Yesterday I questioned how the jury could unanimously find that Trump did not rape Carroll and then unanimously find that he defamed her when he denied that he raped her and quite frankly I still have no idea how the hell they got to that amount. It is baffling.

I am just watching Gutfeld from last night and he covered the same fat belly small dick story I did yesterday!

One of you thinks that today’s verdict dooms Trump. I beg to differ. Is there any of you who read this nonsense who just decided to vote for Magoo? Of course not. Everyone knows what’s going on and we’re not being fooled.

As you know a totally biased jury found Trump guilty of sexual battery but not rape and then went on to award $5 million in damages. I haven’t seen the breakdown on damages but have to believe it was mostly punitive damages because I don’t see how a woman who was not raped, according to the jury, but maybe touched without her consent suffered that amount of damages. It couldn’t be that traumatic since she claimed to have been raped by most everyone in the city. She has an AOC complex. And she was way less credible than Ballsy Ford.

I am familiar with lesser included charges in criminal cases but have never heard of them in civil cases. That doesn’t necessarily mean anything because civil tort trials are not what I did, but I spent a little time trying to find out about lesser included charges in civil cases and every search came back dealing with criminal cases.

In criminal cases you have things like first degree murder requiring premeditation but maybe the jury finds it wasn’t premeditated but spur of the moment or unintentional but reckless. The judge can charge the jury if requested that if they don’t find premeditation, they could find 2nd degree murder or manslaughter depending on what they decide.

Like I said, I have never heard of it, but it must be a thing because otherwise the judge couldn’t have done it. No judge wants to make up law in a high profile Trump case.

But that brings me to my last point until more is known, and that is how could the jury find that Trump didn’t rape her but conclude that he defamed her by denying he raped her? If you can figure that out, let me know

I saw today that a judge dismissed a case against a transgender woman for exposure in a woman’s locker room because the dude was so fat that the judge said his stomach would hang over and cover his dick so the ladies couldn’t possibly see it

I saw in the last two days that there was some theory that Magoo could avoid the debt ceiling by invoking the fourth section of the 14th Amendment. I confess I had no idea how that could be. So I did a little research, not a lot because you know my legendary laziness, but it turns out that that section actually deals with the obligations of the federal government. The section is spelled out in the link below.

The purpose of the section was to make sure that debts of the north incurred during the civil war would have to be paid and that even if the carpetbaggers from the south took over Congress, they could not stop payment of the north’s debts nor pay the debts incurred by the southern states during the war.

There are a lot of legal positions on both sides. Some saying that because of this section the debt ceiling is unconstitutional and others arguing to the contrary. I believe the latter because to rule to the contrary would be to negate the constitutional requirement that all spending bills must originate in the House. And also because as far as I know the contrary argument has never been put forth before or attempted to be used by any president.

But if Magoo tries it, it will no doubtedly go to the Supremes and I like my odds with this court!

Trump or whoever wins in 2024 needs to immediately revoke the clearance of all the former intelligence individuals on day one. I had pretty much the highest clearance when I was a federal employee and that ended when I retired. Why do these idiots continue to have theirs. They have absolutely no reason to continue to have access to our most secret information. Cut these idiots off from classified information. There is no reason they have the requisite need to know!

I’m sure you know that all but one of the Proud Boys on trial were convicted of sedition. I have not followed it closely because I knew the deck was stacked against them in D.C. What I didn’t know was that the judge was appointed by Trump but was clearly biased beyond belief. He wouldn’t let the defense call Ray Epps and required the defense to get questions about FBI agents or informants be cleared by the prosecution. This is clearly reversible error and will be overturned by the Supreme Court if not the court of appeals, but DOJ doesn’t care because they can push the J6 nonsense until after the next election. This has nothing to do with law. It’s just a blatant attempt to weaken Trump before the next election.

Maybe the reason Magoo put the cackler in charge of AI is because he knows that she has no natural intelligence and thinks that she could get some artificially! Just a thought.

Other than having positions that I agree with, the most important thing that I want in a commander in chief is someone who has mental acuity and stamina and they are not the same thing. Obviously I don’t want a brain dead chief executive like Magoo but I also want one that is mentally alert for at least 12 hours a day. Magoo is apparently only seemingly awake from 10 to 4. For anything other then that he needs to sleep all day and then get shot up with speed to get through a night time appearance.

And when I talk about stamina, I’m not talking about running a marathon or even a 10K, I’m talking about being at full mental competence, I’m talking about being awake and cogent to perform the functions of the office. I don’t care if the president is in a wheelchair or riding a scooter. I just want him or her to be cogent every day all day.

Age isn’t the issue. There are many people older than Magoo that are still incredibly cogent. Magoo isn’t and his mobile skills aren’t the issue.

So let’s stop talking about age and pretending that Magoo should be given a pass because he and Trump are old. I’m almost as old as they are and am still mentally acute all day everyday. Trump is active and cogent all day everyday. Magoo is not mentally acute any day. Listen he was stupid for all his life and he hasn’t gotten better with dementia.
