I am writing about this once again because Trump has raised it and at least one of you think that he can’t address the problem without amending the 14th amendment to the Constitution. That’s false or at least maybe false if the Supreme Court rules as it should. Now here is what that amendment actually says.

Note that the left always leaves out the part about being subject to the jurisdiction thereof. This is a very important omission. There is a big difference between being born here and being born here subject to the jurisdiction of the US. And as I wrote in August 23, 2019, the issue has never been adjudicated. The only case that ever went before the Supreme Court involved a man born of Chinese parents who were here legally for several years and had a son and then returned to China and when the son returned he was denied citizenship but the court said he was a citizen under the 14th Amendment because his parents were here legally and subject to the jurisdiction of the US. The Supremes have never addressed the question of whether a Mexican can illegally cross the border and push out a child and then use that child to be not only a citizen but an anchor baby to get a whole slew of relatives to become citizens.

And before I continue, let me remind you that the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments were the post civil war amendments designed to address the former slaves. The 13th freed them. The 14th made them citizens and the 15th assured their right to vote. The Congress never even remotely considered that illegals could get citizenship by illegally crossing our borders and dropping a kid. Nothing could be further from what they were doing.

So here’s all Trump has to do. Issue an executive order denying citizenship to babies of illegals and wait for it to get to the Supremes. My prediction is that this court will rule in his favor as they should. He should also make his executive order cover birthright tourism. If you come here on a vacation and incidentally drop a kid, the kid doesn’t become a citizen and you don’t get citizenship through an anchor baby. In point of fact, he should eliminate the whole anchor baby nonsense!

Do you realize what dawned on me today and I discussed with one of you. Trump has done more in one month as president elect — not even president — to restore the status of this country on the world stage than Magoo did to ruin it in four years. It is truly amazing to me that he could do it before taking office, and it just shows that the world was eager for the US to reestablish our place as the world leader. How much he has accomplished before taking office is just staggering to me and shows how desperately we were in need of a strong leader instead of a brain dead criminal.

Another pet peeve is with Bounty commercials. They always have a spill and then save the day with Bounty. But did you ever notice that they wipe up the spill by going towards that which they plan to save? Any real person would get ahead of the spill and wipe backwards! It’s just utter nonsense.

I am sick and tired of seeing field goal and extra point kickers going through some nonsense of backing up three steps and then going two steps sideways before the kick. It’s just for show. If you can’t visually go to the right place you should quit! I kicked extra points and field goals in fraternity football and never had to march it off. Just attention seeking. STOP IT. Forgive my indulgence.

I was going to write this last night but better late than never. I predict that Hegseth will be confirmed for Secretary of Defense and Joni Ernst will vote for him. All the allegations against him are from anonymous sources and are just a continuation of the left playbook and republicans are wising up.

Ernst presents a particularly interesting case. It is credibly reported that her potential objection was really because she wanted the position. She has denied it but members of the Trump transition team have confirmed it. And she has made a big mistake. Hardly anyone knows her other than her main claim to fame is that she castrated pigs. Her name pops up once in awhile but is hardly a household name.

She got way out over her skis on this one. Now everyone knows that she is for trans in the military and doesn’t think it’s too woke and also is for women in infantry units. Not what Trump and Hegseth are looking for and more importantly not what her constituents in Iowa are looking for. She is now backtracking because if she votes against Hegseth she may well be primaried in the upcoming elections. Her record is now being exposed as not only RINO but basically Dem. I guarantee you that she will vote for Hegseth to try to save her ass. Btw she voted in favor of Magoo nominees including Lloyd Austin the miserably failed present Secretary of Defense.

I am sure you saw today that Magoo is considering pardoning Schitt, Cheney and Fauci. Now I’m sure Schitt and Cheney have committed crimes and should be worried. However Fauci has definitely committed crimes and has been referred to the Justice Department on two occasions for provably lying to Congress. The Magoo administration did nothing about it but the Trump administration could and should prosecute this scumbag. And he also should be prosecuted for funding gain of function against the law and then lying about it. He needs to be knocked off his sanctimonious pedestal and put in prison for all the harm he caused to the country and enriched himself doing it. That’s not retribution but law enforcement and would send a real message that nobody including Dems are above the law. Make him spend his fortune defending himself and then put him in prison and destroy him once and for all. He has used his position going back to the AIDS epidemic to enrich himself and harm the American people!

Tonight the Gators men’s basketball team won to go 9-0 for the season. The last time they started 9-0 they won the national championship. Going into tonight’s game the only two teams in the nation that were 8-0 and had won every game by at least 13 points were the Gators and Tennessee. They won by 18 tonight!

I have written about this before but it bears repeating now that the left has lost its collective mind. Under the constitution there are three branches of government — the executive, the legislative and the judicial. Under the Constitution there are only two people in the executive branch that are elected — the president and the vice president. Everyone else is subordinate to them. There is no fourth branch that is the bureaucracy. It doesn’t exist!

I bring this up again because the left is objecting to Trump’s nominees because they are committed to carrying out his agenda. THAT’S WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO! They are not free agents. They report to him and serve at his discretion. I’m sick and tired of hearing that they are supposed to somehow be independent. They are part of the executive branch period. They derive their powers directly from the president and that includes the FBI and the DOJ. I’m sick and tired of hearing that DOJ is somehow independent. It is not. It exists to carry out the president’s agenda and the laws passed by the Congress. I’ve previously pointed out many instances where the president ordered them to prosecute someone and won’t revisit them.

I had a discussion with my son today and he was upset that Trump was nominating what he considered yes men and I pointed out that that is exactly what he’s supposed to do. He was elected and they weren’t and he gets to decide what his agenda is and theirs will be. They can either follow his lead or be replaced period.

Once and forever let me say. The swamp is not in the constitution and needs to told that they are not independent and if they don’t like then resign.

I forgot one other thing. Magoo stepped on the left’s narrative again. They were planning on making the whole news cycle about Kash Patel and instead he whole day was about the pardon.

I’m sure all of you were less than surprised by Magoo pardoning Hunter. Maybe you like me were only surprised by the timing. It’s a little unusual. Usually they are issued right before the president leaves office. Now I heard Trey Gaudy say the reason for the timing was because Hunter was scheduled to be sentenced next week and that requires a very detailed pre sentencing investigation and Magoo wanted to preempt that and keep all the messy details involved in his criminal activities hidden.

I was very surprised when I heard the breadth of the pardon because when it was first reported it sounded like it applied only to the tax and gun charges that he was found guilty of, but it turned out to be a blanket pardon for any and all federal crimes he may have committed for a ten year period. It even pardoned him if he had committed a murder during the time period and no one knew about it.

Now the interesting thing about it as a couple of people have pointed out today is that it could backfire on Magoo because now congressional committees can subpoena and interrogate Hunter and he can’t take the Fifth because no matter what he says it can’t incriminate him because he’s already been pardoned, and if he refuses to answer he can be prosecuted for contempt and go to prison, and you can bet that the Trump DOJ would prosecute!

But fear not for the Biden crime family. I’m sure that in January Magoo will pardon his brother and himself and who knows who else was involved in the syndicate. He might even update Hunter’s pardon to cover every last second until his term is over. And yes to one who asked, he can pardon anyone including himself. It’s never been done because it’s never been necessary before the lawfare age.

Another one of you wondered if the pardon power could be used to reach state crimes as well as federal. The constitution only refers to federal crimes and I and most other people believe it doesn’t apply to state crimes. However I have seen Mark Levin lay out on two occasions how he believes that with respect to the president, the Supremacy Clause would also apply it to state actions. Maybe we’ll find out if Bragg and Fani don’t withdraw their nonsense.

A couple of things about Magoo’s statement. First his basic argument is that Hunter was politically targeted and prosecuted because of his last name. Come again? Your DOJ and AG were going after your son to get you out. You’re even more brain dead than I thought.

The second thing that caught my eye is the nonsense that Hunter has been sober for five and one half years. Sorry I didn’t forget the cocaine found in the residence part of the White House or the videos I posted of Hunter snorting on the White House balcony. No way this loser has been clean and sober for 5 1/2 years. Maybe Magoo only used sober thinking it only covers alcohol. And lastly the pardon means that Hunter won’t be piss tested for a long period of time.
