I am watching back Gutfeld from last night and he had Jeff Dunham and Walter on and I laughed my ass off but then Greg said Disney was like the playboy mansion for kids and it reminded me of the one time that I actually went to a Playboy club. I was trying a case in Chicago and one guy in our regional office was a member and he lent me his card and I and the woman who was trying the case with me went and it was totally anticlimactic. At one point a mouse ran across the dance floor.

Yesterday when I heard Buck mispronounce stochastic the first thing that popped into my mind was stochastic chemistry. I just had a strong connection of the two but when I was writing my rant I went on DuckDuckGo because I was using safari for the rant and it came up with no matches so I assumed that I was incorrect in my word association and felt it must have been in statistics because it is a statistical process.

But it just kept bugging me because if you say stochastic, I say chemistry and so I put it into safari today and there was lots of results and I felt much better. So you should always trust your gut which is usually right.

I have seen one conservative pundit that wants the Republican majority in the house to hold their hearings on the Dems and Fauci etc out of DC and in somewhere when perjury by Dems will be brought in somewhere where the DC swamp and the juries in DC will not be able to ignore reality. I couldn’t think of anything more important. The law must be applied in a jurisdiction that doesn’t give swamp creatures a free ride. Do it!

There is absolutely no reason that you would ever have been in contact with stochastic or ever need to know it unless you have a discipline I’m unaware of. And that includes me. I can’t even remember why I know it but I do and have never used it.

I couldn’t resist much as I tried but today on Clay and Buck, Buck waxed eloquently about stochastic terrorism. Apparently some wingnuts on the left are using this to automatically claim that the shootings at the gay nightclub in Colorado were because of conservatives. Now it’s all complete nonsense and I actually studied stochastic statistics at least 52 years ago. But here’s the point of this rant. When Buck was talking about it, he was pronouncing it stow chastic. It’s stow castic. At first I thought maybe I misremembered but I have never heard it pronounced like he did and then he came back after the break to admit he had mispronounced it and his excuse was that he had never heard the word and was just pronouncing based on seeing it in print. Rule number one. Before you pontificate on anything at least know how to pronounce it.

That’s the Law School Admissions Test, although I’m pretty sure it was Aptitude not Admissions back in my day. Anyway both Harvard and Yale are now going to do away with it which would end the last real barrier to law school and now they have both pulled out of the US News ranking of law schools because they say that the rankings don’t give adequate credit for having a diversified student body. My entire profession is going in the shitter and I feel sorry for anyone having to rely on this woke bunch of idiots.

BTW the American Bar Association accreditation group has voted to allow law schools to be accredited without requiring essentially an admission test. Higher education is a fucking joke.

I once had a regional administrator say you know some people have, for purposes of this rant, 50 years of experience and some people have one year of experience repeated 50 times. Magoo is clearly in the second category.

Some of you and many pundits on both sides are saying Trump is the only Republican who couldn’t beat Magoo . Now ask yourself why all Dems and all msm and left wingnuts and RINO’s are doing everything they can to keep him from running. Some idiot in the house is introducing a resolution to bar Trump because he supposedly incited an insurrection on J6, and today Magoo’s stooge, Garland, appointed a Special Counsel to investigate Trump for J6 and Mar-a-Largo.

So just contemplate this question. Why are they trying so hard to eliminate the one person they say Magoo could beat? Could it be that they know the opposite is true?

And once again, impeach Garland!

Pelosi is gone thank God. She announced today that she would continue to serve as a representative of San Francisco. I still say this is step one in her becoming our ambassador to Italy. You know she doesn’t want to stay around to be subpoenaed for her J6 bs and potential criminal liability.

As I’m sure most of you know that the house was officially called for the Republicans last night or at the latest early this morning. However until a few minutes ago, Fox News finally admitted it. They were praying for a different result but finally had to give it up.
