Just a thought. All these idiots are claiming we need to stop eating meat because of cow farts. So how many more farts are you going to produce when you switch your protein from beef to beans? It’s all just stupidity.

Some of this will probably be familiar to you because some of it was covered on the Five so I should have put it up yesterday. But anyway, once again the annual idiocy of Davos is here. These idiots who are all in on global warming took 1700 private jets to get there. Doesn’t sound like serious but if you actually listen to their bs, it turns out that they are better than us and so don’t have to comply with the rules that the rest of us need to abide by

Now first the idiot and head of the WEF Klaus Schwab kicked it off with his wet dream of ten years from now having everyone at the forum having chips implanted in their brain so he could know what they were thinking and where they were located. I don’t know if his dream is that only he could do it but I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t want everyone else to know his thoughts. In fact I heard yesterday from a caller on Clay and Buck who attended for five years that this pervert only hired young attractive women.

Btw I don’t want to know what you’re thinking and certainly not what I’m thinking.

And lastly let’s talk about that melting clock face John Kerry. He had the audacity to say that by some apparently miracle, (maybe divine intervention), the idiots at Davos were better than all the rest of us peons and even went on to say that maybe they were extraterrestrials. Only if that planet is planet stupid. Kerry has never had any thoughts that were even remotely cogent. He married into the Heinz fortune and has grifted off it forever.

He just said that the DOJ attorneys who were at the Magoo places to sort of supervise, but not really, Magoo’s attorneys search for classified documents didn’t have the security clearance to review the documents. I’m pretty sure that’s bs. I am pretty sure that all DOJ attorneys have at least a top secret clearance, maybe not SCI on top but I would think so. I don’t know where that came from but all DOJ attorneys have security clearances.

He just dropped big time in my view. He said that Magoo had no authority to CLASSIFY or declassify anything. Listen you could put up an argument about declassification which would be nonsense in my opinion, but as I have made clear under EO 13526 there is absolutely no way a prescient human being could claim that Magoo didn’t have classification authority.

I still have not seen anything that would explain the fact that these documents were found when they were found. Until someone can come up with a credible response to that question, the rest of the dialogue is just bs. The only thing I can come up with is that someone knew and Magoo’s folks decided that they had to get out in front of the story. Nothing else makes sense to me. The only reason I can see is they suddenly ‘found’ them to avoid blackmail.

And btw I haven’t seen anything that says they searched his Rehoboth beach house!

I am so pissed that talking heads keep falsely claiming that Magoo couldn’t declassify anything and never try to explain why or on what they base it. This is the reason I created this blog because it drives me crazy when bullshit gets passed on without it being true. Sorry but that’s what drives me crazy and gets you my take instead of me throwing things at the TV.

Here’s a few questions that come to mind regarding Magoo’s classified documents problems. First, why is this coming out now? Trump was in a battle with the National Archives about documents. Nobody knew about Magoo’s docs. So why are they coming out now and why weren’t they destroyed when found since no one would know. And please save your voice if you think that is beneath the Magoo crime syndicate.

Next, how will we ever know the extent of the problem. The FBI didn’t show up with a swat team. All we have is the word of team Magoo and you know what I think that’s worth. They’ve now had plenty of time to take things they really wanted to hide and put them in anonymous safe boxes or put them offshore somewhere.

But it just begs the question of why this ever happened in the first place. Many believe that the documents were planted. By who and why and how did they have access to these documents which were created during the Obama administration. So they had to be stolen six or more years ago or maybe they’re not real? Who knows, certainly we don’t and likely never will.

One of you texted me today that someone on Fox said that VP’s can only declassify documents that they personally classified. Now it only took them a week of saying he couldn’t classify or declassify anything to apparently discover the EO I talked about earlier this week.

And here’s the thing. If someone looked at it with a preconceived opinion, you could say that. Remember the EO was set up with the president the vice president at the top end and all the other peons beneath them. So how could you reach that conclusion because Section 3 which deals with declassification doesn’t mention the vp. Under their view he could only declassify documents he had personally classified because that section said original classification authorities could declassify what they classified.

Ok. Section 3 doesn’t mention the president either! Does that mean that the president can only declassify documents he personally classified. Btw, I would bet that documents personally classified by either Obama or Magoo are few and far between. No it doesn’t because that section also provides that anyone with original classification authority can declassify anything classified by a subordinate, and I believe that given the way this was written, everyone other than Obama was considered a subordinate of Magoo.

And consider that if that isn’t true how absurd it would be. Since Magoo could classify anything all he would have to do is take the documents and reclassify them under his authority and then immediately declassify them. You can’t put forth a theory which makes no sense and we will never have a judicial resolution because it’s not going to happen since Magoo hasn’t even raised the issue. He has not said he declassified them. His defense is the tooth fairy left them

Ok here’s the real difference between Magoo and Trump. Trump was and is making an argument based on the Presidential Records Act and his right to declare any of the documents as personal and he is saying he declassified them which he had the authority to do and therefore there is no problem with classified info. And btw this is also still under litigation and so the gnashing of teeth on the left is just political theater.

Magoo has not claimed that he declassified anything nor that these were personal records. I am too lazy to look up if the VP is covered by the Presidential Records Act but he hasn’t claimed so and given that he is pretending that he has no idea how these documents got into his closet more than a year after he left office he has effectively waived his right to claim otherwise in the future.

And just to make matters worse, another bunch was found today!

He just said that Magoo had no authority to classify or declassify documents. Again these idiots need to do some research. I just provided you the information that makes that a lie.

Btw you are lucky to have someone who is actually a classification expert informing your reality with respect to national security matters
