Trump said they took three passports one of which expired and I thought that was strange because I couldn’t understand how you could have you could have two active passports unless one was a federal government passport which would have been deactivated upon his leaving office and as I said previously he didn’t need one as president but today the feds came out and in trying to discredit Trump said actually two of them were expired, but that didn’t stop Schitt from suggesting that one of them was a Russian passport. Such an idiot!

Listen I have two expired passports. My personal one and my government one and none from Russia.

In case you missed it, and I have ranted about it before the pipe bombs supposedly planted at the DNC and the tRNC on January sixth were actually the FBI attempt to create the J6 nonsense. Here’s an article which exposes the scam.

Alright it’s clear that the feds overreached with the raid on Trump’s home. However here’s my question. You’ve seen the warrant and the list of what was taken. First there is nothing in the warrant that covers Trump’s passports! Nor could there be because they could have no information that would make Trump’s possession of them illegal and they couldn’t be encompassed even under the broad category of any documents created as part of his presidency. I’m pretty sure no president has ever had to present his passport when traveling abroad as president.

And the passports were not listed on receipt cataloging what was taken. I’m pretty sure all of you know what a passport looks like and they are not easily confused with anything else. I had both a personal passport and a government passport and there is little difference. So they clearly stole Trump’s property. My question is why aren’t they being charged with theft which is what they did?

Now of course the feds aren’t going to prosecute their own and I don’t know if Florida could file charges against federal agents, although I would like to see that. However their is what’s called a constitutional tort which involves when government officials invade your constitutional rights under color of law, meaning they claim to acting legally but know they are not. These agents clearly knew they were stealing from Trump and did it anyway.

I would love to see Trump file a lawsuit against FBI/DOJ but understand that won’t happen because it would greatly increase the chances that they will indict him or maybe it would have the opposite effect. We will never know.

I have meant to rant about this for for a few weeks but always seemed to find something else. Hopefully you learned about it from somewhere else. Anyway, we paid for the development of a major break through in battery technology at one of DOE’s national laboratories. They have several all over the US including the one in the Pacific Northwest which was responsible for this break through with our funding. Just so you know the national labs include Los Alamos and Oakridge and they are also used by the NRC to conduct research. And I am pretty sure I was there when a law was passed to require them to license their work to recoup and even make money for the federal government.

As an aside, the NRC also had its own laboratory in San Antonia which I visited several times and I like San Antonia The reason for that lab is because it dealt with the nuclear waste storage at Yucca Mountain in which the DOE was the entity seeking the license and I was the attorney responsible for representing the NRC in that proceeding. And I have actually seen the facility and it’s remarkable. I was supposed to go there one day but was delayed for a couple of days because people who had no legitimate reason to be there but used it to get the government to pay for a boondoggle to Las Vegas. The funny thing is that they got stranded by a flat tire and got stranded in the desert for a couple hours. When I went a day or so later I got the VIP treatment and the place is incredible. First there is is a ‘drilling’ machine that basically carves a 50 foot radius tunnel and I went on a rail car two miles into solid rock. It was awesome and would have terrified both my ex wife and my daughter who are both claustrophobic. And continuing with the ridiculousness surrounding Yucca Mountain, the nonsense was that potentially nuclear waste could eventually leak and in and I don’t recall if was a thousand years or ten thousand years or so reach people The funny thing you need to know is that the closest people were the prostitues, legal in Nevada, at the Cherry Patch ranch.

Now to get back to the point, this research breakthrough apparently resulted in battery technology that is a quantum leap forward and allow a refrigerator sized battery could power and entire house and it lasts for up to thirty years. And so what did Magoo’s people do? They licensed this technology to China. And under Magoo and his totally incompetent DOE Secretary, Granholm, they have refused to license this technological break through to American companies. That’s right they gave it to our chief battery rivals and won’t let us use it even though we paid for it.

Clearly Magoo is the Chinese manturian candidate. He and his crime syndicate family are bought and paid for by China.

I assumed that everyone knew what a dirty bomb was but just in case you don’t know, it’s not a bomb that throws out a lot of dirt, it’s a conventional explosive bomb but contains something like radioactive cobalt or iodine that doesn’t produce a nuclear explosion but makes an area uninhabitable because of radiation. Think something like Chernobyl. It didn’t blow up but made a large area uninhabitable.

First the FBI and DOJ are issuing warnings on all kinds of stuff including dirty bombs. Don’t believe a word of it. It is all a false flag operation like J6 and the Whitmer ‘kidnapping’ designed to try to foment something like J6 so they can Institute marshal law and turn us into a police state now with 87,000 more armed IRS agents who are willing to kill citizens. It’s in the job description!

I don’t know if this is because their raid backfired or the raid itself was designed to foment some reaction that would give them an excuse to crack down. In either event, don’t take the bait. Keep your powder dry and vote them out in November and then impeach Garland and Wray.

The second thing is that there is some confusing stuff about the feds subpoenaing the Trump security surveillance tapes. Apparently they subpoenaed 60 or 61 days worth but it’s not clear whether that covered their misconduct during the raid. It appears that they supposedly saw video of boxes being moved in and out of the storage space after their June review of the property. So this is where I get lost. If they saw video of that then they already have the videos and potentially used it in the affadavit to get the warrant or have illegally breached his system. Either way, the video of their misdeeds wasn’t covered by the warrant. By definition they couldn’t be because you can’t get a warrant to search for something that doesn’t exist at the time of the warrant.

So I’m totally unclear whether the subpoena covers the 60 days before the raid or has been issued subsequent to the raid to try to cover their asses. The good news is that unlike a warrant which they just show up with and execute, you can move to quash a subpoena and if you’re dealing with the same biased magistrate you can appeal all the way up and I don’t believe you would have to go too high up to get it quashed at least with respect to what happened during the raid. I can’t imagine the justification for that when normal operating procedure is that the person and/or his counsel can observe. I don’t believe that you can convince any remotely competent non biased judicial officer that you have the right to hide what you’re doing.

Let’s see what really happened.

I saw today that the new bs on the left is that the president can’t declassify information without going through some process involving the deep state. First it is total bullshit. As I have said many times and is clear under our constitutional system, the president is the sole authority on what is classified or declassified. No one under him has any authority to change his decision.

Second it shows that the idiots on the left know that Trump trumped them and are trying to cast shade on their incompetence and the political motivation for their unprecedented, illegal and unconstitutional actions.

I previously ranted about his presidential asperations and said he needed more and broader experience and some of you were all in now. He has now exposed himself to be a a mini Rino. He endorsed Murkawski in Alaska. She is the definition of a Rino. Bongino asked him about it earlier this week and his answer was beyond stupid. He talked about one instance when he convinced her to change her opinion and then he said the real reason was because the republicans would have to spend less money to get her re-elected and I said bs. She is not popular in Alaska and I lived there It would not cost republicans more money to elect the Trump supported candidate than this Rino. Scott is not MAGA regardless of what he says.

Btw she only has a chance because idiots in Alaska implemented rank choice voting. Look it up. It should be eliminated everywhere. You have a party primary and then the candidates who win go against each other in the general.

Ok we’ve learned much more and really much less today and so I’m going to try to cover most of it.

First thing I want to touch on is the continued farce that Magoo wasn’t involved. People if I was president, and I can’t imagine any scenario where that could have happened because I don’t take shit and am not a billionaire, but if my AG and/or FBI director did something that would obviously have the potential to decrease my already dismal chances for re-election, I would fire them on the spot. You don’t do something this stupid without my approval!

Next, it’s still not clear about what happened with the warrant. But as I said yesterday. It doesn’t matter. What happened happened.

Now a funny thing I saw was some leftist wingnut gloating that Garland threw Trump under the bus by saying it was up to Trump to approve the release and then he said release it! I’m sure this idiot will apologize for being an idiot. NOT!

Next the warrant allowed them to search for any documents created during the Trump presidency and also to seize any documents that were in boxes close to those boxes. This is the definition of a fishing expedition and not a proper search

Then after they were under fire for their bs, they leaked to the WAPO that they were looking for the nuclear codes, but as any moron knows the codes are automatically changed when a president leaves office and if I remember correctly they are routinely changed every few months as a matter of security. And so the story changed that some of the documents were nuclear related. I don’t know what that means other than an attempt to justify the fishing expedition. Dana Perino said that when SCI (sensitive compartmented information) material was discussed all documents were collected and no one retained a copy. And as an aside, I had the clearance that would have allowed me to see all they are talking about if I had a need to know, which I didn’t except in a few instances. So the chance that Trump took this type of material from the WH is just nonsense.

Now let’s look at the timeline. As I have said previously Trump was dealing with the Archives from at least last January and in June Trump let them search mar-a-lago and told them they could take any documents they wanted and they went through what they confiscated on Monday and they didn’t take anything but just asked him to put a second padlock on the room where they were stored and he did and treated them to lunch. So how did the same material suddenly require a raid? They even broke the padlock they wanted. The timing is critical. Magoo is circling the drain and Trump is soaring and so they had to divert attention from their failures.

The last thing I want to discuss is the fact that the FBI told the Trump people to turn off the security cameras there and it’s not clear if they said no or just didn’t do it. I talked about it last night but am still incredulous that this hasn’t been reported on. Hannity has said so but Salcedo and the Five haven’t acknowledged it so I looked it up and feel free to do so. It appears that not only didn’t they turn them off but Trump and family watched in real-time. And Trump and Eric have said that the video shows clearly illegal activity by the agents. Before concluding ask yourself who doesn’t want you to see what they are doing? Someone acting legitimately or someone who is up to no good like planting evidence?

I am not his lawyer but I would have him declare this weekend and then release a tantalizing piece of the video showing illegal activity by the FBI.

I am sick and tired of saying it but the nonsense that the DOJ are somehow independent. That’s total bullshit! The DOJ is an arm of the president. They are not independent and this lie needs to be called out for the fraud that it is. I could rant endlessly about instances proving the falsity of this going back to Bobby Kennedy being JDK’s attorney general. Just don’t fall for this bullshit!
