A lot has been written recently about McConnell kind of sitting out the midterm and backhandedly criticizing low quality candidates – candidates endorsed by Trump that pulverized candidates endorsed by Mitch. So it occurred to me that what’s really going on is that Mitch would rather lose the senate and keep his minority leader position and continue to grift off he and his wife’s Chinese connections than win back the senate and get kicked to the curb. With the people he’s opposing along with significant number already in the senate I don’t see anyway this ultimate swamp creature RINO becomes majority leader.

There was some speculation today that Magoo may have reclassified what Trump declassified. Now that leads to some interesting questions.. Did Magoo do that before the raid or after if he in fact did it ? If before then that blows away his I know nothing mantra and also raises the question of whether a sitting president could do that? I don’t know that that has ever come up but I would have grave reservations about his ability to do that. I don’t see how Magoo could just decide to classify documents in my house or decide that everyone’s tax returns and supporting data are classified and must be surrendered to the feds. It will be a very interesting case.

Now if he did it after the raid then it would eliminate the charge that Trump took classified documents and they were searching for them and eliminate the bogus reasons for the raid.

Even more importantly, it has now become apparent that the real reason is that Trump had declassified and wanted to be made public all the information about Crossfire Hurricane and the Hillary emails. Which raises the question of whether it’s ethical or even legal for the FBI to get a warrant to coverup their illegal activities?

Getting more curious all the time. I’m pretty sure that team Magoo stupidly got way out over their skis and just thought they could get away with it because they always do, but they continue to underestimate things with Trump in the equation.

Once again he disappoints. Tonight on his Fox show he repeated his total nonsense about a case involving audio tapes in slick Willy’s sock drawer and beat on his chest about how he’s the only one covering it. Maybe that’s because everybody else with any legal background knows it’s meaningless. I ranted about it earlier this week and to make matters worse I even truthed it to him from my TruthSocial account to his. So he clearly knows that his scoop is nonsense.

But it gives me a chance to expand on my earlier rant. Remember Bongino was so proud of pointing out the fact that the district court opinion wasn’t appealed that I thought he might need a Kleenex at the end.

Now here’s what you need to know about this. Not only does it mean it’s non precedential but it indicates what was really going on. A very liberal Obama appointed judge wrote a very favorable opinion for Clinton and the DOJ and archives were in on it. So why wasn’t there an appeal? Because it could only hurt the left. If the opinion was upheld , then future Republican Presidents would have the same right to have carte blanche to do whatever they want with their records.

On the other hand, if it was overturned, the Clintons would have had a legal problem. It looks to me like the fix was in and there was no way an appeal would happen.

I am very disappointed in Bongino. I understand his incompetence at the beginning but for him to continue the charade is ridiculous. Sorry Dan you lost a lot of credibility by putting your ego first.

I don’t know how many of you know that pictures from the Webb space telescope have effectively disproven the Big Bang theory and scientists are scrambling to come up with a new theory that could replace what was dogma for decades, and btw god isn’t the answer because genesis doesn’t come close to explaining what’s now been discovered So I’m curious as to what the next theory will be.

Now the reason for this rant is to point out once again that theories are just that. If you can’t produce an E=mc2 or F=ma then you are just guessing! That includes all of global warming bullshit and economics. Listen back in my youth it was accepted science that matter could not be created or destroyed in a reaction and was even used throughout my chemical engineering studies where we used mass balance to solve problems. Basically whatever weight went into a process that same amount had to come out. It couldn’t disappear and that still holds true except for the caveat that nuclear reactions can actually create or destroy mass and that caveat was around even when I was in high school. Likewise back in the day it was considered dogma that atoms were made up of protons, neutrons and electrons and that was it. That’s as small as it could go. And now there are quarks and other stuff I don’t even pretend to know about.

So what’s my point? There is no such thing as settled science. Unless you actually have a proven equation you’re just guessing and we should all be skeptical.

As you know I don’t take prisoners. I have called out Rush and Sean and Tucker and Jesse and Bongino in the past and today Dan blew it again. It’s what happens when you get out over your skis on a subject that you don’t understand.

Today he was beyond ecstatic about a case cited in an article by john Solomon which I had scanned a day or two ago. In the article Solomon talked about a case involving the Archives trying to get audio tapes from Bill Clinton’s sock drawer under the Presidential Records Act and basically held that the president has the sole and unreviewable discretion to determine what was personal records and what were official records. Great!

But here’s where Dan went off the rails due his apparent ignorance of the judicial process and binding precedent. He kept gloating that the case wasn’t appealed which he apparently thought made it good precedent and the exact opposite is true.

An opinion by a US District court judge is not binding precedent on anyone, even other judges in the same district. Had it been appealed to the DC CIRCUIT COURT and upheld then it would be binding precedent that must be followed throughout the circuit.

So what you have here is the non binding opinion of one judge which is basically meaningless in the greater scheme of things. Bongino, don’t act the fool when you don’t know or understand what you are talking about!

After watching the squad complaining about having to repay their student loans, I believe that there should be a law preventing congressmen and senators from voting on legislation that personally benefits them period! You shouldn’t be able to vote for me to pay your bills!

Okay some people are starting to notice what I commented on a few days ago. The feds apparently had video of people moving boxes in and out of the storage room after their last visit in June and some are saying that they got a subpoena to allow them to monitor the feed from the camera covering the storage unit. Now here’s where I’m confused again. Unless the subpoena was issued a few weeks before the raid it would mean that Trump was aware that they were monitoring that room and would never have moved anything under surveillance. Hell if it were me, I would have hired a truly gross person, pick your gender I don’t care, to get in front of the the cameras several times a day and moon the agents.

Manchin got played. After exposing himself as the whore that he is, he forgot the first rule of whoredom. You get paid up front and now it appears that his agreement with Schumer will not stand up. People on both sides of the aisle are not favorably disposed and to pass this new legislation will require 60 votes not the 50 used to ram through the inflating inflation bill. West Virginia wake up and boot this fraud in 2024.

And good riddance! Listen to begin with don’t believe her supposed Trump vendetta has anything to do with democracy. The Cheneyes and the Bushes and the McCains hate Trump because he called out their warmongering, globalist nonsense including the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. They hate him plain and simple and it’s one area that Perino always gets her hackles up because she’s a Bush supporter to the end no matter how stupid his positions were and the reason Gutfeld skipped over Bush tonight. Not because he’s a Bush supporter but he knows Dana would go apeshit.

Now here’s what I learned today about Liz’s real plans. She raised $14 million for her campaign and only spent either one or two million on it. She knew she was toast, and btw a lot came from the Bushes. Understand that because she was running for a federal position, she can roll it over to a potential presidential campaign. Keep your eye on the money! When she entered Congress 6 years ago she was worth $7 million and today she is worth $44 million. What a surprise!

Also after comparing herself to Lincoln she said she was going to set up a PAC whose sole purpose is to keep Trump from becoming president. She wasn’t sure what she would name it, since the Lincoln Project has already claimed the preferred name for her grift.

I saw a post today of armed IRS agents storming a suburban house in Quantico as practice. Why would the IRS need to practice storming your house? This is just practice to implement the police state. It’s total bs.
