The whole FBI raid thing gets more confusing. Not because they didn’t do it for the reason I posited earlier this week but because the stories keep changing. First it was said that Wray did it on his own but today Garland said he approved it. And none of them are saying that Magoo was informed. The WH has said he wasn’t and everyone else is silent. I don’t know anyone with a brain that believes it and that’s why Wray and Garland didn’t mention it because when the truth comes out, and it will, they won’t be caught in a lie.

Next I am totally confused about what happened with regard to the warrant. Trump’s lawyer and Eric said that the attorney was shown the warrant from ten feet away and not given a copy and now Garland said they got a copy of the warrant but not the list of seized items and Harold Ford Jr said they had both for nine hours which makes no sense. So I’m confused but it really doesn’t matter.

Now the one thing I found out new today was that although the FBI told them to turn off the in house tv cameras, they didn’t and according to Eric they have video of the agents engaging in clearly illegal activity. If that’s true, it’s certainly a game changer and I would make sure that you have multiple copies stored all over the country because this bunch of Marxist/Nazis (take your pick) will stop at nothing to keep power.

Lastly as I mentioned before Trump could have declassified all those documents and Kash Patel confirmed it. But today I saw Devin Nunes on Salcedo and he confirmed that Trump declassified them several times and they kept coming up as classified. The deep state at work. The president has the absolute power to declassify anything and everything. Then he explained why the Magoo and the morons don’t want them out. Now when I first wrote about this, the thought occurred to my twisted mind that there must be some juicy stuff that they want to hide but I had no idea what because I know nothing about what’s there. However Nunes confirmed that the documents covered all the proven illegal and improper actions by DOJ FBI CIA NSI State and DOD in pursuing the Russia hoax. Apparently Trump made it abundantly clear that he wanted them declassified and released before the end of his presidency. That would make a lot of sense! And explain why deep staters kept apparently classify them or refusing to declassify them without the authority to do so.

Here’s something you may not know. When the government gets a search warrant it gives them the right to search anywhere that might yield what they are looking for. So if the warrant says they are looking for a document or a small object like a key then they can basically search anywhere and if they find something else that may be criminal it can be used in a criminal proceeding. If the warrant is for something like a rifle then they can’t search anything small that couldn’t conceal a rifle. So it was necessary for the FBI to allege that they were looking for something small which would then give them carte Blanche to look at everything. Melania’s clothes were searched. Why? Did they hope to find something Magoo could sniff to get off? This is total bs and although I haven’t mentioned this before, I am very familiar with the archive requirements. I was an expert at onetime and this whole thing is total nonsense!

These idiots thought a bogus raid would hurt Trump, but the opposite happened. I saw one Dem pundit say it turned the senate over to the republicans and another say it just handed the presidency to Trump.

But the real proof is in the pudding. Either Eric or Don Jr said that it was the biggest single fundraiser ever. And Trump endorsed candidates ran the table in Wisconsin over establishment endorsed candidates. And in a potentially game changing event in Connecticut, Trump’s endorsed candidate for the senate came out of nowhere to defeat establishment candidates largely on the strength that the raid fired up the base and they turned out big time. Now she will face Da Nang Dick Blumental who is considered vulnerable and with Trump’s campaigning she can probably finally get rid of this stupid stolen valor fraud. It always amazes how ignorant people get in positions of power. Maybe it’s because bright people have better things to do.

Am watching Hannity and this idiot is claiming that Trump should release the warrant because that would show the legitimacy of the raid. First the warrant would only contain the bs that the fbi claimed they were looking for. After the bogus FISA warrants, why would anyone believe anything that the fbi alleges is true. But here’s the more important point. Trump’s lawyer appeared on tv and said that the fbi showed his attorneys the warrant and then immediately took it back from them Geraldo you idiot only Magoo’s folks could release it because they are the only ones who have it.

If anyone reading my nonsense believes that Magoo didn’t green light the fbi raid then please stop reading. There is absolutely zero percent chance that the fbi raided Trump’s residence, a former president and potential opponent, without approval from Magoo.

There is a lot to unwrap what went on yesterday and I was waiting for today because I wanted to see whether this was based on alleged classified documents being at mar-a-lago or J6 committee bullshit. It appears that it’s the former but apparently it was just an attempt to go on a fishing expedition to hopefully find something to support J6.

Reportedly they walked out with boxes of records and a safe that they didn’t even look at. And according to Eric Trump, the safe was empty which I find hilarious and proof that Trump knows they are going to do everything to keep him from running again. And just now on the five, Pirro said that as president, Trump could unilaterally declassify them before he left office. Guess who said that months ago? Go back to 2/18 and read it for yourselves again. And another thing,these pundits are apparently just now learning that this has been an ongoing discussion between Trump and the Archives. And he had previously turned over 15 boxes of documents and so there is no way that they should have issued a warrant instead of a subpoena. Today Kash Patel confirmed that Trump in fact declassified them before he left office and he was there when he did.

So why is this happening now? Let me connect the dots again for you. First the J6 hearings are a total flop and a no never mind to anyone with a double digit IQ. You can’t have a legitimate inquiry when only one side gets to present testimony and only highly doctored evidence, eliminating anything exculpatory. And then the testimony is 3rd degree hearsay. He told me that someone told her that she heard from someone else something bad about Trump.

Next since J6 failed and Trump is becoming even more popular as evidenced by the fact that his endorsements have overwhelmingly won over establishment RINOs and never Trump candidates. And I believe all but one Republican who voted for impeachment is history with Loony Liz going down in flames next week

And recent polling has Trump massacring DeSantis in conservative polls but also all the potential Dems. And nothing scares them more than the possibility that a Trump administration would have a MAGA Congress and totally destroy any chance these idiots on the left will ever see power again and repeal everything they have done. Plus lock several of them up.

So since the inevitable is unacceptable, they are pulling out all pretense of legitimacy in a scorched earth policy to try to cripple Trump. Bernie Kerik, former NY police commissioner, said he wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to assassinate him. And I read earlier this week that one pundit believes that the left will indict and convict Trump in order to prevent him from running again. And a couple of leftees, the original author mentioned is pro Trump, had the same wet dream. They think that law being cited as the basis for the recent action, 18 USC 2071 could prevent Trump from running again. Problem is that it can’t. The constitution lists only three requirements for running for president. You must be 35, natural born and a US resident for 14 years. That’s it and Congress can’t change that by a law. It would take a constitutional amendment. So what they are really hoping for is to distract voters of the disaster that is the left and tie up Trump in litigation

Now I think Trump should announce his candidacy immediately and then campaign heavily to keep cocaine Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy out of leadership positions. I don’t think that will be hard with Mitch because he just keeps getting worse and more out of touch with the conservative base, but McCarthy may be tougher because he’s trying to sound like his stripes have changed. They need to keep this RINO out of the speakership!

I am watching Levin and agree with his rant but as I have said many times before, the problem is not how much we are spending but on what we are spending it on. DOD has more money than it needs to keep us as the most powerful military in the world but wastes a significant portion on woke bullshit. There are way too many assistants to the assistant to whatever who contribute nothing to our national defense. Fire them all along with the white rage and crt and equity idiots and use that money to increase the capabilities of our actual soldiers. And it would be mighty helpful if these idiots didn’t give China our technology. You may not know it but the hypersonic technology that China is now apparently ahead of in was given to them by us! More money is not the issue, and even Trump got that wrong. The problem is spending a major portion on nonsense!

It’s just like with education. We spend considerably more per student than any other developed nation and get worse results and the reason is clearly because of teachers unions. I went to catholic grade school and we had between 65 and 70 students in each class and one nun and everyone got a great education. Now these idiots claim we can’t have more than 20 or so because it’s just to much for the teacher to handle and that may actually be true because today’s teachers, again thanks to unions, are actually dumber than their students and not teaching the 3 R’s. They are teaching woke, crt, dei, 1619 nonsense. If you need any further confirmation then just look at Mrs. Magoo who has a doctorate in education and is dumb as a stump.

Now this is not a new phenomenon. As I have said before, there was a woman, very cute, working at my golf course who was a second grade teacher and she was dumb as a stump and when I asked her about anything she was clueless. And to prove my point, she had a masters in education. This is nothing new as I have ranted about before because 50+ years ago when I was in college they were the people who couldn’t cut it in any real degree but at least they were teaching basically the 3R’s.

We need to allocate a yearly amount per student to parents and let them spend it in whatever school they want and I bet the socialist public schools would disappear and hopefully with them Randy Weingarten.

BTW when our local Publix asked me recently if I wanted to round up to give money to teachers and schools, and I usually say yes to the charity of the day, I said no I didn’t want to buy more drag queen outfits and ever since they have never asked. I don’t know if it’s only me or everyone else.

I recently ranted about how dumb Manchin was to get played by Schumer and that he just ended his political career. Today to prove he knows it or is even dumber than Magoo he said that Trump campaigning against him in 2024 may help his chances for reelection. It was in response to Trump’s speech last night promising to do so. I believe that if the republicans take back the house and senate this year, he won’t even run because he doesn’t want to be badly embarrassed. Trump carried West Virginia by 40 points and is way more popular there than Manchin was and even more so now.
