He just said something that was totally wrong. He said that DOJ planned to arrest Chauvin on federal charges if the jury acquitted him. And then he said that would violate double jeopardy. First, the story appears to be true and I’ve recently seen that the feds plan to charge him with federal civil rights violations.

Most importantly, Tucker was wrong on the double jeopardy. It is not a violation for separate jurisdictions to try someone on the same basic charge. Usually one or the other jurisdiction steps aside to let the other proceed, but they don’t have to. The feds can charge you with a violation of federal law and the state can charge you with a violation of state law.

I was going to write an extensive piece on dementia Joe’s embarrassing, vacuous, stupid mumbling of prevarications and socialist dogma under the supposed rubric of saving our democracy, but I’m too lazy and it would be much longer than most of you would like to see. So as is my usual habit I am only going to comment on things that I have maybe a different perspective on.

First, as the title suggests, Senator Scott in a brief, coherent and intelligent presentation totally gutted Biden and the left. Nobody who watched him dozed off. He was in command and effortlessly delivered the coup de grace.

Now to correct what I told one of you last night. I would not support him in a primary for president in 2024. If he was the nominee, I would unquestionably vote for him. But I would much rather see him in the VP slot or waiting until 2028. Listen, Trump was unique in that he had decades of worldwide experience before he became president and so was ready to handle our foreign policy from day one, even though he screwed up some cabinet appointments initially. My view is that Scott doesn’t have that experience and in these times it is important to get it. As a VP or get on foreign relations committees and national security committees. Now I didn’t look it up but don’t believe that he is doing that now and he needs to. I would love to see him become president and believe that he would be great but he needs more experience first. As we are about to find out, with Kamala Harris who has no foreign relations experience and is stupid to boot, there is no substitute for experience even for someone as intelligent as Scott. It’s apparent that that’s why Biden is having her contact foreign leaders that he should be doing. It won’t help because she will still be dumb and just a puppet for whoever is pulling Biden’s strings now.

Now to get back to last night, there are so many stupid lies that Biden spouted that it would take forever to talk about them, so I will pick out a few. The first thing is his refusal to credit Trump and Operation Warp Speed for the vaccines and claimed he had some unprecedented logistics triumph but remember that Trump set up the top logistical military personnel to disseminate the vaccines and he had over a million shots a day being administered before Biden took office. Hey Biden’s been best known as a plagiarist throughout his career so why should he stop now! BTW some dumb woman on CNN I believe said that we all know that Operation Warp Speed took place under Biden. She was forced to walk in back.

Next Biden took credit for 1.6 million jobs created in his first 100 days. Please tell me one thing he did to create a job. I can tell you several he took to destroy jobs in pipelines and oil and gas fields. He’s just surfing on Trump‘a coattails and claiming credit for things he had nothing to do with.

Biden put Harris in charge of broadband internet last night. I guess because she has done such a bang up job on the boarder. Folks if you live in rural America, you might as well get prepared to go back to tin cans and a string.

The last thing I want to discuss is the subject of education and here I would even fault Scott although he did mention charter schools but said that education was like magic. My problem is that Biden wants to indoctrinate our kids for 17 years under the guise that we need to stay ahead of other countries. Great thought, but filling kids minds with critical race theory and ethnomathematics and socialist politics and green nonsense will accomplish nothing but the further dumbing down of this country. Do you really believe that the Chinese and Russians or even third world countries in Africa and elsewhere are teaching this shit to their kids? No there’s a reason that Asian American kids excel. Their parents don’t believe in participation trophies.

Am watching and I am floored by the fact that while he was talking about the nonsense of wearing masks and the tyranny of the left, he didn’t point out what NIH, Fauci’s boss, put out a week or more ago and I put up on this site saying that masks not only don’t work but that they are harmful. Go back and read it again if you forgot. So why didn’t Tucker point out the fact of the NIH conclusions? I don’t know but it would be much more effective if he put up the science instead of what he deems common sense. I don’t disagree that anyone with half a brain would conclude that wearing masks outside is stupid but I think pointing out that NIH has said so is more effective.

Just in case you don’t believe my take on the mental acuity of LeBron James, which is minimal, I want to remind you of Dexter Manley who played for the Washington Redskins back when I lived there. He was a great defensive end and truly a likable person. However, he graduated from Oklahoma State University without being able to read or write. You figure out how much you should believe in what ignorant athletes say.

I was truly amazed that the left totally exposed itself over the shooting of an armed black female attacking another unarmed black female with a knife. They didn’t even pretend to be concerned with the facts. They just wanted to vilify another white cop who in this case saved a black girl from certain death.

They have totally failed open with their total lack of concern for the unarmed black teen who was about to be stabbed by a much larger, heavier armed black teenager. This put them in the place to have to reveal what really mattered to them and they did. They don’t care about black lives as long as they can spread some bs about white cops.

The left stream media has gone off the rails trying to sell the narrative that teenage knife fights are part and parcel of growing up and the police should just let them kill each other. First, this is not typical of high school and if it is in your neighborhood than you have a serious problem caused by poor parenting or the complete lack there of. And a total failure of our public school system, which goes without saying due to the socialist teacher union takeover of schools.

Second in spite of idiots like Juan Williams trying to pretend this was a knife fight, as Jesse Watters pointed out yesterday, this wasn’t a knife fight. Only one person was armed and she was about to kill the other person who was unarmed.

Now I want to discuss my perspective of what really happened. Unlike Juan and special needs Joy Behar, I am truly amazed that the officer was able to stop the killing of the black girl! Enough of the bullshit about firing a warning shot or shooting her in the ass or leg, I can’t believe that the officer was able to stop what was going to be a murder. Thank god he was was a former military sharpshooter. But even given that, I still can’t believe he did it. From my perspective, the assassin was less than a second away from stabbing her target and I don’t know how he stopped it. I would have thought that the assassin’s weight would have caused her to have at least have stabbed her victim.

Lastly I want to call out the nonsense from some on the left that the officer came out of his car with guns a blazing. Watch the video. He got out of the car with his pistol holstered but his hand on it which I am sure was standard procedure. He tried to assess the situation when the assassin attacked one person who then was kicked by a black male and then she went after the other victim and he yelled for her to cease and she persisted and left him with no choice. BLM and the rest of the left has no real concern for black lives. This was black on black crime and they were perfectly happy with it until a white cop stopped it.

I would comment on LeBron James but he’s even more special needs than Behar and shills for China and their slavery and genocide because it gives more money for his sneakers. People this guy didn’t even legitimately graduate from high school. He should heed Laura Ingram’s advice and shut up and dribble. He’s dumb as a stump. What makes anyone with half a brain think that a person with minimal IQ is someone who should shape policy.

Some have wondered why the crazies didn’t riot last night and I fully expected that they would because that’s what they do. However it appears that someone had a rational thought and decided to hold off.

Now here’s my take on why they didn’t riot. Yesterday they got all they possibly could from the jury that they convinced that they better do what they wanted or they would burn the city down. It occurred to someone with a few brain cells that if they did it anyway then their terrorist tactics at the next trial would potentially be less effective when people realize that it’s going to happen irrespective of the decision of the jury. So they held back. Apparently even crazies can have a rational thought on occasion.

Well that didn’t take long. AG Garland has reinstated the Obama – Holder policy of instituting bogus investigations to lead to consent agreements to unilaterally force local police forces to kowtow to whatever the president and DOJ want to require. Remember that Holder started this nonsense after he was forced to admit that the Michael Brown hands up don’t shoot nonsense was just that. So not willing to give up, he started an investigation into the Ferguson police force ultimately forcing them to capitulate to a consent decree that destroyed their ability to do their job.

In case you don’t know what I’m talking about, Garland announced today that DOJ is initiating an investigation into whether or not the Minneapolis police department is racist. What a surprise. You think they could come up with something new rather than the same old playbook.

I just saw that the Minneapolis Star Tribune didn’t actually name the jurors but put out enough the rest of the information to make sure that they would be outed.

In case you haven’t heard, Mad Maxine demanded armed police escort in Minneapolis to go to speak at an anti-police rally! Just saying.

Unsurprisingly Chauvin was found guilty on all three charges. I have said from the beginning that Chauvin didn’t stand a chance because of the mob violence atmosphere. This was irrespective of whether or not he was guilty. And I have also said that I am not a fan of Chauvin. I didn’t like his attitude and I thought there was no reason to kneel on his neck for that long. But again, there was plenty of evidence to allow a reasonable juror to conclude that Floyd died from his own medical infirmities and a fatal overdose of fentanyl.

Now here’s why I think that Chauvin will win a new trial on appeal. First, as I have said previously, the judge should have granted the defense motion for a change of venue. There was no way Chauvin could get a fair trial in Minneapolis. I have come to believe that the judge has a little Fauci in him and didn’t want to give up being a national tv star for weeks.

Next, the city of Minneapolis settled a wrongful death suit and payed Floyd’s family $27 million just before the start of the trial. That should have been enough for the judge to reconsider his denial of a change in venue.

Furthermore, the judge did not sequester the jury as requested by the defense and thus allowed them to be influenced by the rioting and by statements by politicians like the hopelessly incompetent Maxine Watters. Apparently after the judge basically said he should grant a mistrial because of her remarks he turned tail and said that on appeal a new trial may well be granted because of her remarks. This is called being a pussy or a Roberts. He didn’t want to take the responsibility and do his job. (BTW Mad Maxine had to have it explained to her that the judge said she may have given Chauvin grounds for a new trial.)

The last thing I want to mention is something that I hadn’t heard before today, but apparently one local paper doxed all the jurors printing their names, addresses, biographies and place of work and churches. Can anyone blame them for self preservation?
