let me enlighten you and me about uranium enrichment. I should have known but believed that U-235 had to be enriched with U-238 to ten to twenty percent for a nuclear reactor, it appears that 3-5% is sufficient. I’ve seen articles supporting my original opinion and I apologize because I should know. I have been at the facilities where the enrichment occurs. But my point is that regardless of how much enrichment is required for Iran’s supposed nuclear energy program, it’s not 60% or higher. It takes 90%+ to reach weapons grade. There’s zero reason for Iran to be enriching uranium to the levels they are except for a nuclear weapon.

And I want to point out another thing that no one seems to be discussing. Iran has at this point one nuclear power plant that may not be operational. They have more than enough nuclear material to power many nuclear power plants and they aren’t doing it. Also any nuclear power plants they have or plan need to be on the Persian Gulf because they are a desert and I don’t believe that they have the required cooling water anywhere else. And the vast majority of the country is a long way from the Persian Gulf.

So what’s my point? First Iran is enriching uranium way beyond what’s needed for nuclear power, and so Trump must not allow them to have any enrichment capability in an agreement. They can’t be trusted because they have never complied with any deal that they made. And second they have already proven that they are not interested in a nuclear power program because they are enriching uranium way beyond the level necessary for a nuclear power plant.

BTW the reason you keep hearing about centrifuges is because U-238 is by atomic number heavier than U-235 and so would separate from the lighter isotope.

Levin pointed out tonight that due process is a nebulous concept and I have discussed it previously. The Supremes are all over the place about it and need to definitely set out the parameters. As I have said before due process is whatever process you are due under the circumstances. It’s not a full jury trial with discovery and appeals. There is absolutely nothing in the constitution would dictate that.

in my opinion for the over 500K people Magoo illegally flew into the country, due process would mean they have a right and the burden to prove they aren’t one of them. I’m actually ashamed to admit that I was once a Senior Executive Fellow at Harvard. But in my defense, it was more than 40 years ago and it was at the Kennedy School. in case you didn’t know or recall, the Supremes have said that the potential deportees must be given the chance to file a writ in the place that they are being held. If Trump suspends the writ, there is no impediment to deportation.

What is the Writ of Habeas Corpus? Literally it is a writ that requires the custodian of someone detained to provide the body for a determination of whether or not the custody is legal.

Now why am I talking about this? Because I saw something today that raised the issue of whether or not Trump could suspend the writ and deport all the gang members and terrorists without any hearings? The answer is yes.

As you can see he could suspend the writ and courts could not interfere in the deportations of terrorist gang members in organizations designated as terrorist organizations and likewise Hamas supporters. I’m sure it would be found to be unconstitutional by some lower courts who would have no jurisdiction and the question would reach the Supremes quickly and if they follow the constitution they would uphold Trump’s declaration. Btw it has been done by Lincoln, FDR and one or two other presidents.

I’m sure you’ve all seen the video of the identical twins in Australia saying the exact same thing simultaneously. It is kind of creepy and reminiscent of the Shining. However, I have identical twins and there is a thing called twin talk and it’s real. They never talked simultaneously saying the same thing. However today I heard someone and I don’t recall who, sorry, but the issue raised was that Garcia was mistakenly sent to El Salvador because after being found guilty twice by a immigration court judge and an appellate immigration court judge of being a member of MS-13 he was given an order keeping him from being deporting back to El Salvador . He could be deported anywhere else and due to an administrative error he was deported back to El Salvador.

Now the thing that I missed and was brought out today is that the reason he was not supposed to be deported back to El Salvador was because he would be in danger from a ‘rival gang’. If you’re not a member of a gang, how can you be in danger from a rival gang? Btw the rival gang no longer exists.
