They know that their polls are bs and they know that Harris got exposed and so now Nutty Nancy plans to hold some grandstanding hearing or caucus tomorrow to try to remove Trump under the 25th Amendment because his whu flu treatment has put him in an altered state. Probably the best line today came from Mark Steyn who said if you want to talk about altered states, Pelosi hasn’t seen her real face since 1993.

Now this is all meaningless posturing. They can’t do it and it’s just a last ditch effort to throw mud at the wall and hope it sticks. They wouldn’t be doing any of this nonsense if they thought they had it in the bag.

But here’s a point to remember that you may not know but remember when Nutty Nancy floated the idea of impeaching the President again as a way of slowing down the affirmation of ACB? Well it’s been reported that a sizable portion of her caucus told her she would be removed as Speaker if she tried. They knew such an asinine move may well cost them their seats and control of the House.

So what we’re seeing is Nancy’s bogus attempt at impeachment lite. She’s truly a basket case.

Anyone reading my nonsense has to know that Pence won decisively. Harris lied blatantly over and over again. But here’s the real question, can any of you tell me what the hell the Harris – Biden ticket stands for? The only two things I know for sure is things they plagiarized from Trump — his Covid response and his buy America plan. Every thing else is platitudes and pablum. She didn’t answer a single question. It was so embarrassing that even the left media made excuses for her. And as I have said before, she’s not bright or an accomplished litigator. She’s a narcissistic bully who crumbles when put to the test. And much like Hillary, she’s not likable. She constantly scowls and rolls her eyes and stupidly laughs and feigns offense when she is caught in bald face lies. She was a disaster!

BTW, I would have loved for Pence to have reminded everyone after her crocodile tears about 20 million people losing their Obamacare insurance that she said she would take away the health insurance of 180 million Americans.

During the debate, I was confused when Harris claimed that Lincoln didn’t fill a Supreme Court vacancy during an election year because it wouldn’t be the right thing to do. My confusion was because I don’t know how many times I’ve heard that 29 times a Supreme Court vacancy has occurred in an election year and every time the president nominated someone. Today it was confirmed that Harris just made up a bald faced lie. And she told it so brazenly. It is amazing how she and Biden just make up shit and never get called out by the msm.

Watching Tucker and the point that jumped out at me is that if you look at the right side of the screen which is showing the pre debate view of the forum in Utah, there is no social distancing. So if it’s okay to mingle without social distancing then why can’t churches and synagogues and theaters and stadiums open to full capacity as long as people wear masks?

This tactic, where the government would encourage a leftist group to challenge a proposed rule and then cave in a settlement giving the leftist things that could never have gotten through rule making, was perfected under Obama and Holder and was the mainstay of the Obama EPA. The EPA would propose a semi reasonable rule and then surreptitiously invite the Sierra Club or some similar group to file a lawsuit and then low and behold the EPA would enter into a binding settlement giving away the store and putting in place a rule that could never have gotten through proper rule making.

The reason I bring this up is because in our state the Board of Elections tried a similar tactic. The board is three to two Dems. The three Dems agreed to a settlement with a DNC group that would have allowed a complete rewrite of duly passed state election laws. The two Republicans resigned but fortunately the court did not accept the settlement and raised serious questions about how this non elected board could rewrite state law. Bravo.

This entire fraud of using bogus and disingenuous and fraudulent settlement agreements to accomplish what couldn’t be accomplished legally must be stopped and the best way to do it is to re-elect Trump and appoint more originalist judges.

Yesterday the Supreme Court put a stay on a decision by an Obama appointed federal judge in South Carolina that would have rewritten state election law. Since 1953, South Carolina has required that absentee ballots contain the signature and address of a witness to the signature of the voter. DNC operatives sued claiming that due to whu flu that the provision violated people’s right to vote. The Obama judge agreed in a rambling incoherent 60+ page opinion that would have made the notorious RBG proud. Her ultimate conclusion was, as all these opinions are, based on the due process clause of the 14th Amendment. This is what the left always uses to invent rights that don’t exist in the constitution.

Fortunately the supremes agreed and stayed the decision until after a decision in the Circuit Court of Appeals and even until after any such decision was ultimately decided by the supremes. Effectively, this means that South Carolina election law will stand. More importantly, it sent a clear signal to all the other Obama judges that any attempt to use the whu flu to override duly enacted state laws will face great scrutiny.

So far the Republicans have been more successful in the battle to prevent the Dems from pushing measures to undermine voter and ballot integrity and this decision should encourage them to appeal any losses to the supremes.

Just for shits and giggles I decided to float my own conspiracy theory after one of you noted that it seemed odd that only Republicans are getting infected and I said I noticed the same thing but didn’t like to float conspiracy theories but then thought why not have some fun.

Hey if Joy Reid and fat ass Michael Moore can claim that Trump doesn’t really have it he’s just going for the sympathy vote, then I can make shit up too. And btw there is no sane person who would think Trump is going for the sympathy vote. It’s the last thing he would do.

So let’s have a little fun. The outbreak has supposedly been connected to two events — ACB’s nomination at the White House and debate preparations in Cleveland. One event had only Republicans but the other had both parties. So why no Dems?

Now let’s go a little farther out there. The Chinese have mocked Trump for getting the virus they created and although the MSM and the intelligence swamp try to hide it, China is all in on Beijing Joe and why wouldn’t they be. They already bought and paid for him.

Now remember that Putin just gassed one of his opponents and so why would it be inconceivable that the Chinese would try the same type of thing with Trump. I mean how hard would it be to find some scum sucking swamp rat like a Vindman or Ciaramella —not them they’re gone — but someone of the same ilk with access to plant a little present from Xi.

Now to calm the same person who was also concerned about the recent poll claiming Biden has a 14 point lead, as I said in my text to the poll is pure crap and sure enough much has been written about the bogus nature of the poll including over sampling Dems and using registered voters instead of likely voters and choosing their supposed republicans from places that they know may be registered as republicans but voted Dem. As one writer put it it’s like standing out side a cat show and asking those exiting whether they prefer cats or dogs.

Now he had his own conspiracy theory and the first part was obvious as everyone has said these inflated numbers are designed to discourage the right from voting and unfortunately there were several squishy republicans who started pearl clutching. However, he then went to posit that what may really be the purpose is that they know Trump is actually trouncing Biden and so that when Trump actually does so on Election Day they can claim Trump had to have cheated because how else can you turn a 14 point deficit into a landslide. One of you asked me recently if the Dems could make DC a state and I looked it up and said no. Article 1 Section 8 Clause 17 of the US Constitution provides;

Congress shall have Power:

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings.

However that doesn’t mean that if the Dems pack the Supreme Court with justices who think the constitution is only a suggestion if it gets in the way of their agenda that they couldn’t do it and I have seen articles indicating that they could try to carve out all property occupied by the federal government in DC and then make the remainder a state. The immediate problem would be that that state would have virtually no tax base. A significant if not the vast majority of the money DC gets comes from the federal government.

Eliminate the issue and elect Trump and all the Republicans senators and congressmen.

More hysteria from the left and the msm. They are clutching their pearls because now that things are opening up there is an increase in whu flu cases. There is no mystery! It was always known that lockdowns would not end the virus, just postpone its spread. People were still going to get it. It wasn’t going to disappear and the lockdowns hampered getting herd immunity. More lockdowns won’t do anything except postpone when people will get infected and continue to destroy the economy. And that’s always been the Dems plan.

WTF is “the science“? There is no such thing as “the science “. What the left means by it is that’s their new come to Jesus call. And I believe the analogy is appropriate because like religion it relies on faith and belief in the unproven. They throw the term around because they think most of us are too stupid to know better.

But let me guarantee you that if someone actually had the balls to ask Pelosi or Biden or Harris or Schumer to define the science they would fall flat on their faces. And don’t just ask follow up with questions about the scientific evidence that masks work and can stop the whu flu. Be ready with the evidence and hold their feet to the fire. Ask them when Dr. Birx said there is no data to support our position but we’re going with it because we think it’s right, is that science or SWAG? And astonishingly I am as far as I know the only person who caught that nonsense. If someone else did it would be major news on the right.

Ask them to explain why anyone who dies and tests positive for whu flu or is thought to maybe have it is counted as a whu flu death but the same thing is not done for the normal flu. Explain the science behind that please?

And just briefly because I have ranted previously and extensively on the science behind the global warming scam. Name one PROVEN scientific law or equation on global warming. Not bullshit computer models like the one Neil Ferguson used to predict 2.2 million whu flu deaths in the US which led to the hysterical lockdowns, but actual hard proven scientific facts. Ask and watch them dissemble. Remember when a congressman asked John Kerry how come for most of the time in the past two million years CO2 levels in the earth’s atmosphere have been considerably higher than at present and can’t be blamed on humans. Kerry just totally dissembled and started to chant the last refuge of the left when confronted with FACTS, “ you can’t be serious!”
