MARK LEVIN

One reason I like him is because he frequently has great rants about what really went into the founding of this country and our constitution. He’s an expert and I’m not. Just like you I’m basically clueless. I’ve never read the Federalist Papers and neither have you. I have previously criticized him on things that I am an expert on and he isn’t, but when he goes into the things he did yesterday and today, it is eye opening and extremely educational and you should pay attention.

Now as you know I’m an attorney and so obviously went to law school, and I aced constitutional law but I guarantee you that nothing he discussed over the past two nights was ever discussed or covered in law school. And I guarantee you that 99.9% of the attorneys in this country are just as clueless as I am. And maybe more importantly I guarantee you that almost all of the members in congress are similarly clueless. Maybe Ted Cruz. And even more importantly, I guarantee you that the three leftist justices on the Supreme Court are totally clueless.

When I went to law school Marbury v Madison was considered the basis for our system establishing judicial review and chief justice marshal was considered a judicial idol . Now in my defense I thought Chief Justice John Marshal was a light weight. His decisions were simple minded but they established the nonsense that now plagues our country, and so we’re stuck with them.

There is nothing in the nothing in the constitution that allows judicial review of decisions of the other branches. Look it up! The supremes are given jurisdiction over very specific things. They don’t have jurisdiction to rule on acts of congress or presidential decisions. And more importantly, as I have said repeatedly recently, all the lower courts including appellate courts and district courts are creations of congress and are limited by whatever jurisdiction is granted to them by congress. The most effective way to deal with this lawfare by district court judges is to have congress pass legislation to restrict their jurisdiction and authority. Now I know you may think that this couldn’t get through the senate because of the vote 60 filibuster rule, but I heard several people suggest that it could pass by attaching it to a must pass bill. Maybe the budget legislation or a bill to raise the debt ceiling. Those are my suggestions.

Anyway please listen to Levin for information on things none of us know about the founding of this country and our constitution.
