I don’t know if you saw it the other day but as I’ve been saying Biden is dumb as a stump. His high school transcripts were revealed and he got all C’s and D’s with the exception of one course where he probably plagiarized his work. It also was revealed that he was close to or at the bottom of his law school class and a classmate said he committed plagiarism four times in law school and was considered to be not very bright
