You maybe wondering why Sussman is being tried in DC where the jury is overwhelmingly Dems and Hillary supporters. The prosecution has to bring the case where it occurred and that’s DC. The defendant can seek to have it removed to some where else because they claim they can’t get a fair trial where the case was filed. The prosecution doesn’t have that option!
