One of you asked me that question and my answer is two pronged. First the Republicans need to have learned from the last election and have their attorneys challenge every change to an election law by anyone other than the state legislatures. Governors, Secretaries of State, election officials and judges have no right under the constitution to unilaterally change voting laws. But you must challenge immediately to stop them from being used in the election. As we learned last time, judges are pussies who hide behind calling everything after the election as moot.
The second prong, and I’m sorry I didn’t think of it first but I either heard it or read it yesterday, is for the state legislatures that pass voting reform to include in that law or now a supplemental bill, that anyone who violates the law by not enforcing it or unilaterally changing it is guilty of a crime and subject to imprisonment. This would make these assholes think twice since they would now have skin in the game and couldn’t just ignore the law and judicial decisions as happened frequently last time.
BTW another thing that I have seen suggested is that vote counting be done under Vegas style ceiling cameras which can be viewed by even the public. It would stop fraud in its tracks.
