I have ranted about this before but defense spokesman, Kirby, said Magoo believes we need to do gain of function research and he’s in favor of it. Why? Remember the basic premise is that if we make viruses more infectious and more lethal than it will give us the ability to potentially develop vaccines against something that may never happen while potentially releasing a pandemic accidentally, or intentionally.

If you recall Fauci has previously said that it’s important to do this research even if it results in millions of deaths because it’s important. Right. Call it what you want, it’s bio weapon research and should be banned!

The snow pack will also be historic in the Rockies which feeds the Colorado River and should help the level in lake Meade but will not solve the problem unless this type of snow occurs for several years. Maybe it will but the left will tell you it won’t because of global warming.

Same for lake Powell.

This snow pack in the sierra’s will provide enormous water to California but because Newsom and the rest of the idiots will let it flow into the ocean to protect some who cares about it fish, maybe the snail darter, I don’t remember and am too lazy to look it up, California‘a problems are of its own stupidity. Wake up people and kick them to the curb and once again have the most beautiful and ecologically diverse state in the nation.

California has had historic rains this year when the climate idiots were predicting historic droughts. If California had done what was required to create reservoirs they would have no water issues for the foreseeable future!

Yesterday I was amazed that Mayor Pete showed up and donned non fitting gear to make him look like a first responder but I saw immediately that he wore dress shoes not the boots that he should have. It was just a photo op and today it was pointed out all over the internet. He’s an incompetent fraud and should be fired but won’t be because he’s gay which is the only reason he was appointed in the first place. Being unable to even get potholes fixed in South Bend is not a qualification for Secretary of Transportation.

There is only one time in my career that I ever milked time in a trial. It was a case in Chattanooga against the TVA and we had the right to call witnesses in the order we wanted and late in the afternoon one day they said that one of their most important witnesses was only available that afternoon and the following day and so the judges allowed him to be called that afternoon and I hadn’t prepared for him because he was not supposed to be called until several days later. So I can guarantee you that he got questioned on his Curriculum Vitae extensively for about two hours and then he got destroyed the following day when I had prepared for his testimony.

Today on the Five they kept referring to the prosecutor as scorched earth and maybe obnoxious. I haven’t watched the trial until it replaced the Five for a few minutes but I would agree. He spent all his time shouting about things that were already conceded. Namely Murdaugh was a thief and stole money from clients which got him disbarred. But it’s not in question. It’s true and he keeps saying so. My theory is that the prosecutor, remember we’re talking about Walterboro which is maybe about the size of Clayton or Smithfield, is enjoying his 15 minutes of fame. He never was and never will be again on national TV. So he’s needlessly prolonging his cross and extending his TV time.

And because I haven’t followed the case but I figure since Pirro didn’t mention it that the prosecutor hasn’t done it, I think the prosecutor should pin him down. Ask him you said you wouldn’t intentionally hurt them, did you unintentionally hurt them? Pin him into a corner. You can’t have it both ways but do it so there’s no possible way Pirro’s take that he could get a manslaughter charge to the jury and though I defer to her judgeship, I don’t believe that is a possibility. Btw think the end of Legally Blonde for what unintentionally means.
