Was watching Jesse and he was covering the hearings today with big tech officials on Capitol Hill about algorithms designed to hook children into pornography and other things that cause them to potentially commit suicide. At one point when Cruz was questioning Zuckerberg about I believe it was instagram there was an option to either go back or continue to material that may contain child abuse or maybe child sexual abuse, I don’t recall which, and Zuckerberg was talking about how they were trying to weed out such content and if that was true why Cruz didn’t ask the obvious question that he should have. Namely if you need to develop an algorithm to root out child sexual abuse content, why does option two exist? Obviously you already have the necessary algorithms

It just annoys the hell out of me, when supposedly bright lawmakers miss the glaring, flashing in red lights, question that would have destroyed the bullshit. I can’t be the only one who sees the obvious!!
