Your sister who was clearly better than you and she had the decency to retire. She is just embarrassing herself. She just lost her first set at the US Open 6-1. She is realistically not even a top 100 player. So give it up. All you are doing is preventing young up and coming women from getting into tournaments.

It’s embarrassing to watch. She was a great champion. She’s not anymore. But she’s not relevant. Maybe the hardest thing for a great athlete is to know when to quit.

Isner has announced he will retire after this tournament and he won today and I will cheer for him to go as far as he can.

Now here’s the one good thing for Venus. During the last couple of tournaments she wore what I can only describe as bright red, AOC whore, lipstick. She looked like she was channeling Minnie Mouse. Apparently someone had the good sense to tell her that she looked ridiculous and tonight she abandoned that look.

I’m not going to be commenting on every supposed trial date set for Trump. I don’t believe any of them will actually hold up and I doubt that any of them will ultimately occur before the 2024 election. So why the rant? Because I think it’s time to fight back.

And I will focus on Tooshie Willis, apparently the daughter that Bruce won’t acknowledge, because she’s the most vulnerable. She is already facing a possible impeachment in Georgia, but that will never happen because Kemp would never support it. But under a new state law anyone can file a complaint to have her removed from her position and it will happen.

Additionally, the case will be removed to federal court which will make all the present nonsense moot. They will have to start all over.

But here is the point. File a complaint with the Georgia bar to have her disbarred. She clearly has a conflict of interest since she campaigned on indicting Trump and in Georgia the Bar may actually be be fair. They have filed a complaint against Eastman in California to try to revoke his license. Do the same thing everywhere you can. Let them know it’s not a one way street. Hell get a state DA to indict Magoo and Mayorkas for sex trafficking and fentanyl deaths. It’s time to take off the gloves and fight!

What and where is Cedar Key? It was a small town on the Gulf Coast about an hour west of Gainesville where I went to law school and we used to go there a couple times a year because there was a great seafood restaurant on the Gulf that was worth the drive, although driving back after a few bottles of wine on a two lane road under moss covered trees at night was a little scary. And every year they had a seafood festival that was a must.

So what’s the point of this rant? Cedar Key was a sleepy little town of maybe 300 people back in my day which would be about 50 years ago. Today I saw it on the weather channel because it’s probably where Hurricane Idalia is going to make landfall. And it now has Gulf front condos! It’s come a long way baby.

I’m sure you’ve all seen video of Magoo saying he was requesting $40 million from Congress to develop a new vaccine that he would mandate for everyone. Here’s the good news. I’m not sure that Congress would approve the request but even if they did, I don’t think they can rush through another vaccine and so it couldn’t be approved while Magoo was still in office and even if it was Trump or whoever on the right wins would cancel that mandate.

It was Jeffrey Clarke who the federal judge ruled he could not basically enter an injunction to stop the state prosecution. However Meadows and at least one other defendant have in fact moved to have the case transferred to federal court and the same judge who turned down Clarke has set I believe October 15th as the date for the hearing to determine whether or not it should be transferred. Under the law it’s a slam dunk to get it removed but nothing is a slam dunk where Trump is involved.

Now here’s what occurred to me that might be a problem for Fani. Just because you’re admitted to practice in Georgia doesn’t get you admitted to the federal district court. It’s a separate process and anyone who does trial work would know it and immediately get admitted. I don’t know if Fani is. I searched everywhere I could and could find nowhere where Fani’s admissions were listed.

I tried a case in federal district court in Atlanta and it’s a nice courthouse.

Mark Meadows applied to a federal judge to have a restraining order from further prosecution and other things and it was denied. The judge correctly said that the statute allowing a case like his or Trump’s to be heard in federal court doesn’t deal with what he was asking for. Contrary to what you will hear from the left, the ruling has nothing to do with actually getting the case transferred to federal court. Meadows or anyone else just needs to make the motion to have the case transferred in its entirety.

There were two winners. First and foremost Trump. He avoided the nonsense that would have ensued and more importantly avoided having to respond to bs questions on his various indictments that could potentially have him violating a gag order and being held in contempt and potentially jailed. You know Christie would have made an even bigger fool of himself goading Trump.

The second winner was Vivek. And I’m saying that based on empirical evidence. Many more people googled him than any of the rest which means he will now have national name recognition and people becoming familiar for his platform.

A lot of people liked Nikki Haley and were impressed by her attempted put down of Vivek on foreign policy but just like Magoo having experience means nothing. She is a Bush neocon globalist who never met a war she didn’t like and like Pence and others are trying to resurrect the Domino Theory that got us into Vietnam. You can have experience and still be an idiot.

RDS did okay but wasn’t inspiring.

So I think Vivek will rise a little and nobody else will change at all. And none of them have a chance at the nomination.

The covidians are at it again wanting to go back to masking and social distancing and everything else that didn’t work last time and all because there’s supposedly a new variant that according to something I saw or heard yesterday. Apparently there are six cases of this variant in four countries in Africa. Be very afraid!

Now here is my take on what’s really going on. This is a practice run for the fall of 2024. They want to see if you are still the lemmings you were last time or did you actually learn and will refuse to follow this nonsense this time.

If it’s the former then they will bring it back next year to defend voting changes like in 2020. Refuse to submit!

As I said previously, Trump won’t be there and he shouldn’t be. I’m not sure when he plans to have his counter programming with Tucker but I’m sure it will be more interesting than the GOP debate.

Contrary to all you are hearing, there are only two people on that stage that have any chance of beating Trump in the primary — RDS and Vivek. Everyone else is delusional and really just auditioning for a slot on CNN or MSNBC or maybe a VP nod.

Christie will continue to be a failed politician and failed person who will explode like a caught blowfish. He has nothing. Tim Scott is not a conservative. He recently jumped on the bogus bandwagon that Florida is saying that slavery was good and he also supported Murkowski who is just another Bush neocon globalist who will support any war.

Nikki Haley is more of the same and both her and Scott are way behind Trump in their home state of South Carolina. Don’t waste your breath and Trump will never make you VP. He learned last time.

So that leaves us to the only two people that can really benefit from the debate — RDS and Vivek. I think it’s a make or break situation for RDS. He needs to defend himself against all the bogus attacks that will come but also come across as a likeable person. His lack there of has been responsible for his drop in the polls. He just comes across as a robotic automaton. He can’t respond on the fly but needs talking points. If he can actually appear to be capable of thinking on his feet then he may resuscitate his campaign.

So that leaves Vivek. He is by far the most articulate and loquacious person on the stage. He has made a point of saying he wasn’t rehearsing because wants to be spontaneous. Listen if you prepare and practice extensively for the debate you can only come across as a robot. When you get challenged outside your talking points you fold like Rubio in 2016. You can’t read off prepared statements even when they don’t respond to the question. And that’s why I think Vivek will have a breakout moment and RDS will slowly fade away. Now don’t think that means that Vivek will win the primary. He won’t and he could never win the general and even if he did he could never deliver on his promises. He just doesn’t know how impossible his plans to destroy the swamp are. I know and he couldn’t do what he says he will do in two terms. It sounds great but he has no idea how the government actually works and how impossible it would be to get the left to remove rights from federal employees. They take too much money from their unions to ever let it happen.

Anyway, I didn’t know where this was going when I started and hopefully it made some sense.

As you know I enjoy Jeopardy, particularly when it’s the tournament of champions, and it has both men and women. No discrimination. So why would any competition involving knowledge and or intelligence not be open to both sexes?
