Alright this is going to be about our North Carolina ABC stores and for any of you out of state in NC all wholesale and retail sales of liquor is a government enterprise. And I’m not going to rehash how that leads to much higher prices than competition would dictate. I have ranted about that in the past and so you can look it up.

What I am talking about is the just plain incompetence that results from government engaging in a business. Here’s my point. There is a certain gin that I like that’s very reasonably priced and apparently a lot of other people agree because it’s sold out regularly and no other gins are. I have both Tanqueray and Bombay Sapphire but that’s not what I drink every day mainly because they cost two to three times more than the one I’m talking about, which I’m not going to name since it already sells out to quickly, and also because they are a much higher proof.

Now here’s my point. If you were a private liquor store owner and you had a product that sold out quickly, you would increase your order size to accommodate your customers. That’s just basic business. However, that’s not what our ABC stores do. Apparently someone at the state level is in charge of ordering and they have the acuity of our idiot transportation Secretary—Mayor Pete! When you have no competition you can just say screw you. I’ll continue to do what I’m doing incompetently and you can pound sand if you don’t like it. BTW this is not a new problem, it has been going on for years!

Today Senator Josh Hawley introduced a bill entitled the Preventing Elected Leaders from Owning Securities and Investments Act. Short hand the PELOSI Act!

Now I continue to be disappointed by the people on the right who still pontificate on the Vice President’s lack of authority to classify or declassify documents. On the Five they did it again including Pirro and I had truthed her with reality and she still screwed it up. So in following it up I looked to see if Trump or Magoo had issued an executive order changing Obama’s EO 13526 and found out that Trump was the first president not to issue an executive order on classification since Eisenhower started it and Magoo hasn’t issued one either although he is supposedly considering one. Wonder what that one would do to cover his ass.

But the point is that the EO I have been talking about is still the one in effect.

Antifa is the present enforcement arm of the Dems just like the KKK was the enforcement arm of the Dems back in the days of segregation and Jim Crow.

When you consent to a search you have the power to define the parameters of the search. If the FBI was serious they would have gotten a warrant and then searched everywhere including Jill’s underwear drawers although I can’t imagine anyone being the least bit interested. This is clearly a gross double standard. And btw all I heard before tonight was that they spent 13 hours searching his house. Not that the search was confined to places Magoo was okay with having searched. It’s like a pedophile agreeing to have everything searched except his computers and his photographs.

I just heard from Jesse that the consensual search of Magoo’s Delaware house prohibited the FBI from searching certain rooms like Magoo’s office. How the hell is that a search? You can look everywhere but the places most likely to contain stolen classified documents, and interestingly they still found more classified documents in places they were allowed to search and they still haven’t searched the beach house where conveniently Magoo spent last weekend. Anybody want to bet what Magoo and his crew were doing?

I heard today that the scene being ‘shot’ was only to film Baldwin drawing his pistol. The cameras were only on his hand and holster and so there was no reason to point and fire. It wasn’t part of the scene.
