All right yesterday I indicated that there are three possible remedies that the Supremes could impose if they actually hear the case and indicated that I thought if they do anything it would be option three — to throw out the unconstitutional elections in those states and send it back to the state legislatures to determine which slate of electors they will send forth.

Today upon further investigation, it turns out that Texas only asked for the third option. They are not asking for the Court to determine the election but just to have the bodies in which the constitution vests the power determine the electors. Hopefully they will do that.

The question arises of what the remedy would be if the Supremes agree with Texas. There are several options. They could require the states being sued to conduct a new election. I think this is an option that they will never choose because it would result in the election not being determined until after the transition on January 20.

They could also determine that the electoral votes of those states are invalid and can’t be counted which would mean the election would be sent to House of Representatives because neither candidate got the required 270 votes and that would result in Trump winning because each state gets one vote and the republicans have the majority of representatives in the majority of states. I don’t believe that they will do that either because it would in effect mean that were choosing the president.

So what is the other option? They could throw it back to the constitutionally empowered state legislators to determine which slate of electors should be certified. Keep in mind that the Republicans control both houses in each of states at issue. The question then becomes how will they vote. Much has been made about the spineless refusal of these state legislatures to do their duty and refuse certify the fraud in their states. However I believe that when forced to stand up and be counted, they will remember who elected them and if they want to keep their seats they will vote republican or face the wrath of the voters If they vote for their constituency, and their political life, Trump wins.

I was apparently wrong on the Pennsylvania case yesterday because it appears that there is no pending case in the Supreme Court from Pennsylvania. I was originally surprised since Justice Alito had been so active in trying to prevent Pennsylvania from commingling votes in compliance with state law and those that were counted under new rules that were created by the Pennsylvania S.C.

Now I have a theory as to why this happened. The important development was the filing by Texas directly in the Supreme Court. This gave the Supremes a clean case to address the constitutional issue without having to get into the weeds of who saw what or whether the Dominion voting machines were programmed in Biden’s favor. The issue is only whether or not the four states at issue made changes to their voting laws by people not allowed under the constitution to change them. This gives them a chance to directly decide whether the US Constitution governors presidential elections or the whim and caprice of state officials.

Hopefully I’m right!

PS. I heard an excellent description today on Howie Carr that was from one of his guests tweets. It’s like an umpire rewriting the rules in the middle of the game when he had no authority write the original rules.

Alright, I’m sure you heard today that the Supremes denied a challenge by a Pennsylvania legislator that wanted the Supremes to enjoin the state of Pennsylvania from certifying the results because he claimed that a legislative change to the voting laws allowing mail in voting violated the Pennsylvania constitution. Legal ‘experts’ disagree on that point but the left treated it like it was the be all and end all decision.

Now I might be wrong but I don’t think it had anything to do with the case Justice Alito had required Pennsylvania to respond to today that concerns the Pennsylvania SC decision that votes could be received after the election and still be counted contrary to state law and also ballots without a postmark or an illegible postmark had to be counted and I think also that signature verification was not required. I believe that case which was also the much stronger case is still alive and well. The Supremes decision today was unanimous and I don’t see anyway that Alito would have voted that way, and btw this is the case that Ted Cruz has offered to argue and he is one of the most successful attorneys ever in Supreme Court appearances.

The other thing that happened today, which is a very good sign, is that the Supremes have accepted the Texas case and set up a briefing schedule. This means that a majority of the court think that the case is not frivolous!

Also, an update. Remember when I said I hadn’t heard of Sydney Powell or Lin Wood filing a case seeking an injunction to prevent the same fraud from being perpetrated in the senate runoffs. Today the RNC filed such a suit and so I have to believe I was right and Powell and Wood need to shut up about not voting in the Georgia runoffs.

I’m sure that most of you know that the state of Texas filled a suit at the Supreme Court against Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin alleging that they unconstitutionally changed voting laws and should be thrown out.

First, the Supreme Court is normally an appellate court and only deals with cases that have been litigated in lower courts. However, again I am sure you heard today, the Court has what’s called original jurisdiction in a few specific areas — one of those is in which one state is suing one or more other states.

The one point I wanted to make is that all the talk today is about the strength of Texas claims that the votes in those states were unconstitutional. And I agree that those states conducted illegal elections and Texas should win. The point I wanted to discuss is that that alone is not enough for the Court to take the case. Texas has to show that it or its citizens were adversely affected by the actions of the other states. For instance, Texas can’t sue North Carolina because they think our crazy governor imposed unconstitutional whu flu restrictions in the state.

Texas is rightfully alleging that by their unconstitutional actions they have effectively disenfranchised the citizens of Texas because this is a national election and only legitimate voting should be allowed or the votes of Texans are diminished.

Yesterday I heard several sources say that the Dominion voting machine was tested in Ware County, Georgia. Apparently, an equal number of votes for Trump and Biden were put through and the machine reported a 26% lead for Biden. They were so amazed that they repeated it and once again Biden had a 26% lead.

Essentially for discussion purposes, let’s say 100 votes were scanned for both parties and when the tally came out Trump got 87 votes and Biden got 113. This proves that an algorithm was used to flip votes for Biden. However it hasn’t showed up on any conservative sites I read.

So I wondered if there was some evidence that the test didn’t actually occur, and went to the internet to see what’s happening. I’ll attach an article below but it appears that the test really did happen and proved that the machines flipped votes to Biden. This would clearly indicate that the entire election was compromised, so why isn’t this being reported as the leading story? I don’t know.

I am watching and I am still amazed that businesses that are being shut down by decrees from apparent royalty have not awakened to the taking clause of the Fifth Amendment. In every case I have seen when a business has asserted it suddenly the rules are changed

Ok last night I talked about the video and how the left would ignore or try to discredit it, and I was right most of the left have ignored it and the Georgia government officials have said nothing to see here. In fact the Fulton County election board voted again today to recertify the result by a 3-2 vote. I’m sure you don’t have to guess the political make up.

All the state officials said there was nothing improper shown in the video and one guy said that they weren’t suitcases but the normal way ballots are transported around. Interestingly I didn’t see any of these supposedly normal suitcases at any point in the video except the ones pulled out from under the table after everyone who might object was removed from the room. I have seen boxes of votes. I have never seen wheeled suitcases of votes

The same idiot said there was nothing wrong because all the votes were in the room. Ignore the fact that contrary to state law votes were pulled out and counted without the mandatory observation by poll watchers from both parties.

The other thing that no one mentioned is that the woman who presented the video yesterday testified that the same braided blonde who chased everyone out of the room brought that table into the room at 8:30 that morning. She has the video. So why would you bring in 24,000 votes at 8:30 and hide them until you could clear the room at 10:30 pm? Obviously because they weren’t legitimate votes!

As an aside, Rush unfortunately returned to his show today and it was embarrassing. I guess he couldn’t stand not to hear himself talking and even admitted it. However he clearly didn’t know what he was talking about for a good portion of his show. He didn’t even know about the protests at the bar in Staten Island yesterday which was a major story on the news last night. He didn’t know what I put up above. He is losing a few steps!

First it occurred to me today why Tucker Carlson downplayed the suitcase video last night. If you remember a week or so ago, I wrote about Tucker’s ego leading him to demand that Sydney Powell produce her evidence to him and on his show. She ignored him and he basically implied that she didn’t have any real evidence or she would produce it. Now that a smoking gun has emerged, his petulant narcissism has been exposed and he downplayed it as much as possible and basically poo pooed it at the very end of his show. (I’ll have more on the video in a second rant.)

The second issue that I want to address is the call from Sydney Powell and Lin Wood to not vote in senate runoff election because the system is rigged. I had great respect for both of them until this nonsense. It is about as stupid a thing as I have heard in quite a while which is amazing since every time Biden opens his mouth it gets stupider.

People if you read this and are actually eligible to vote in Georgia then please do it. The stakes are too high to sit this one out. And if Powell and Wood want to prevent another fraud then why haven’t they filed a lawsuit to prevent the illegal and unconstitutional changes made to Georgia election laws by people not entitled to change them. They are making these allegations in their lawsuits against the last election, so why are they not seeking an injunction to prevent these same illegal policies from being used in the senate runoff? I have seen or heard nothing indicating that they have done so. If they have, then I apologize but if they haven’t they need to shut up about boycotting the senate runoff!

I checked to see if I was right that the left would fall to cover the video showing illegal suitcases full of votes being wheeled out and counted after chasing out all Republican poll watchers and the press. I was right. I went to cnn and msnbc and as expected there was no coverage at all. But more importantly, I checked Fox and newsmax and breitbart and as of 9 o’clock there was no mention of this obvious illegal fraud even though it was covered by Howie Carr and Chris Salcedo on their shows including a slow motion playing of the video on the Salcedo show. And even more outrageous, Tucker put it on as the last point on his show and claimed it had not yet been verified but they were trying to verify it. Really! Don’t believe your lying eyes? This is outrageous and I’m really disappointed in all of them. Clear evidence of voter fraud should be the leading story in any legitimate news organization.

Fortunately, Hannity led with the story.
