One thing that Trump is doing today is what I called for months ago. He’s revoking the clearances of all the 51 former intelligence signatories to the bogus Hunter laptop document. It’s about time that these assholes are held accountable. And now they need to have their homes raided for classified information.

First, Melania looked fabulous. It’s great to have a First Lady who doesn’t dress in old couch covers. Her outfit reminded me of Julia Roberts in the polo scene in Pretty Woman. The clothes only. Melania is way better looking than Roberts.

Next I was impressed by Trump just blatantly blasting Magoo and SK to their faces. He didn’t hold back and he shouldn’t. They earned the beatdown.

Then Magoo did what I told you he would. He preemptively pardoned Fauci, Miley, and all the J6 hoaxers. And then the slimeball waited until after Trump was in the Capitol and with only 15 minutes left as president, he pardoned his criminal enterprise family. Can you say COWARD? But don’t forget, even if these pardons are legal, and I’m sure that they will be challenged because the normal meaning of of a pardon is for something you’ve done and been convicted of, don’t forget what I ranted on about the Hunter pardon. They all can be called before congressional committees and grilled under oath and they can’t take the fifth because they can’t be charged for the crimes they committed but they can be charged if they lie. Hopefully we will never have to hear the idiot utter another word.

And lastly, there are a few things that Trump is doing by EO that may not be as effective as you may think. One of you thought that the most important or effective EO’s was the one ordering federal workers back to the office. But as I think I have mentioned before, Magoo’s folks were busy renegotiating federal union contracts to lock in work at home. And I don’t know of any way that Trump can cancel those contracts. This is different from when Reagan fired the Air Traffic Controllers who went on strike. You can’t strike under the Civil Service Reform Act and so they had no protections. However federal union contracts are valid and to my knowledge I don’t know anyway that the president can unilaterally void them absent some actual national security emergency — like an actual war. I can see him voiding any provisions that would allow CBP and ICE employees from working at home. He’s declared the southern border a national emergency and those folks can’t do their jobs from home.

First I saw today that something that I thought about when I was talking about the Pledge of Allegiance last week and I may have even talked to some of you about it, and that is that cursive writing is a lost art. All who read this most likely do, but most of the younger generations don’t. They type on screens or print. So what did I see today? The National Archives are seeking volunteers to translate photographs of or original documents from cursive to digital so they can be put into a database. They said that knowing cursive is a super power. Really. That makes me happy because whenever I have to communicate with the IRS I do it in cursive and I enjoy the thought of them having to find a translator to understand my response.

Next proving that he is brain dead and stupid and grasping at straws, Magoo declared, without any authority in law or the constitution, that the Equal Rights Amendment was now the 28th amendment and the law of the land. Rest assured it’s not. It just shows how desperate he is to try and do something memorable for his legacy. And curiously it does. It makes him look even dumber than we already thought.

And lastly and most importantly, the hearings in the Senate this week demonstrated the total difference between the morons in the Magoo cabinet and the actual experts that will be in the Trump administration. And they are still diverse which demonstrates that you can hire competent people and still have diversity and that should be the result because there are extremely competent people of every race, color, sex or creed and for that matter sexual orientation.

Scott Bessent, Trump’s Treasury Secretary nominee, I just found out is gay and his husband and children were behind him at his hearing and he was easily the smartest person in the room. Can you say that about anyone in Magoo and the morons? They are all the dumbest people in the room. Trump learned his lesson the first time and now he has nominated people outside the swamp who have actual real life experience and expertise in the area they will be responsible for. Hooray for us.

As you know I am a big Pam BONDI supporter. She is the person I wanted Trump to appoint as Attorney General and he did after a stupid first take. And just as an aside, I hope you noticed the difference between her prosecutorial career and Kamala’s. She actually was a front line prosecutor on all manner of felonies and SK never even sat first chair on a single felony case.

She will be confirmed and made a fool of the left. I was particularly impressed when she went directly at Schitt and reminded him that he had been censured for the same nonsense he was espousing. I always enjoy when nominees fire back at the idiot senators.

It seems that the Dems major push is to disqualify any nominee that won’t concede that Magoo actually won. As you know and I ranted about endlessly, Magoo did not legitimately win and a recent poll indicates that now 95% of the public doesn’t believe his election was legitimate.

My one problem is that everyone keeps pretending that DOJ is independent. As I have said many times, DOJ is a part of the executive branch that is subject to the president and derives all its power from the president period. If the president says I want you to prosecute all illegals, then the DOJ needs to carry out his directive. It’s not illegal or unconstitutional and therefore they don’t have the authority to disregard the order. FULL STOP! ( I just added that because I’m so tired of hearing it.)

The actually most interesting hearing will be on Kash Patel. The Dems are apoplectic about having an FBI director who will clean house and return the bureau to its original mission.

Take a look at Tim Kaine’s nose today and tell me he is the guy to talk about drinking!

I watched some of the hearing today and was impressed Pete’s performance. He didn’t get flustered and let the Dems embarrass themselves. The D women were particularly awful and ignorant. They really need to discontinue these confirmation hearings because they aren’t hearings. They are just sound bite fodder. They don’t actually even want answers to their questions. And frequently cut off any response that shows how stupid they are.

I’m all for transparency, but we don’t need to televise these hearings. It turns them into publicity seeking nonsense. Did you actually learn anything today?

Pete will be confirmed with possibly a couple Dem votes to boot. And it should hopefully teach the Dems to tread softly. They risk losing their seats if they continue to show just how stupid they are.

As I always say I take no prisoners. Tonight Ingraham had a good show but at the end said something stupid. She was talking with Failla about eating late night at the Waffle House, and believe me I know the place and in fact ate there yesterday. She said all you need to know is the blueberry compote on the pancakes. People there are no pancakes on the menu. There are WAFFLES! Hence the name. Get your shit together.

I haven’t been able to come up with a better title and am apparently less lazy than I thought. I was planning on doing this yesterday so I’m still lazy.

Now what’s this rant about? As one of you know and I have commented about before, in the case of chemical reactions and chemical processes there is a thing called mass balance. It means that absent a nuclear reaction, matter cannot be produced or destroyed. Basically if 100lbs of shit goes into a process then 100lbs of shit has to come out. It will certainly be different shit than went in but it will be 100lbs of the new shit.

Prior to Einstein that was scientific dogma. As you know he postulated and has now been proven correctly that in fact mass can be destroyed and converted into energy and a really big amount of energy because the mass destroyed is multiplied by the speed of light squared and that’s a huge number. I am sure that my readers know this but having seen all the street interviews and I would postulate that only about a quarter of the people in this country know what E=mc2 means and that’s sad.

So what I would like to see is something like the mass balances I did in school with respect to the global warming carbon neutral nonsense on the left. It can’t be done because the atmosphere is not a closed circuit like a chemical process and the factors involved are not necessarily related.

For one example, let’s look at EV’s v gasoline powered cars. It has been definitely shown that EV’s have a much bigger carbon footprint than gasoline powered vehicles. The mining to get the rare earth minerals that are necessary for their batteries involve massive use of fossil fuel vehicles and then recharging them requires massive amounts of energy that comes overwhelmingly from fossil fuels. And then the destruction of their batteries results in gross pollution of the planet.

Now for the real issue. The reason that we can’t really do a mass balance is because there isn’t a direct balance between their nonsense and reality. Diverting water into the ocean to protect fish no one cares about is not part of a carbon balance. However reality is that doing that resulted in wildfires emitted thousands of times more carbon into the atmosphere than all nonsense prevented. People one major volcanic eruption totally destroys all their bogus predictions.

Mother Nature rules and we don’t control the environment.

And I’m sure it won’t surprise you, but I predict that LA , at least the wealthy parts will be quickly rebuilt because the left cares about leftist elites. They don’t give a damn about us normals and actually the poor. They pretend to care but don’t. All they want is their votes.

Just look at what happened in East Palestine and Maui. Nothing has changed because they are not elites. Look no further than my own fellow citizens in western North Carolina. They are being ignored and I even saw over the weekend that they were going to be kicked out of temporary housing because their time expired! Fortunately they evictions were halted for a few days but they will still be kicked to the curb later this week. This is an abomination! Illegals are being put up in 5 star hotels with no limits. FEMA money has been transferred from what they’re supposed to do to supporting illegals. This is freaking insane.

Now heartless as I am, I’m not totally against giving my tax dollars to help rebuild LA but not to the wealthy elites. Either they have insurance or they have more than enough money to self insure and rebuild. I want any of my money going to the ordinary people there, and Trump needs to appoint someone to oversee any federal money and be responsible for approving all aid down to the individuals. We cannot just shovel out federal dollars to California and let them decide how to do it. It will just be graft and corruption like all the Covid money. None of it will get to those who truly need it..

I will be ranting on what I will call for lack of a better term the overall carbon balance when I quit being lazy l

I waited to post this because Mel Gibson was on Ingraham and I didn’t know if he would cover it. He didn’t and so I will. He was on Rogan yesterday and revealed a new use for ivermectin and it has nothing to do with Covid. And I’m sure that you all now know that had it been used during the pandemic, as I have commented on many times, that many lives could have been saved.

The reason for this rant is that he revealed a new use for ivermectin in combination with another drug that appears to be effective for people with stage four cancer. So I’m putting it up in case any of you should find yourself unfortunately in that situation or even lower stages so that you can demand that your doctor prescribe this treatment.
