I don’t know if you heard it but one actual doctor who is familiar with the actual science of masks said that wearing a mask to prevent whu flu is like putting up a chain link fence to keep out mosquitoes.

Yesterday the Trump legal team held a press conference to make an opening statement in laying out their case for fraud in the election and did a decent job. Soon thereafter a Fox News talking head said they provided no proof and she claimed it has all already been disproven despite their being no such thing.

Then Dana Perino suggested on her show that Dominion should consider suing Rudy for slander but Rush said today that she said that without knowledge that today Dominion executives who had agreed to testify before a legislative committee in Pennsylvania suddenly lawyered up and didn’t show up and have now left the jurisdiction. Rush is really a step or two slow. I heard and I don’t know whether or not it was Sydney Powell last weekend or maybe Mark Steyn on Monday but after Sydney exposed Dominion over the weekend, Dominion abandoned its headquarters in Toronto in space it shared with the Soros group and disappeared. That alone should tell you all you need to know They also closed their office in Denver and the majority of their employees have erased their LinkedIn and their social media presence and disappeared.

Then Tucker got in the act and called out Sydney for not coming on his program and providing the actual evidence to prove her allegations. Apparently Tucker’s ratings have gone to his head. He is not the judge or jury and has zero right to be given any evidence, his ego to the contrary notwithstanding. Apparently he doesn’t understand litigation and the reality that exists. As was demonstrated in Michigan when the Republicans refused to certify the votes from Detroit, they were threatened along with their families and doxed and harassed. Any competent attorney would never release their evidence and the names of witnesses until absolutely necessary in court.

One last thing. I saw an article today in which it said that there should never have been any algorithm used in the voting machines because this isn’t algebra but simple addition. Each vote gets counted and added to all the other votes and tabulated. There is absolutely no legitimate reason to use an algorithm. Proof that an algorithm was used was stated in the article because screen captures of NY Times reporting data on election night showed tallies that had numbers to the right of the decimal point. There is no such thing as a non whole number vote. There are no partial votes!

BTW the Secretary of State in Michigan said they can’t change their votes but didn’t they allow them to change their votes and certify Biden?

What happens if Biden is inaugurated and then it’s proven he didn’t win? This is a real possibility. The obvious answer is that Biden would remain president but would be so in name only and entitled to no deference or respect

Ok today the Trump legal team gave its opening statement in their case for voter fraud and actually I learned nothing new but maybe you and the msm learned something. First Giuliani laid out the case for the normal voter fraud, on steroids, with unverified votes being counted without the legally required observation of monitors from both sides. Voter signatures were not verified and in Michigan which requires proof of identity, poll people were told that they could not require anyone voting to produce voter id. Additionally in many cases more people supposedly voted than were registered. (As an aside, does anyone seriously believe that Basement Biden got ten million more votes than Obama?)

in addition there is credible evidence that tens of thousands of ballots came in through the back door in the dark of night and were counted without any bipartisan review. This is all unconstitutional, and apparently there are 450,000 votes that were so hastily cobbled together that they only contained votes for Biden and no votes down ballots. Really? Who votes in a presidential election and only votes for president and not the senate and the congress? Nobody!

Now for the truly mind boggling news, which if you have been following closely you would already know as I did, Sydney Powell laid out the facts of the computer fraud perpetrated in this election. Dominion Voting along with Smartmatic rigged the election using software developed in Venezuela by Chavez cronies with the expressed purpose of rigging elections. The Smartmatic software was banned from the US ten years ago but got in as a subcontractor to Dominion. And in addition our votes were transmitted to Germany and Spain to be counted and then forwarded back here. In what alternate universe would our votes be counted in foreign countries using a software that was designed to cheat?

As Powell laid out the software was freely accessible to change votes by flipping votes for Trump to Biden or deleting Trump votes or adding Biden votes. Importantly the software could be programmed via an algorithm to count every Biden vote as 1.25 votes and every Trump vote as .75 votes and she said that’s exactly the algorithm that was used. The problem was that the actual Trump votes were much greater than expected and thus the algorithm wouldn’t cheat enough to win so they called a halt to the counting to allow time to bring in a sufficient amount of fraudulent votes to change the outcome. And Sydney has the sworn affidavits to prove it.

Clearly this was a fraudulent election and no matter what happens, we need to repair our voting systems to make sure that the votes are hand counted and not available for computer fraud. Otherwise the Dems will control all future elections.

One final point. Trump has already gained about 12,000 votes in Georgia with their bogus half assed audit. My question is assuming those votes were also for Perdue and would put him over the 50% mark to avoid a runoff why aren’t we hearing about that? Are they only looking at the presidential race and if so why?

Similarly in Clark County Nevada, Vegas baby, in one race they said it had to be redone or recounted. It was I believe 137,000 votes but only applied to one race and didn’t affect anyone else on the ballot like say Trump. How is that possible? If there was a glitch it affected every ballot and every race on that ballot!

Yesterday Rudy Giuliani argued a case for Trump before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and lost and I’ll get to the reason for the outcome in a moment, but first I want to talk about an article I saw today saying that Rudy didn’t do a great job. I don’t know because I didn’t hear the argument or review a transcript and so can’t opine on whether or not he did a great job but I can believe that. Rudy has never struck me as an effective orator. He just comes across as someone who is not all that persuasive. I think that Sydney Powell should have argued the case. She is much more effective.

Now having said that, let me explain why it didn’t matter. Rudy was arguing before the same partisan court — 5 Dems and 2 Republicans who unconstitutionally changed Pennsylvania voter laws by the same 5-2 margin allowing late votes and not requiring signatures to match or meaningful participation by Republican vote watchers — thus their was absolutely no way that the same partisan justices would ever overturn themselves. Rudy has said earlier that the goal was to get the case to the Supreme Court and now it will be going there.

Before I get to the substance of this rant, let me tell you about the response to my last rant. I received 8 replies. This is extremely unusual. I normally get a response every week or so that is clearly spam pushing how they can help my site or pushing their ability to provide various research to help me. Now most of the replies appeared to be of a similar nature but a couple may have been legitimate. I sent them all to the trash. Anyway, one of them was in Cyrillic and so maybe someone in Greece or Russia read it. Maybe more people than I think are reading my bullshit.

Now for the purpose of this rant. As you know I have been talking about the leftward leaning of Fox for months and they have been openly saying so recently since the election. I have continued to refer to the Fox News app because they have at least reported things that the other media have refused to cover but this weekend I noticed that now although they report it but they immediately say that whatever Trump and his team are doing is a false narrative with no evidence or support. If you’ve actually paid attention to what Sydney Powell and others have put out, there is a a plethora of evidence of voter fraud.

The company that has the voting systems that flipped Trump votes to Biden in Michigan and is used by most of the counties in Michigan and many other states including Georgia and Arizona and Wisconsin turns out to a company that has Pelosi’s Chief of staff on its board and Diana Feinstein’s husband as a significant stockholder. The servers used must be forensically examined and all votes hand counted. This is potentially a much bigger voter fraud scandal than all the other fraud issues put together. We need to get back to a system where software can’t change votes.

There was a very informative article in Power Line today that lays out what the allegations are. For those of you who may not know, when the attorneys signed the complaint, they are certifying that the allegations are true and accurate to the best of their knowledge and in fact have investigated them. So these aren’t made up bs.

I have heard that in Georgia people can move into the state and claim to be residents and register to vote up until December 7. The Georgia legislature needs to pass a law that limits voting in the senate runoffs to people who voted in the general election, otherwise a bunch of carpetbaggers will infiltrate the state to try to overturn the will of the real residents of Georgia and give make the senate a 50 to 50 split with potentially Kamala determining the senate votes
