I heard today several excerpts today on the radio of murdaugh saying I never did anything intentionally to hurt them and my antenna immediately went up because he’s an attorney and he has a supposed dream defense team. Listen you say I would never do anything to hurt them period but when you qualify it with intentionally it immediately means to me that you unintentionally hurt them. I asked one of you who I know has been watching the trial which I have not if I correctly remembered what he said and though I didn’t hear back they played the excerpt on the Five and Pirro said the same thing I did. Maybe it’s just something that a litigator would pick up on but it really stood out to me.

Usually the foreman of the jury is the person that the jurors think are their best and brightest. If this idiot is the best and the brightest on that grand jury, then it’s obviously a bunch of idiots.

First Fulton County is Atlanta and the special grand jury looking into Trump supposedly trying to interfere in the election doesn’t have the power to indict like a normal grand jury. They can only recommend that the DA indict.

And now as I’ve said before a prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. It’s just a fact and I’ll explain it further below. But now we have the benefit of a person even dumber than the supposed Mary Poppins would be disinformation czar. She’s a Wiccan witch on a witch hunt. You can’t make this up because it’s just too crazy.

Now here’s the important part. In case you don’t know, the reason that prosecutors can indict a ham sandwich is because they are the only one who puts evidence before the grand jury. The defense presents nothing and the potential defendant if he chooses to testify before it has to do so without counsel. And the prosecutor not only controls what they hear but also tells them what the law is. Anyone still curious about why they can indict a ham sandwich?

Here’s what you need to know about this particular case. The prosecutor lied to the gj and told them that Trump told Raffensberger to find additional votes and the transcript of the call revealed that to be a lie and he also told them that Trump’s attorney said it was about voter fraud and that’s a lie. Trump filed a lawsuit and the judge refused to appoint a judge and so his case wouldn’t be heard until it was moot. So they asked Raffensberger to look into 25 specific instances of violations of Georgia voting laws.

Now there should be no indictments by a sane DA but things are probably different in Atlanta. In most cases they would never do it without an airtight case which doesn’t exist. But this is a situation where the DA can actually gain creds even for a bs losing case in her desire for higher office. Just in case you don’t know, Atlanta is just as much of a far left swamp as DC. This has nothing to do with justice, just one more blatant attempt to cripple Trump and like all the others it will fail.

I hope I got that right but he just announced on Tucker that he is running for the president as a Republican and he is awesome. He probably won’t get it but would be an excellent VP on a Trump ticket. His philosophy is identical to Trump’s. And he’s a brilliant minority. I would vote for him over Nikki anytime.

I wasn’t going to do this rant because I figured it would be out there everywhere but it wasn’t mentioned on the Five and so I will. Maybe Fox is clearing the way for Tucker exclusively. But here’s the deal. Almost all of the J6 faux committee members have come out denouncing Tucker getting the J6 video. Schitt is apoplectic I not going to list all the Dems and RINOS on that committee that have now come out against the release but what are they afraid of. They keep saying that it will result in conspiracy theories and disinformation. But how can playing the actual video of what went on be a conspiracy theory? They know they espoused nonsense to try to take down Trump and their bullshit is about to be exposed.

And in case you didn’t see it, Schitt was exposed once again for changing actual emails from republicans to create a false narrative. This asshole needs to be in jail rather than running for a senator seat from California, replacing the past dementia Feinstein.

I am going to be consistent in calling out hypocrisy. Nikki is not a woman of color. You would never see her on the street or tv and think she is anything but white. I’m darker skinned than she is!

All of you who I know read this know that this was the theory that led us to get involved in Vietnam. A theory that if we didn’t get involved in Vietnam that China would then topple one country after another in South East Asia. That’s what’s going on now with Ukraine. I personally don’t give a shit about Ukraine and it’s corrupt kleptocracy. Zelensky is a crook and an autocrat. He’s canceled religions and banned free press and I’m sure killed leaders of the opposition. No one can explain why it’s so important to support this autocrat and basically disarm our military to protect Ukraine’s borders while they don’t care about our own. I think Magoo knows that his criminal family is at risk if Ukraine released the information they have about Magoo and his criminal enterprise.

The Magoo administration is doing just what the left wants. They are turning us into a second rate power. We no longer have the weapons to keep China from taking Taiwan. We’ve sent them to Ukraine!

2024 can’t get her fast enough. Hopefully Magoo hasn’t gotten us involved in a nuclear war before then and then I guess most of us won’t have to be concerned because we will all be dead!

He said tonight that they are evaluating the 41,000 hours of video of J6 and will be reporting on it next week. That is over 4.6 years. Now if Tucker had 4100 staffers that would be ten hours a piece. He doesn’t and therefore it’s going to take some time to review it all and I think he’s wise to take the time to evaluate all the video. I’m looking forward to next week and beyond!

In case you don’t know, the charges against him have been downgraded by removing gun enhancements that could have resulted in five years in prison and will now probably result in no jail time at all and unfortunately it is the correct decision.

Under the constitution states are prohibited from passing ex post facto laws which are laws criminalizing actions that weren’t criminal at the time they took place and this is exactly what happened in Baldwin’s case. The law adding gun enhancements was passed after the shooting took place. You can’t do that! It’s blatantly unconstitutional and the prosecutor should be disbarred for using it.
