Last night I talked about DOL not being able to just make up a new mandate without going through time consuming rulemaking. It turns out that Biden plans to use an emergency provision inappropriately. He’s been exposed today for trying to use a work around to avoid the constitution. The emergency provision was intended to be used if it was suddenly discovered that some chemical being used was in fact provably dangerous and a threat to the lives of people. The supposed pandemic, which is now actually an endemic, is not that. We have been dealing with it for almost two years and it hasn’t suddenly become more dangerous. Actually if you read my rants you would know that the delta variant is more infectious but less lethal and so there is no emergency. In fact, if the left wasn’t trying to expand their power, there would be no “emergency “.
