First off the coverage on Fox News was shitty. For the first hour and a half of the defense closing argument they showed the defense attorney and Kyle Rittenhouse and not the exhibits that were being put up, and I switched to CNN and and they were showing only the defense attorney but not the exhibits which was really annoying. Apparently someone gave Fox News a heads up and they finally showed the exhibits being put up which was great because the end part of the defense closing laid out what happened slowly and clearly by video.

Now I must say that the prosecution closing was cringeworthy. It was pure fabrication and lies trying to save a case that should never have been brought.

Now I want to point out one thing I learned today that I didn’t know before and that’s not a difficult standard to meet because I didn’t watch much of the testimony because I rarely watch trials because generally I cringe at what the attorneys are trying to do. Most of it is stupid and irrelevant. So I was surprised to see that apparently somehow FBI 302’s were allowed in this case. Now you know that I have ranted about this bs before, and if you don’t recall just put it in the search option to refresh your recollection, I love throwing around legal jargon, but FBI 302’s are pure hearsay and I don’t know how it got let in. Again I didn’t watch day to day but apparently these 302’s got in somehow through an exception to the hearsay rule that I am unaware of but there are many and maybe some new ones I am not aware of.

What am I talking about ? Apparently the prosecution confused Kyle who said he was running towards the police saying I shot someone and then the prosecution showed him the 302 that said he said I didn’t shoot anyone. Obviously the defense screwed up.

Now my take is that the prosecution knows it lost and were ineffective in closing and the defense was on its game in closing. And now the prosecution has chosen to put humpy dumpty up to try on rebuttal to pretend that reality isn’t reality. Binger didn’t even have the balls to go down with the ship.
