I watched Trump’s rally on Saturday and there is no one that can come close to him in rallying the actual base. We’re starting to see the cocaine Mitch faction trying to position to get back to the good old days of republicans talking a big conservative game and then just being RINO’s. They are just gracious losers who occasionally stumble on a win through no fault of their own.

I am concerned that they will somehow sabotage Trump and then even if they win we will lose. There are a couple who would finish the wall and a few who might get us back to energy independence but can you name one that would scare the shit out of Russia and China and North Korea and Iran like Trump. No one even close.

I do believe that DeSantis will be a great president but he doesn’t have the needed foreign relations gravitas needed in today’s world. He needs four years as Trump’s VP. Yes that’s a ticket that would cruise into office and guarantee 12 years straight of a Republican President.

Now none of the above is what actually led to this rant. No what inspired it is a consideration of how Trump should handle the 2020 fraud going forward. If you recall shortly after that election I predicted that within a few months the truth would come out about the stolen election. It’s taken longer than I expected because many courts used the moot card to hide behind and crooked elected and unelected government officials are destroying the records to cover their crimes. But if you have been following, the worm has turned. Courts in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania have declared way more votes than necessary for Trump to have won illegal and/or unconstitutional. I’m not going to go over all that has now demonstrated that Trump won.

So here’s my suggestion to Trump. First do less mean tweets but still punch back at idiots like Acosta but let the little bs go. I know you’re a street fighter who likes to mix it up and I identify with that but rise a little above that. As my dad used to say never get caught between the dog and the fire hydrant and as I say never get into a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent.

Now finally here’s my real point. Trump needs to come out and say listen we know the last election wasn’t conducted fairly but you know what Magoo’s in the White House and that’s just a fact. So let’s just stop worrying about the last election. It’s over and there is nothing that can ever be done to change that and let’s look forward to make sure that future elections are fair and free and to that end let us fight preemptively to make sure that laws and rules are not allowed to go into force. As we learned, after an election is over no court has the balls to overturn it so we must make sure that the laws are fair and followed. Magoo is president and we need to make sure that idiot doesn’t hold the position one day longer than his first and only term.

Normally as you know I prefer to wait before jumping in on issues before the facts are out. However given the reality of the past year and the need on the left to take the spotlight off Magoo and maybe to help get a black female on the Supreme Court, and because so far there is no evidence of anything other than the supposed threats, I’m going to guess that this is another hoax. Probably by a black person which has been the case in all the supposed attacks on black churches.

I am watching the AFC Championship game in Kansas City and am amazed that tens of thousands of people are in the stands and I haven’t seen a mask yet but in New York you can’t go to a restaurant without a mask and a vax card. Just wondering about the‘science’.

There has been a lot of dialogue today about Biden saying he will nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court. Alan Dershowitz proclaimed that it is wrong to pick a justice based on identity. Now I agree but don’t think that it is illegal. Biden can pick whoever he wants. It’s his prerogative. His problem is just that he had to brag about it in the campaign, but he wanted to play to his supposed base. Now he has to deliver.

I was listening to Travis and Sexton today and they were all incensed about it and claiming it’s wrong or maybe illegal because you can’t do it if you’re running a business. And much of their concern was because whoever he picks will be viewed by a majority of the country as in the job because of race and gender.

Now here’s my problem with their take. First, look at Biden’s cabinet. Can you look at these morons and come to any conclusion other than that they check identity politics boxes? They are a totally unimpressive bunch of idiots who have totally failed at everything!

Second, and maybe unfortunately because the left has made identity more important than merit, the majority of the country will still think she’s not there because of merit. There are deserving black female jurists who do a good job but will always be suspect.

One more thing. Manchin and cocaine Mitch have announced that they will not rubber stamp a radical leftist nominee. So Biden is caught between placating the squad and not being able to get a nominee confirmed. Also there is a legal question as to whether Kamala could cast a tie breaking vote. The constitution gives her that right with respect to legislation but it’s not clear that that applies to the advice and consent function of the senate.

Am watching Jesse and not to disagree with Hannity but from my martial arts training, if you are attacked go for the knee. I guarantee you that if you take out the knee you win. Just a fact. No matter how big an opponent is if you crush his knee you win. Kick it or preferably if you have anything resembling a weapon like a golf club use it to smash a knee. I guarantee you that he will go down.

I just searched Kamala Harris law review articles and none came up. I have several am am not in potential running for the Supreme Court. And I don’t even remotely think I should be back many years ago at my prime. I am not a constitutional scholar and that is who should be on the court

And by the way I don’t know if Biden can nominate someone before Breyer actually retires. And that would be in the late summer and not leave enough time for a failure nomination. Kamala is not going to be confirmed.
