My question is while I appreciate that many of hundreds or thousands of Americans are stranded in Afghanistan, why were these idiots there in the first place. Are any of you reading this even contemplating ever living in Afghanistan?

I wouldn’t even go to New York or Chicago or San Francisco, cities I love and have thoroughly enjoyed much less Kabul
