Sorry I forgot this earlier but everyday more and more studies come out showing that not only do the shots not work but they are hazardous to your health. I have previously indicated that I would not continue to cover this because I don’t want to alarm all you who either voluntarily or because of ultimatums about your health got the shot. However two things have happened recently that made me decide to comment. First I saw a study that indicated that either 500k or one million died from taking the shot and the second is that knowing that the shots don’t work and are also dangerous, I continue to see TV and radio adds trying to get you to get the latest concoction.

I don’t understand why there are no class actions for people trying to get their jobs back and back pay because they refused to get the falsely promoted jab that didn’t do anything to stop the spread of covid. To me to continue the advertising of this dangerous concoction is equivalent to the continued advertising of cigarettes when the risks were known and not disclosed.

Come on folks let’s get some class actions going against the drug companies and also against the government and corporations who required harmful shots.

Magoo went on some late night talk show and trying to be funny, which he never is intentionally, in an effort to say Trump was senile said he couldn’t even remember his wife’s name. The reality is that when Trump was speaking at CPAC on Saturday he made a comment about Mercedes and the left went crazy saying he was talking about Melania and screwed up her name. Now before going further let’s not forget that Magoo confused his wife and his sister.

Back to my point, Matt Schlapp and his wife Mercedes were sitting in the front row and Trump was clearly talking to her. This was confirmed by Chris Plante on his radio program today. He was sitting in the second row right behind the Schlapp’s and confirmed that Trump was addressing Mercedes. In most things that I have seen today, this fact was ignored.

I love the fact that the left’s obsession with identity politics has finally come to bite them in the ass. It will be interesting to see how it works out in Michigan today. Eventually when you divide everyone into racial groups eventually it is going to bite you in the ass. You can’t cater to both Muslims and Jews . Inevitably they are going to square off against one another and then how do you represent both?

I have wondered for years, at least since Obama, why Jews support the Dems who are so obviously antisemitic. It has finally reached the breaking point in this election. The squad is demanding that Magoo support Hamas and that is clearly antisemitic. Magoo is caught between the proverbial rock and a hard place and no matter what he does it will cost him votes. The Jews might not vote for Trump, although it appears that many might, but if one group decides not to vote, it will help Trump.

This is a difficult issue. IVF, as I’m sure you know stands for In Vitro Fertilization and is a procedure where an egg from a WOMAN is fertilized by sperm from a MAN in a test tube, hence the vitro portion which stands for glass and led to the term test tube babies.

The process is used to create an embryo which can then be inserted into a womb and provide a child for a woman or a couple who can’t successfully reproduce the fun way. In this process typically they create multiple embryos because there is no guarantee that the first implant will carry to term. I know that my daughter had at least three tries before success and resulted in my beautiful granddaughter.

The unused embryos are typically frozen in case the first try doesn’t work. And this leads to the problem that I think was wrongly addressed by the Alabama Supreme Court. I’m all for protecting human life but suppose you created ten embryos and the first took. Then you have nine embryos that are determined to be human beings and typically they would be destroyed. What does that court think should be done with these ‘babies’? Are you required to try for nine more babies?

This is the problem that can occur when you go too far to stop abortions. Yes prevent abortions after 15 weeks. No don’t apply the same rules to frozen embryos as you do to live and growing in the womb babies.

I would love to see a statute that would require a judge to pay the difference between what his appraisal was and the actual appraisal of a panel of experts. The asshole in New York would never have done what he did because it would have resulted in his bankruptcy. That law would never be passed unfortunately.

There does happen to be at least one Supreme Court decision that would support this. When you get an assessment that your car is valued at X , you can say fine pay me that amount. Similarly with respect to the valuation of your property, although it’s extremely unlikely because properties are generally valued at less than full value, you can say sold and they have to pay you that amount or change the valuation.

Today I learned, as most of you did also, that Trump will have to put up the over $450 million that Engoron fined him before he can appeal. That’s a ridiculous requirement which explains why the leftist judge set the fine at such a ridiculously high amount.

Remember this is under a statute that requires no wrongdoing. No one was defrauded or harmed in any way. The lenders all got paid back on time and said they would love to do more business with Trump. Also remember that the trial was just over damages for no damage. The unprofessional joke of a judge had unilaterally found Trump guilty of fraud although there was none which makes his finding all the more laughable.

Now what dawned on me today is that this was a well thought out approach to damage trump’s presidential campaign. A normal verdict would be appealed before payment. Thus Trump could appeal and get it reversed without putting up, essentially civil bail. However now Trump has to come up with a serious amount of money just to appeal and have the money returned but too late to stop the damage done. Thus this was the perfect statute to fuck with Trump. You could find him guilty without actually proving any fraud or that anyone was damaged. And then you could just impose a huge fine to interfere with his campaign.

I personally think that the statute will be declared unconstitutional if it ever gets out of NY and to the Supremes. I don’t think you can have a legitimate law that requires no proof of anyone being defrauded or injured in anyway and then just make up a fine out of thin air. Essentially it gives the state an unfettered right to arbitrarily take any amount of money from you.

I think the verdict will be overturned in New York because the obvious repercussions are already making public officials try to differentiate Trump from anyone else because people are pointing out that you’d be crazy to conduct business in NY, given what this case demonstrates.

First as if we don’t need more reminders that academia has gone over to the dark side, a few of them put out some completely bizarre paper ranking Magoo as I think the 14th best president of all time and Trump as the worst president of all time. Now I don’t know enough about all the presidents to offer my opinions but I can confidently say that Magoo wouldn’t make the top fifty, and Trump would be in my top ten or better. Certainly during my voting years, I would rank him as number one.

This group ranked Lincoln as number one and I don’t really have a problem with that, one of their criteria was unifying the country. Lincoln’s election led to the country breaking in half and engaging in civil war..

Magoo has attacked half the country and has now resulted in division in his own party between the antisemities and the sane folks. I don’t see how dissing 70% of the country is unifying.

Another thing that I find interesting is all the left’s excitement about the idiotic decision on Trump’s bank loans. Quite frankly the judge should be removed and then disbarred. His bias was evident to anyone with a brain and he’s clearly not very bright. Now the verdict will undoubtedly be reversed and even a large number of pundits on the left are questioning it. And I don’t believe that it will have any effect on the election because it is so outrageous. He evaluated Mar-a-Largo at $18 million and everyone has said it’s closer to a billion.

Lastly, the jury is still out on the now indicted whistleblower who said the Biden’s got a lot of money from I think China, I don’t remember and it really doesn’t matter. Listen. Christopher Steele never got indicted for the Russia hoax, nor anyone else providing false information about Trump. And there is a ton of other evidence about the Biden family criminal enterprise.

So I’m not going to make any decision on whether or not he’s guilty or this is just another Magoo action to cover his crimes.

I know I said presidential immunity would be next but it will wait — particularly if the Supreme Court decides to take it up. Then there will be plenty of time.

I am writing today about the Tushy trial. I managed to watch some of it and it wasn’t very enjoyable. As I have said previously. I find most litigation to be boring and not very competent. The one thing that came out is that Tushy is claiming she paid for her part of all the lavish trips in cash, and neither her nor her paramour can provide any evidence to support that. No withdrawal slips or bank statements to support the nonsense they are spouting.

I almost didn’t write this because although I had started before the Five came on, they covered everything pretty well.

With the obvious dementia of Magoo, I was surprised last night on Gutfeld when Kat said that he’s never been asked to take one and immediately thought that’s bs because I can think of at least one occasion when he was asked and responded that there was no need for one and he wouldn’t take one. He said just watch me and unfortunately we have.

Now that reminded me of my mental competency test. While I was in the hospital, nurses frequently asked me what year it was and who was the president. To the later I usually responded “your guess is as good as mine” which usually got a chuckle. But there was a neurologist who apparently decided to go a little further. He asked me to spell Dennis which I did and then he asked me to spell it backwards,and I wanted to say t-i but I resisted the impulse and immediately spelled sinned and he was flabbergasted at the speed of my response. He couldn’t believe that I could do it instantaneously without any pause. He looked perplexed so I explained that it’s sinned and a little quiz I give to people as a conversation starter. I’m sure that most of you that I know read my nonsense have had me ask the question. And I enjoyed his incredulity and suffice it to say I passed with flying colors.

My next rant will be on presidential immunity.

I was going to write something earlier today about the Special Counsel’s report but most everything I would have commented on was covered and if you followed anything you would have already heard, but now that Magoo has actually spoken, it behooves me to comment.

First let me comment on the special counsel report. It was as expected a supposed exoneration of Magoo’s actions with respect to classified documents. In reality, it was proof that Magoo willfully violated the law. He had classified documents from his time in the Senate. There is no way under any law and I’m well aware of the laws that a senator can take and keep classified documents in his home.. So those documents which he willfully retained actually and knowingly kept and in some cases wrote prove he’s guilty, and the most annoying thing about the special counsel report is that while he finds Magoo willfully violated the laws pertaining to classified documents, he says that now 20 or more years later that the fact that he is non compos mentis that he didn’t commit the crimes that he did. To me, this is the equivalent of saying that if I shot and killed someone 15 years ago, and now assuming the statute of limitations is longer than that, and in many jurisdictions there is none for murder., that I would be innocent of the killing.. Total BS! It certainly might results in a guilty finding but placement in a home for the senile rather than a jail.

Magoo said in his remarks that the special counsel cleared him all guilt. As I point out above, that’s just total nonsense. The special counsel found that he willfully retained classified material and as is always the case, Magoo was a liar. The special counsel did not exonerate him at all. He just gave him a pass as you would expect given the two tiered system of justice we have.

And something that really caught my attention during Magoo speech was when on national television talking about how great his memory is he could not remember the name of the school that his son Beau went to. He said that it was our lady of and then couldn’t remember. Having gone to Catholic school I can tell you that there are a lot of schools named our lady of mercy, our lady of of the immaculate conception, just our lady anything but he couldn’t remember while telling us how good his memory was. Personally. I attended our lady of S&M under the school sisters of the Marquis’s de Sade.

He also confused the head of Mexico with the head of Egypt. Not a real indication of his memory and mental acuity.

The Dems now have a clear opportunity to get Biden off the ticket using either a resignation or the 25th amendment, but they still have the problem of Kamala. They are going to have to figure out someway to get her out to let some other unqualified idiot in. Good luck with that.

One other thing, he said, that was total bullshit is that none of his documents were highly classified because they didn’t have that red thing on. Making them really secret. I can tell you from personal experience that every classified document has a cover on it even down to the confidential material, the lowest level of classification.
